If I could leave 0 stars if I could. I had an unfortunate ending with this place. The owner Leonora takes more work than she can handle. I had her open a quick books account for my company and was charge $250 all for the person (Kevin) to not even know how to create it and he had to call for help. I would be doing my company’s checks off quick books so, he told me to order envelopes that were not even the ones I needed for my checks. I was also suppose to get a tour of how to use the system the same day and the system was down so I understood. Leonora said we could have a meeting through FaceTime to show me. We had a 30 minute call and I learned some. She said if I had any questions to call her well I had questions but she was so busy she would say I’ll call you right back and never did. So I gave her a few days and called her back and the same thing she was busy. Keep in mind that’s why I paid $250 and I would be paying her monthly so she could help me. I called her today and she told me she had already helped me yesterday and I said no you didn’t not. I asked for my $250 back and she said that $250 wasn’t near enough for all the help I needed which she didn’t even help me. And that she should be charging me more. That’s not even everything I also asked for insurance for me company and it took more then a month to even get a quote! I would call everyday and they would tell me can you leave a message and she will call you back today. Never got any calls! I paid $1,500 to open my company with her and it was not worth it at all.0 stars do not do business with the place!!! RUN!

I filed my taxes with Leonora Bustos for many years before receiving multiple audits on my account. Leonora led me to believe that many deductions I was taking were legitimate when in fact they were not. I ended up owing more than $3000 back to the IRS along with fees and penalties, to which I am still dealing with to this day. Last year, when I asked Leonora to help me navigate these fees, I had to call her/email her more than 10 times to get a response. She finally wrote me a letter to use with the IRS to ask those fees be removed, which I received after months of continuously asking. When I finally received the letter, it was riddled with grammatical errors and didn’t even explain the situation fully. It is so obvious that Leonora just simply didn’t care about me or my situation, and I made the mistake of trusting her. Now, after having paid back all of the refunds I received over the last year, I still owe the IRS $300 for penalties. Again, while contacting Leonora, I had to call dozens of times, send multiple emails, and text her to finally get a response after nearly a month of frequently trying to contact her, all for her to take absolutely no blame in this situation and refuse to pay any of the fee, further refusing to give me a refund for the hundreds of dollars that I paid her to initially screw up these taxes. In the end, I don’t feel stupid for having to pay back thousands of dollars to the IRS, I feel stupid for having trusted Leonora Bustos. If I could give this company any less stars, I would gladly.

If I could give them no stars I would. The worst tax services I’ve ever received. Paperwork is lost due to “computer glitches”. They do not know how to file taxes professionally. Leonora or whatever her name is hung up on me for pointing out the mistakes on my tax return. Gladly I found them myself before I was audited. Addresses were incorrect. Names. Numbers. Do not come here unless you want to run the risk of being audited. Extremely unprofessional staff. I needed an IRS paper from 2017 and coincidentally that is when they had their “computer glitch”. Now I am having to request paper work from IRS having to wait 2-3 weeks when they could have provided it for me with no issue.

I do not recommend filing taxes with them. Of course they will be nice about your service at first But once it comes to them fixing a problem that’s on their end or their banks end They will tell you they’ll call you back and never do so They show no concern in trying to fix the problem. I’ve practically called them every day for almost 2 weeks and heard the same response. One phone call the lady actually hung up on me, rude? Point, Blank Period! I Don Not Recommend.

Very bad service Leonora takes a lot of work and then she cant handle the package and for the same reason everything is bad because I dont send information that they asked for, we lost an opportunity to get PPP and so expensive that she charges and then when one calls her she is never available and they say that They will call you back and they never do. I have never had such a bad experience first and last time I resort to their bad service
