I am currently going through some financial difficulties. As a result, I reached out to Restore Hope food pantry. Me and my wife have 5 kids total. Ages 4 - 13. Because of my financial situation, I had to relocate to a smaller home so I could make ends meet. Ultimately, I had to put alot of my personal property into storage. I explained all of this to Restore Hope as I was lacking all of the necessary documents for assistance. Immediately, I was met with no compassion. I must have all of the childrens SS cards I was told. I only could produce 2 of the 5 SS cards even though I had in my possession all of the birth certificates. I had all of their medical records. I had all of their school registration paperwork. Nevertheless, I was not allowed to add all 5 children to my profile as it relates to assistance. Even though I was highly upset, I continued on. Little did I know that all of my actions were in vain.They approved food for me and my wife, along with two of my kids. I was told to pull up to the side entrance and groceries would be delivered. After a few short minutes, the groceries arrived.The food i received was below par. Not healthy nor was any of it appealing to the kids with the exception of one box of ice cream cones which melted into ruin before we arrived back home. I mostly received can goods. In fact I received 12 cans of corn alone. I wish I could upload photos of the items. Needless to say, going to the Restore Hope pantry definitely did not Restore my Hope. I left feeling like a failure. The look on my kids face is forever burned into my memory. I could go on and on, but I choose to simply put this horrible Experience behind me as I keep trying to uplift my family and my financial situation.God Bless

Find a great community service quickly and efficiently. Their website is easy to understand and very clear and concise on what your part is and how to achieve it.

I had an unusual event occur. A tree was on my house and I was desperate for help. They were not able to assist me as all other local places I called.

After waiting on hold for over an hour spoke to the rudest representative about my erap application. Was no help at all, why did tge government put this company in charge of federal assistance funds?

Dont know why Tulsa county put restore hope in charge of helping with federal funds for rent relief, They arent going by the federal law and guidelines that say things like if a land lord doesnt want to bother then said renting tenant would receive funds to pay landlord its written in the bill that way and said if states dont follow the rules relief money can be pulled back..Theres so much more wrong going on i think Ill call my senator now.

Ive done an application a month ago and no one reached out to me, I reached out to them cause I was problem uploading the files they requested for help but it wouldnt submit and these guys havent responded to none my emails can barley get thru when I call

Was denied help with rent after losing my job and almost losing my faith but god is good they said they only help once every 12 months and we got help in December of last year I thought because of Covid they would help out but I guess I’ll just be homeless this year

This place and people really do care about you.they help with food.. good food ..you like.. and they help with your rent OR utilities.. and even tell you where to go to get dog food.. you must call FIRST for appointment. Also Christian advice and help

I could not be any more grateful for the staff and help they provided me during a really tough time in my life. They are so incredibly helpful and understanding and there is no judgment whatsoever. Restore hope is just what it claims, my daughter has been going through a lot since the pandemic job loss eviction some of the things most Americans are experiencing, it was taking a toll on her physically and spiritually, thank you Restore hope for restoring my spirit and my daughters hope

Amazing organization, I fell down on hard times after being without work for medical reasons for over 3 months.Im glad that places like this exist. Once Im fully back on my own feet again I plan on giving back you never know when you might need it yourself!
