They did a terrible job on my tint, I even took my car back three times to be exact and they still seemed careless and did a sloppy job. When I roll my windows up or down they squeak now like the rubber isn’t positioned right anymore . If I could give them 0 stars I would. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETUN. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

They are busy and have a lot of customers so I get why it’s slow at times, one issue that I found was that they don’t clean up after finishing a tint but other then that Good service went 2 times and am going again to get another job done.

Finally! I have found a place where I can get any and everything done. From interior to exterior. The customer service is great and the pricing is amazing. The work this guy Alex Gonzalez and his helper did was definitely a rushed effort. First of all I paid top dollar ($500) for an installation on subwoofer, and door speakers. Items that I already had in my possession. I paid for an amp from Max Go. When the installation was done I found screws in my front seats and back seat floor board, more than 6 screws that Im sure came out of my car. My installed 6X5s in all four doors are loose when I open and close them because the screws were not reused during installation of the 6X5s.The BIGGEST issue was when I gave specific instructions not to roll down my window. Alex or another guy rolled down the window anyway. It got stuck half way down. They had to redo the door and did not connect the window motor back to the switch. I only found this out because I had to take the car back to my personal mechanic. Completely incompetent, and it was obvious you can tell the install was rushed. I tried giving him a chance and taking my car back up there to have them look at my window and trouble shoot it after the owner says bring it back. Instead Alex Gonzalez argues with me and says he cant give warranty on a part he didnt install. So think twice before going to Max Go. They wont treat your car as if its their own vehicle. They may miss putting back a few screws just because they are in a rush. I even went up there on a Saturday, when they were not busy because 2 scheduled appointments didnt show up and this is how I was dealt with. Instead of finding a customer resolution they even went as far as to block me from Facebook. I will be contacting the FTC soon, on this matter. They should be verbal in telling me that I am going to be paying full price for a rushed installation job so that I can make clear a decision to go to another audio store.
