I was in an accident and he took charge, called the rental car company, had a gentleman on his way With the car.Was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I felt completely at ease and I would recommend completely. It was an awesome experience for a really bad day!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Not sure who these people are giving them good feedback but it would take a lifetime to detail how awful our experience was. After getting into an accident, we made the grave mistake of taking our vehicle here.They had it for 2.5 years. I’ll let that sink in...I wanted to call the police several times but they should be lucky that my boyfriend talked me down.Time after time they would say they were almost done, only to have the “due date” come and go without a word. We tried being nice, we tried showing up unannounced, nothing worked. It wasn’t even a lot to be done and he seemed to outsource most of the work or else he was just blaming the delays on other people we will never really know.When we did get the car back after taking multiple trips from Seattle (yes by this time we live in a new city) on an agreed upon date and time only to show up to a closed shop and nobody answering the phone...the antennae was ripped off, the driver’s seat was torn and it STILL WAS NOT FIXED. Sure the body work was done but there were all sorts of lights on, it somehow needed new brakes even after not being touched for years and the computer mysteriously needed replaced.Happy to share more if you reach out. I need to report to the BBB I’ve just honestly tried hard not to think about it all because it’s so maddening and disappointing that someone would treat ANYONE with such disregard. Be warned, you should go anywhere else maybe even hire your local high school neighbor. I assure you they could do a better job.

My wife and I have been bringing Cars/Trucks to Clint for years. He is absolutely fantastic. All vehicles looked brand new once returned. Turn around time was very quick. Clint always takes time to see if there is anything else you need and works well with insurance companies.

Wonderful staff who are respectful and very helpful. Nicest collision repair shop in the area. They keep you updated the whole time while your car is being worked on. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to repair their car and wants a quality job done.

I brought my 2011 Camaro there for some front end damage. Clint hooked me up big time getting me exactly what I needed and more. The job turned out great and its been 6 months since I had work done and the paint is still perfect. We ended up doing a custom front bumper and he put up with my endless calls to him. They ended up losing 5 of my lug nuts and had to order them in but its no problem, Clint handled it. If your looking for guys that will give you everything you need a more from a body shop and work with you go here. Well worth it, the entire team is experienced enough for anything you bring them. Thanks guys.

The worst experience I’ve had with a shop yet. Went for a simple side mirror replacement and they gave a fair price for it however I’ve had to fight for them to even finish the job. Showed up 4 times because they don’t answer their phone and their voicemail is always full. Finally am able to get them to at least put the side mirror on because their painting guy took over two weeks to finish painting the cap. At that point I leave town and give up on the cap, 2 months later finally call them back because I never received the call they said they would contact me when it was finished being painted. And they tell me I can pick it up before 5. I get here at 4:40 AND THEY ARE CLOSED. Like don’t you want my business/money? God damn this is the worst business deal I’ve made

Took my wife’s car here after an accident at the recommendation from one of his customers. I am so glad I did, Clint and his crew did an awesome job on my wife’s car.

A lot of these reviews are just 5 stars with no actual review behind it; they must be fake. This place is terrible. If you want the most lackadaisical crew, this place is for you. I dropped my car off with them for over 3 months (Car-less that whole time) and spoke to Clint MULTIPLE times in that time frame. One day I just decided to drop in to see how far along they were. My car literally never left the spot they parked it when I left it at the shop. I know this because it had a coat of dust covering it along with leaves, and multiple other stuff that accumulated on the vehicle. Clint had nothing to say for himself so I just took my car and left. Clint is lazy at best and a bold faced liar at worst; don’t go here.
