Fix Auto Black Lake has been my “go to” auto repair shop for more than 10 years. I’ve been recommending them to my friends, and anyone that will listen, for years. From Kevin and Dawn on down the staff are fantastic. And the quality of their workmanship is absolutely amazing. Over the years they’ve repaired my Harley, RV, and a couple different cars. If you like terrible customer service, and waiting a ridiculously long time to get your vehicle fixed, this is the place for you! They dont actually schedule appointments, they just tell you to show up. I took my car in for a quote, they told me they would call me back the next morning, they didnt. I had to call them back just so they could tell me that it would be over a month before they could even get started! Not to mention, the quote they gave me was $600 higher than what I ended up paying to get it fixed somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and call Premier Collision CARSTAR Olympia instead.

These guys are amazing! The level of service is top notch. They were professional but still laid back. I had my front and back bumper replaced and painted. I was a little nervous that the paint would be a shade off, because it is painted in house, but it looks perfect. They also set up my rental through Enterprise. When I picked up my car I told them I had to leave my car there while I returned the rental. They said no you don’t we will return it for you. To top it off they even detailed the inside of my car. So I got my car back better inside and out than when I dropped it off. I picked them from the list State Farm gave me because they had 4.9 stars. After using them however I think somebody is being stingy with their stars, five stars all the way! Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

If I could give ten stars, I would. This is the second time I took a vehicle to Fix Auto Black Lake, this time because my SUV had been hit by a flying hunk of tire. We had to bungee cord the pieces onto the vehicle when we took it in. Now, you cannot tell where the damage was. They did such a great job. Nate kept me informed where my SUV was in the repair process, the team did such a beautiful job. The paint matches, everything looks good as new. I took my 2017 Mustang here for some auto body repair due to a hit and run. They got a new fender, repainted the front bumper, replaced a wheel and a key hole cover on the door. They managed to get all of the work done in just 10 days from drop off and the car looks amazing. They did an excellent job and would happily bring any of my vehicles in the future.

Good repair job but they aren’t taking COVID seriously and it also seems to be affecting their customer service.I took my car in to get checked out wearing a mask and was welcomed 4 people in the office not wearing a mask and some eye rolls. I was told I’d hear back in a couple weeks as they were pretty busy. I waited until the date mentioned and had to call them back myself. They didnt really help me and said someone would reach out soon. I waited a few more days and called back once more and finally they told me to come in the next day. After reading their stellar reviews online, I can’t believe they didnt seem to want my business.The actual body repairs seem great and they detailed my car, which was nice. But they were not friendly or being pandemic safe. Vulnerable health populations, beware during this pandemic.

Fix Auto repaired my car after it was rear-ended. They were great about providing regular updates (via text) as the repairs progressed. Repairs were done in a timely fashion. Staff were friendly. It looks great!

The staff is really welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. I had taken my first car to them back in January. This review is LONG overdue (work done in Nov 2019) but in my defense, I had to wait for a few rains to ensure that NO MORE WATER would be coming into the car, and it has been dry as a bone! I had purchased a newer model 2017 vehicle that had been in a rear-end collision. Repairs were done by the small pot-lot dealership in Tacoma after they purchased it from the insurance auction (salvage title) and obviously they werent done correctly as all four floorboards were soaked with water during hard, early-November rains. Thats when Kevin Jr. came in, found the spots (and yes, it was right where the car had been hit but not repaired correctly), sent me detailed photos and a professional writeup, and sealed up the issues after I gave them the go-ahead. I will definitely be bringing all of my auto-body needs to Fix Auto Black Lake, they have a customer for life. Bravo!

Took my car in there to get pretty much the whole driver side fixed after getting hit by a semi. Got it back within two weeks and I was so happy with it. Had to take it back a couple days later because I Found a couple scratches on the driver door and they told me to bring it back in so they could look at it. Took them maybe 30 min to buff it all out. AMAZING customer service. I appreciate everyone who works there ❤️. Highly recommend going to them for any body work needed.

If its an easy fix, they will do it. But if its a harder task, they wont meet the deadline. And I wouldnt suggest working there either, especially as a detailer.

They replaced and repainted the rear quarter and taillight assembly of our car with less than 500 miles on it. Looks better than new. Fast work, just a couple of days, and they provided daily updates via text.
