I discovered this company has bad business practices. Bud the sales guy gave me a written quote, I accepted. Installer arrives, sets up, then informs me Bud failed to include removing existing tint. This was their mistake but the job will cost $200 more than agreed in writing if I want to proceed. Bud never asked if there was existing tint. I would have gladly informed him there was if he asked or if I knew it would affect the price. I even sent photos. I tried very kindly to explain to them that was bad business and I was upset about it but the lady in the office held firm. I was more upset about the situation than the $200. From a fellow business person, they should have ate the cost in the spirit of good business, recognized their mistake and moved on with a happy customer.I did have them do the job. Mike the installer was a wonderful caracter. I liked him a lot. He was talented with his art and proud of it. He should be.Edit after supplier response:Just so the facts are correct...You mentioned I would not let you come look. You were welcome to come look, I never said you couldnt. Bud mentioned it once and I said he could but since I was able to measure the windows for him over the phone he didnt have to. The issue was not pressed either way. While on the phone I never thought of tint removal as a factor and since it had cost implications Bud would have been on his game if he would have thought to ask. Im not in the biz so it never crossed my mind.The job was a last minute rush because we had a tenant moving in soon and I appreciate that you were able to work me in. I never said I would go with another company if you couldnt do it. The only thing I said about another company was my normal tint guy could not get the required 3m film like you guys could. I said if you couldnt get to it I would have to wait until they move out.

I have dealt with US Window Films for about 5 years now and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Kimberly is very professional and knowledgable about all of the products. She is very quick to respond to any questions I had. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I would. Highly Recommend and tell everyone to experience the best customer service and quality in town!

Very easy to work with when they tinted the windows in our office building. They even worked around our renovation schedule, which required several trips from Tulsa to Stillwater. The windows look great!

They installed film on 5 storefront glass systems on a commercial building. They were punctual, considerate and generally it was a good experience.

I chose US window film to instal our film because they offered 3M film. I know 3M products to always be quality. We had a total of 7 windows done to take care of two separate rooms. The job was done in 2-3 hours. The man who did the installation was great. The difference in temperature exceeded my expectations. We could not keep those two rooms cool during the summer. Now those rooms keep the same temperature as the rest of the house. We also enjoy the added privacy of the film we chose. I wish Id done it sooner.
