I have been working out with Amanda for over 6 years. We have worked through challenging medical issues, foot surgery and a very active and healthy pregnancy with her guidance. I dont know what I would have done with our her or where I would be right now. I do personal training twice a week with Amanda and have taken advantage of her nutrition guidance in the past. She is motivating, understanding and flexible. Her personal experience with injury, weight loss and life takes her customer service to the next level. I highly recommend any of her services and really love working with her. Amanda is seriously THE BEST!
5 stars- Edge fitness has truly made a huge difference in my fitness journey. I started tearing with Ryan a little over a year ago, and because of his skill, knowledge, and amazing motivation I have made more progress in that past year than I had in the 5 years prior. I am always so excited to work out there, knowing that I will be pushed past what I think I am capable of to reach goals that I didn’t even think were possible. The facility is always clean and the rest of the staff and the owner are so friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I found Ryan as a trainer and Edge as a gym. Thank you so much for everything you have done and continue to do for me. I am 38 and have never been in better shape! The one on one attention I receive from Ryan along with the care and professionalism is unrivaled to any other place. Ryan takes my training seriously and pays attention to my weak areas and develops a individual plan for me to strengthen and to learn new skills. I owe so much gratitude and am so stoked to see what the future holds.
Edge Fitness is great! It’s a small-group fitness facility run by Amanda Salazar. The trainers at Edge know how to get your body moving! Workouts are 1 hour and each day brings new surprises that focus on all parts of the body: upper body, lower body, abs – you name it, and they’ve got you covered. I really like the variety of workouts and the fun spin they put on everything. If you’re looking for a fun, challenging way to get in shape or maintain your fitness, Edge is the place to go. Great group of trainers and clients who enjoy being there!

Im fairly new to Edge Fitness. I had no idea how to eat healthy..Amanda has shown me the way. Now Im attending her boot camps and plan on being fit and trim in no time. Shes tough but knows what shes doing. I cant believe how lucky I am to have found her.
I began seeing Amanda and doing her boot camps in April, I felt a little intimated at first, but I figured out everyone was focused on there own workout and not judging me, I became more relaxed. Amanda has helped me feel more normal in my body, She isnt only just about exercise, she is honestly interested in each person that comes into to her classes. She watches for possible mistakes in form that could possible hurt you. And corrects you in the moment. She is a very positive influence and has made me want to be more, do more, live life more in the moment. She is the most positive person I have met in this physical industry. And she is truly honest in her interest in each person and situation, in physical and emotional and what you want for your personal goal.
I have been training at Edge Fitness for just over a year now. I love the supportive environment and fun energy everyone brings. Boot camp classes are designed for people of all fitness levels and abilities. It’s a great place to build confidencd, strength, stamina and comraderie!
I have been seeing Amanda in personal training sessions for several years now. I cant imagine where I would be without her! My sessions with Amanda are always new and never boring. Great boot camp work out
Last October, I found myself going through a really bad breakup and wanted to find a positive way to change my body, attitude and way of looking at life. As I was researching local gyms near me, I received an email from Living Social with an incredible offer for 2 months of bootcamp classes at a gym called Edge Fitness...I had never heard of the gym but had heard great things about bootcamp workouts and figured, what the hell? What do I have to lose? I was going to join a gym anyway. The first night I showed up to class, I was late (got times mixed up) but Amanda let me sit to the side and watch the class so I could get an idea as to what I was in store for. I left that night excited and couldnt wait to start the following evening.Fast forward 7 months to present day and I am still as excited about attending bootcamp every night as I was that first night. Amanda is incredibly inspirational and a fantastic motivator/teacher. Even after injuring myself at work and being limited at class, Amanda found modifications to any exercise so that I could still participate with everyone else. The amount of support, knowledge, motivation I have received from Amanda, my fellow bootcampers and the other trainers is unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced in my life. I have joined numerous gyms in the past and after a month or two, I would always become extremely bored and would inevitably end up quit going to the gym. I didnt have anyone there to hold me accountable or to support or motivate me....just myself and my own will power.Ever since I joined the Edge Fitness family, and it really is like a family, I feel as though I have found exactly what I have been looking for in regards to my exercise regimen. Amanda never teaches the same class twice, creates workout games, sometimes offers prizes as an incentive to work harder during a class.....she always finds a way to keep things interesting, fun and exciting while making you work harder than you ever thought you could. You will be hard pressed to find anyone else as knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. She has taught me so much about how to properly fuel my body in order to achieve the results I am seeking.When I started back in October, I was in desperate need of figuring out how to put myself back together. Over the last 7 months, Amanda has helped me gain back and increase my self-confidence while increasing my stamina, endurance and strength. Never before would I have had the courage or confidence in myself to attempt completing an obstacle course race. Yet, I already completed one back in March and am registered or will be registering for 8 more to complete by the end of summer.While I still have a ways to go before I achieve the original goal I set for myself at the beginning of my journey with Amanda; I have no doubts that with her incredible training, never ending support and vast knowledge, I will achieve my goals and then some.
