Rented a landscape trailer and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Equipment was in good shape and pricing was fair. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Rented the 4 horse stock trailer. Excellent service and price! Trailer was in good shape. The trailer lights wouldnt work hooked up to my truck. One of the guys helped troubleshoot it for about 10 minutes, even replaced the wire connectors. Finally found there was a fuse missing for the trailer lights. Put a fuse in and everything was great! Will definitely go here again if I need to rent a trailer.

I had a great experience with Green Country Trailers as I was traveling across country and had to buy a new car, new tow package, etc., and then the whole thing wouldnt work with my trailer lights/wiring. Green Country squeezed me in and got me back on the road quickly and very inexpensively!! My experience with Green country was by far the best ever to say the least, I had an alternator go out on my vehicle and had to keep it an extra day. The next day my car was in the shop and they came and picked the trailer up from my house at no charge and brought me my deposit, on top of that when I picked the trailer up they helped me hook up my new ball and wiring, They are fantastic people to rent from and I would recommend to anyone in need of a trailer.

Quick! Rented a 16 Landscaping trailer. Great jacks on the trailer. Working tailgate. Very quick to rent it out and to take it back in. I fully expected to be there for 20 minutes but it was more like 5, and dropping off was like 2 minutes. Will be back again, no doubt.

I gave Green country trailer rental the benefit of the the doubt, before making this review, on Feb 5, 2021, I stopped by to reserve a 83x16 trailer for Feb 8, due to icy roads, I called to move my reservation, to Feb. 9, picked the trailer up, on Feb. 9 the lady at the counter, informed me, the trailer was 82 inches wide not 83, I told her that was fine, Made a 2 hour drive to Arkansas, to find out the trailer was only 77 inches wide, so I was not haul what, I was going to pick up, I returned the trailer, and ask what they was going to do for a refund to me, the lady told me, I used the trailer, so there would be no refund, as I argued with them, the guy in the shop, that made my reservation, he was bad, he made a mistake and told me bye, I needed to leave, I think his name was Mike, as I continued to argue with them, a smaller guy from the shop, stood behind the guy, I was arguing with a pipe or object in his hand, I was promised the boss, would call me on the Feb. 10, to see, if we could work this out, no call, no refund on my debit card, Im shocked that I did not get a call back, being that Green Country Trailer Rental is owned by the Church across the street, Gods Shinning Light Church.

Very helpful & friendly staff. I dont rent trailers very often, & usually rely on the national brands for my car hauling needs. I will say their car haulers are superior to the truck rental companies. I just made an 1800 mile round trip with out issue. I will definitely use them in the future.

We had an excellent experience in 2015 renting a trailer, so naturally I called today (2-18-2019) to rent again. The female who answered was rude, curt, very short tempered, gave me a gruff response w/o finding out what my needs are and then hung up on me with a, No we dont have THAT *click. Excuse me, but how would you know? You did not even know what my needs were. Funny thing, you show the exact same trailer on your website that I need to rent.

Had a flat and a flat spare, too. Had to buy 2 tires. They would only reimburse me for one. Didnt even pay for balancing! Run, dont walk from this place! A U Haul is a safer deal.

If you need a trailer, you have GOT to use Green Country Trailer. Excellent equipment, excellent prices, they have your trailer out in front waiting for you, assists in getting everything hooked up, everyone is friendly .

Rented trailer Friday to return Saturday before noon. Chose this company specifically due to this availability. Arrived to the store Saturday at 11:48am and everything was locked up. I waited around trying to catch someone leaving, but they had already gone for the day. two other people arrived before noon one trying to return and one trying to rent. When I attempted to discuss the inconvenience this caused, as I live round-trip 45 miles from this location, he seemed as though he could not care less and charged the full amount... Please abide by your posted hours! If you ask me to give a courtesy call if I am not going to make it by the scheduled time, please return that courtesy and call me if you are closing early.

Worst trailer rental place around. Trailers are junk, bald tires, flat spares, lights and brakes dont work. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Reserved trailer was not available when it was reserved for. The manager absolutely refuses to make things right. Save your money and rent somewhere else.

Called and got a quote to rent a trailer on October 28. Jhonie gave me a price of $ 50 per day. Called back on October 31st to reserve a trailer for the following weekend, magically the price went up 20%. Nobody could tell me why, and when I asked why my quote wasnt being honored all jhonie could say was that the prices were going up on November 1 and then she hung up on me. Who the hell raises prices in November? These people are crooked. I would give zero stars if possible.
