I filed with them this year for the first time they lied to me and over charged me then when I try to reach them they never answer they are very unprofessional and Im never filing with them again!!! I have a child under 3 and they took more money then I was supposed to get back Im not satisfied with them I feel nobody should file with them because thats not cool people out here working hard to get back taxes just for people like them to sneak and take almost everything youve worked for!!!!! Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

There the best place to get your taxes done their polite and courteous and keep everything up front I love them wouldnt go anywhere else

I never received my $100 sign on bonus and they are very unorganized I would never refer anyone to them they dont get back with you you have to actually keep going up there to get any information which I wasted much time and gas
