Mark and the service I received at uHaul was exceptional. I needed wiring installed so I could pull a trailer. He scheduled my appointment, had the parts and installed it faster than the Nissan dealer in town for a fraction of the price. He knew more about my vehicle than the Service Advisor at the Nissan dealership who said it would take 2-2.5 hours to install the wiring. (YouTube videos show you how in 10 minutes). Mark knew there was a connector already installed on my vehicle (the Nissan Service Advisor didnt know this or didnt think I would find out) that allowed him to do the job in minutes (not hours). I appreciate hard working, honest business people you can trust. Kudos to Mark and his team at uHaul in Tulsa. Highly recommended!

Truck has/had broken tail light, I asked if they would replace it the guy said “should be fine”. I was supposed to pick up at 8:00 a.m. but couldn’t pick up until 1:00 p.m. because the guy working was short staffed and overwhelmed with customers.

DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!I was not informed by the woman working there that there would be a $20 charge for them to check in my vehicle the next day. I did not know that I needed to check in the vehicle myself on my phone... if I had known that I absolutely would have done that. Im sure it says that in the fine print of the contract but, as Im sure they know very well, when someone is moving they hardly have the awareness to read a contract when they are thinking of a thousand other things. I feel ripped off by U-Haul. Rent from somewhere else.

This location helped more than the others with our questions! Ron Hargis was very pleasant talking to and helping us load the trailer. Upon returning the trailer the gentleman was quick and helpful! I definitely will return to this location for future rentals!!!

I rented a truck with this place a few weeks ago. After I got the truck the gas went from nearly full to empty in a matter of seconds. I called the manager Dedric immediately and he said he would take care of it, but he did nothing despite pictures I had.Never renting from them again.

Service at the UHaul on Yale was fine. They were friendly and got me out quickly. UHaul is the bottom of the barrel and I would never rent one except that its hard to get a Penske truck these days. You still have trucks, even if they have 100k miles or more. Your 15 foot truck is really a 12 foot truck. The floor is 12 feet. Ceiling measurements dont matter. The gas tank intrusion into the back is annoying. Its made more annoying by the presence of a hand truck and blankets on the other side that I didnt order and would have to pay for if I moved them. They take up space on an already undersized truck and between the hand truck and the gas filler, its impossible to slide a heavy thing in on either side. I hope I never find myself having to rent a UHaul again.

No customer service. Beware because you will be overcharged. Brought the truck back after hours an put key in box before I realized I would need the mileage an a pic of mileage an fuel level so because I already but the key in the box without knowing mileage I was charged double.

Just stopped in quickly to purchase some mattress bags. The sign on the door says one person at a time however there were two people in there and then the employee so I went in. He said he was going to be a minute. I said ok and continued to search what i came for. He said, Ok, let me put it another way...... I said, Oh you want me to wait outside side? He said yeah. So I back out as the people leave. I get my bags and pay for it. I thought all establishments required masks. No one here wore them. Only myself.

This is the same thing I wrote in my U-Haul review.I dealt with the most unprofessional and abrasive person I have met in a customer service role. I have used U-Haul services before and NEVER felt as though I was done. I’m done. I would be happy to tell anyone that would listen. I may use another location, maybe. The General Manager of the location I rented from began by trying to sell my father products he “needed”. This was an absolute lie. He would not explain the needs without being vague and giving an air of lies. Then when we switched vehicles used for the towing service he argued with me that my truck would not be able to tow. He finally said he would check. He was wrong. My truck was more than capable of towing. He never apologized for the argument and when I tried to talk to him about why I was upset he literally said he didn’t care. I can’t believe that this is a general manager. I will proceed to leave this or a similar review anywhere possible.

I was charged $25 for forgetting boxes and packing material in the truck.I moved late Wednesday night and when I was finished unpacking one location I loaded up to head home. I had more, smaller items that don’t require a truck. It was late, I was tired and forgot my materials in the truck. I had no intention of throwing the boxes Or material away but was going to reuse them. As soon as I was asked about the boxes, I realized I had forgotten them in the uhaul. I have text message proof from wednesday night regarding the boxes and calling Uhaul in the morning to inform them I had left some things in the truck.I contacted uhaul ASAP the very next morning. I was told my materials are a) in the dumpster and b) I’m being charged $25 for having to throw them away. I explained to the GM it was an honest accident. I meant to reuse them. I could have thrown them away at my home. I wasn’t even aware of a cleaning fee at the time I called so I wasn’t focused on avoiding a fee. I simply wanted back the boxes and materials I forgot in your truck.It was maybe 6 boxes And some packing material, if that. When these individual stores and owners are the judge, jury, and prosecutor, it makes for TERRIBLE customer service. The automatic answer should not be no, well I’m sorry I can’t help you. You are in a business where you serve people. Customer service and satisfaction should be your number 1 priority. I would like a full refund of my $25. I will never use uhaul again, there are no checks and balances just freelancing franchisers unable to distinguish between accident and intentional and unwilling to be reasonable.

Stay away from this manager and this location. He is unethical and rude. We rented a truck and took out the basic insurance. It was the night of the bad storms and water ruined a bed and dresser. When we returned the truck I expected to find a person who would be helpful in filing a claim on the lost cargo. Instead he said he would fight the claim because his store had to pay for it. He laughed at us when I asked wonder if his family was treated the way he was treating us, and said well your not. He refused to write a statement there was water in the truck and refused to be helpful in any way. Do not I repeat do not do business with this business

I went in and they said they didnt have a truck available. Started calling around and ended up having a nice guy at another location telling me their trucks available at this location. I had to go through a different Uhaul location to rent a truck at this place.

Telling someone one thing and then not fixing the problem when you were in fact WRONG is bad business practicing. If you say that there wont be a charge for dropping it off at another location and there in fact IS a charge, you should help fix the problem and issue ATLEAST a partial refund. Will never recommend or use UHaul

I was treated very RUDELY at your 3303 S. YALE Tulsa OK. I ran into the location just wanting to ask a question about whether or not you had a wiring harness available. I arrived at 6:55, The website says you close at 7pm, the EMPLOYEE stated he was closed. I replyed with I am just needing to ask a question about if he carried a wiring harness for a Cadillac SRX or if I could schedule to have a harness installed the next day (as I was planning to rent a trailer the next day) your employee lipped off and said we close at 6:30 and that he could not help. Most of all we will not be renting a trailer from your location 3303 S Yale in the morning! This is the third time I have had issues renting from this location.

Uhaul has righted this wrong. New Orleans UHAUL & Tulsa UHAUL, the Yale location both broke UHAUL policy, by not allowing the charge to be switched to a different credit card.

My husband and I were moving and needed a uhaul for 2 days instead of just 1. I called our local Uhaul facility (31st and Yale, Tulsa OK) and asked if they were able to rent out a moving truck for 48 hours. The gentleman said yes and so we went ahead with the reservation and I receive my email confirmation stating I had the reservation for two days. When my husband went to pick up the Uhaul, the gentleman then said they cant do 48 hours. Totally screwed us over! My husband left work early to get the Uhaul and we had family over just that one day to help load our belongings. We wouldve been fine if 48 wasnt allowed, we wouldve saved a trip to the Uhaul facility and just used a different company instead. Dont tell your customers one thing then change once they get to the store!!I then called customer service to file a complaint, the lady said I would hear from someone the following week in regards to getting the $50 for the youre reservation is guaranteed or well give you $50 claim on their website. No one called me the following week, so I called Monday. Again was told someone would call me within a couple days and again didnt hear from anyone. So I called them one last time and was told theres nothing they can do. Thank you so much for not only screwing us over but then drag us along for two weeks and never calling back. NEVER using Uhaul again!

Didnt honor my reservation had 7 trucks on the lot. Customer service sucks. Had me go to another location 61st and peoria. Called the location letting them know im on my way placed me on hold and i pull up while im on the phone with regional and state they locked doors cant help me. This was the location i was going to work at, told them ill b talking to their manager joe they laughed. Very insulting. Uhaul deserves to be out of business with poor customer service like this.

Worst experience ever. They say one thing and do something else. They shouldnt be in business. I was charged for 2 days even though having iy back and gassed up and less miles used than I pre paid for. I am still trying to get my money back and it has been 2 weeks I have been told now by 4 different people ok I will refund it then I head the dame crap give it 3 to 4 days to post to your account. Well its not there and Im about to call my best friend who is a lawyer. I dont care if its just 85 dollars that is my money not theirs

They were very slow and unorganized, there was one woman beforr me, she had an appointment at 12 but even after one hour they said they don’t have anything available for her ! I waited for more than 2 hours, waiting for my u-haul they couldn’t do anything and was saying this is a system problem ! They least you need in your moving day is to have problem with these stuff ! The staff was just sitting and that pissed me off !
