For every time I needed help moving from one place to another to the times I needed a vehicle to fit my whole family on small trips - Hertz of Tupelo has been there for me. Affordable, reasonable, and professional from the time they inspect the vehicle to the time I drop off the keys, if I have a question Beth and Shane have been easy to reach to help. whats Enterprise?

Said that they didnt have my reservation, until I showed them the email confirming the reservation and then she said they was trying to reach out to me (which was a lie). The guy said you must just had made it. Wont be returning and will not recommend to anyone.

Sent here after my car purchase couple days prior needed to be serviced. Complimentary. But only vehicle I was told was Kia Soul. Not my ideal vehicle but, I was informed i needed to be happy and consider myself lucky that I got one. Yeah after a $20k purchase, luck has no factor! Car was dirty on pick up, has smell, and key to another vehicle is in it which I’m sure will eventually be needed but there’s no more cars.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Our experience with this company and this specific office was abysmal. We had a reservation, with a confirmation number, for a pick up truck. When we arrived to pick up, we were simply told they didnt have any. The man I spoke to in the office (where no one was wearing a mask) did try to call their other location, but when no one answered, he just said I was out of luck. He was rude, dismissive and completely unconcerned that our trip was ruined. I will never, ever rent from Hertz again. As they appear to be going out of business anyway, I doubt anyone will be renting from Hertz in the future.

Hertz people where very rude, they charge me double on my card and didnt want to refund my money when I had al ready paid. They are a rip off. They dont care about their customers at all. I wouldnt recommend getting a rental with them.

Let me start off by saying I do not use Hertz for any of my rental car needs. I had to use them because my car was being fixed due to an accident. I was on my way to return the car when a driver crossed in my lane and hit me on the passenger side. I called 911 to report the accident and my insurance company so that they will be aware of what happened. I tried to tell Shand (the manager) I needed to speak to him about what happened instead he just brused me off to Makayla inside. I told her who I was and I was involved in an accident while on my way to return the car. She looked as if she didnt know what to do. There was another worker in there that told her to get Shand. I just tried to stop him and tell him. So Shand comes in and tells me that he needs to make a report due to the insurance company. I tried to explain to him I already called them and he says well I need to know for myself. Makayla and Shand have to be the rudest ever employees to work at Hertz rental car. Their customer service skills are those who are employed at a fast food restaurant and get upset when you come into their establishment for services. There was no greeting when you come in. I have heard several people say how ill-mannered Hertz Rental (by Hyundai) are to their customers. Maybe in actuality Hertz doesnt prize themselves on hiring people that have customer service skills only a body to fill a position for a paycheck
