Lane and Bob are top notch, full of integrity. After my car was totalled on the way to my husbands funeral, I couldnt find a similar car, 2015 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, to replace it. And I want willing to give that car up with so many memories attached to it. I went to Puget Sound Autobody because my husband had their business card in his wallet and I remembered he liked Lane and Bob. Lane rebuilt my car to pristine condition, saving me as much money as he could along the way. Safety though was always his highest priority. He put his heart and soul into taking care of me and my family. I cannot say enough good things about PSA.

I had water sitting in my trunk and didn’t know if it was from the trunk or the sunroof. The guys at Puget Auto were great. They not only located the leak and successfully repaired it but they let me know that leaks could be difficult to repair and to watch it for a few days and to bring it back if I had further issues. They are very reasonably priced and offered to give me rides to and from work while they repaired my car.

SMACK! Darn deer! My 2018 Subaru Crosstrek took a major hit on June 24th. All airbags deployed, headliner ripped, steering column broke, and the front end was crunched. We had it towed to Puget Sound Autobody, where Lane and his team took the utmost care in putting it back to like new condition, dealt with insurance, and had it back to us 23 days later! Under the circumstances, this was the most pleasant experience weve ever had when dealing with this type of setback. We recently took it to our local shop for a scheduled oil change, and they went over every inch of the vehicle trying to find something to show it was wrecked, they found nothing :)! Big KUDOs to everyone at Puget Sound Autobody! We will gladly recommend your business and your top notch service! Thanks to all of you! I love my car...
