The accountants are not friendly at all. As a client, you would expect to be able to call them to answer a tax question for you. They are never available which is understandable, but they also do not call you back up upon leaving a message with their front office. You would think they could spare 2 minutes from their busy day to call a client back. Very poor customer service. I will not be using them again, too many better alternatives in Tulsa.

Awesome place, great people, super helpful, and the payroll department is just fantastic! Everyone here goes out of their way to make you feel important as well as walk you through anything you need so you can make the best financial decisions for your future.

Paul and the team at Muret CPA are a godsend for our business. Weve been using them since we started as a sole proprietorship 6 years ago. As we grew, Paul helped us make the transition to a Corporation. They have the ability to work seamlessly with our Quickbooks file to produce quarterly tax reports, year end w-2s and payroll reports, and of course they take care of our personal and business tax returns. On payroll, the lady does not follow through on task, lies about doing her job, also taxes/payroll are paid late, and Paul is having to pick up all these fees (why is she there) and then emails me not to email her again to contact another person (Seriously are we in kindergarten), I am paying for a service and being treated poorly by this woman and there is so much more, I am being kind since I was told months back that she was the only person that I could work with. Please note that this person has failed to do her job for me I am sure I am not the only one and if I am than that would be consider WHAT????? However, Paul, Kamie and other staff is exceptional, unsure why Paul does not see this payroll individual as a lose link in his business and replace her, this is the 2nd one Paul has in this position that is not capable of doing the job.

Although we live in Florida, we have used Muret CPA for all of our tax and accounting needs for years. Always an easy experience with professional results. I am employed full time and my spouse is a business owner - they do our taxes, payroll, etc. Would highly recommend (& do all the time) their services to anyone-personal or business. I wouldnt trust anyone else!
