NextGen Tax Services PLLC (NextGen) is one of the best tax service places you will find. I could write pages about the excellent service they provided me, but Ill keep it brief. They provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to help their customers.Next Gen called me after hours and even on the weekend to check on me and help with any questions I had. Though I had many questions, they never got irritated or annoyed, they always welcomed any question I had and explained the answer in great detail. They are friendly people who truly treated me like family. NextGen Tax Services is very professional and very thorough. They perform tax prep and more importantly they provide tax planning to provide you with a plan to keep more of your money. They offer various options in the tax planning from very conservative to more aggressive, and with those options they have reviewed the tax code and court rulings to make sure it is all on the up and up.

This place took weeks to answer the phone. I left numerous emails and phone calls trying to get them to call me back. They finally answered. Wants to charge me $515 dollars to due my DoorDash taxes and 1 W2. This place is overpriced. I am college student.
