I stopped by the United States Postal Service, 200 Israel Rd SE, Tumwater, WA 98501 to mail some letters while here on business in Tumwater.It is literally just down the street from my office so it was super-easy to find it. It sits just off of Capitol Boulevard SE.Once you turn it is really easy to see from the street. And they have a drive up access road to drop mail off from your vehicle.Great little post office right here in town.

“Mistakes happen” was all Sean and Farah could tell me after they gave my packages away to someone else. They put my packages (multiple) in someone else’s parcel locker. Gee, thanks a million USPS. Why am I even paying you for a PO Box at this point? All you do is misplace, give away or outright steal my mail. You literally have one job, and you can’t even get that right. The United States post office is consistently feckless and inept. Period. If you visit this location be sure to ask for Sean or Farah, they love giving your packages away to other customers!

I mailed myself a kangaroo one time, pretty good handling of the package, great staff great prices.

Rude and unprofessional lady works here. Very nasty and hates people and her job for sure ! Just mean when I ask questions and annoyed.

I arrived with more than five minutes to closing and the doors were locked, so I had to drive to the Lacey Post Office. They were very helpful. I asked at Lacey when they lock their doors. They said at closing. Hmm. I understand wanting to leave but follow your hours. There were three other customers trying to get in.

Very friendly and polite staff. Always smiling and positive which has made my experiences great. Very Knowledgeable of their products as well as information on destinations coming and going of packages.

Ive had consistently excellent service from them. Friendly and helpful.

The representative at the United States Postal Office was combative with me and was arguing with me when I was asking questions on what I needed to do. I understand youre busy and totally get that but do not take it out on your customers!!

Convenient although I have only ever seen one person at a time working. Might have to wait

Nobody EVER answers the phone. Been trying to contact since Im working out of state and there is no other phone number to call, other than the automated voice answering system...

Hardworking staff, occasional small errors, knowledgeable service.

Uhh well lets see been waiting on a package for 3 weeks when it comes instead of walking up my driveway and knocking they just throw a slip in my mailbox and takeoff knowing Im going to get an email saying they missed me when there is an obvious car right in the drivewayand not even the courtesy of knocking on the door now I have to drive all the way into town to pick it up because of a lazy employee!!

Busy busy busy...why dont they answer the phone?
