I have been working for ERI for over 4 years. I started out working part time as a HTS and worked my way to becoming a PC. I love my job and the people I work with. The directors are awesome. They truly care about their employees and clients. 💜💜

I have been working for Employment Resources, inc for a while now and I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever worked for! I am blessed to be a part of such a great company that cares so much about the community and their employees. All of our management have gone above and beyond to take care of me and the other valued employees at ERI.

Management at ERI is awesome they are the most kind and caring people. This is by farrrrrr the best company I have ever worked for. Melissa and Brian are all about teaching and retraining rather than just firing someone. The individuals that we serve are well taken care of and customer service is priority. Why would anyone not want to work here? This company is very family oriented and everyone is treated exceptionally well. I would recommend everyone to apply here or to bring your family member or loved one for services.

Rude and dont care about their employees or the clients they work with. Not a good place to work. Sherry and Melissa only care about themselves.

This place is a mess. Waiting too long. Always full.
