Janet was very rude and had the audacity to ask my husband and I why we didn’t go to the h&r block off of Garnett, due to limited funds available at this location. I replied we are closer to this location now since we had moved. Not helpful and very rude made us feel unwanted

Extremely misinformed staff, very rude. I could hardly get a word out so I decided to hang up. Called another branch and my question was answered right away as well as lined up with the info I was told before. Overall, I know not to visit this location.

Ive always had great outcome and results,since Ive been filing taxes there. My accountants have always been friendly. I would recommend other people to try H&R block if they havent.

I specifically made an appointment, so I would not have to waste a lot of time sitting around... 20 minutes of waiting after my supposed appointment time, another family came in for THEIR appointment, and waited all of 2 minutes... 30 minutes after my appointment, while Im still waiting... I was asked would you like me to call another branch to see if they could get you in faster?? I thought that was the purpose OF an appointment???!??? Then they have the gall to call, leave a voice mail (because I was driving home, tired of waiting) to say come on back in, but youd better hurry... we take our last appointment at 730. (my original appointment was for 630, they called to say come back in at 7:05).

She was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. I had a kiddo with me and she did great even with a kiddo tagging along.

Good service even though I was last minute

Gayle Dodson was extremely helpful in getting our taxes filed and the most benefits for us. It was a Sunday so, of course, it was slow and towards the end of the day. My fiance had brought up an issue we had at the 21st and sheridan store, and she stayed with us after hours to help remedy it. We will be back for her next year!

My concerns from last year regarding Pricing were resolved. I still feel like the price is too high though.

So expensive and could have got a few more dallors back having my family do my taxes dont remember it being over 150 and this year it was way over 200 plus will probably just do my own taxes from now on even my fiance said dont go there and I didnt listen.
