Like most everyone, weve had not the best car buying experiences in the past. Which leaves a bad taste in your mouth when going to look at a new car. We had driven by SouthPoint and my husband saw a truck he liked--we were not planning on buying a new truck, because his was only a few years old. I got on Google, read some reviews and decided to call Josh Boom (his reviews were amazing), just to get the price on the truck. I let Josh know we had driven by and had seen it, but this was more of a want then a need. My husband and I told ourselves we were only going to buy if the price was just right! Josh got us a great price, was straight to the point and honest with us through the entire process. Plus he made it a super quick process--which car buying seems to always drag on and on, at least for us in the past. I highly recommend Josh and we will never buy a car from anyone else now. And will be sending all family and friends to him. We appreciate his upfront honesty, hard work and being a great salesman to work with! Thank you Josh for our new Ram Rebel!!

Could not be more happy with everything about our transaction with these wonderful people. Chris Stinson was our salesperson and he was tremendous. I mean the guy was calling everything within 500 miles to find us a wrangler that not only fit our budget, but also our needs and wants. When we went to pick it up and actually saw it, I mean it was beautiful! Chris showed us everything about it, and gave us various insider tips and tricks, him being a jeep owner himself. Most horrible car dealerships Ive ever tried to to deal with had a sales guy named Matt he was super nice and polite but they like to play the dealer games where they run around and never give you a straight answer. call your personal banker and try to get them to finance more than 100 percent that way they can jack the price of the car way above blue book value I have my own banker that way I dont have to deal with that rhetoric they had a sign soon as you come in the door says no hassle on the price no games but they did everything they said that they didnt do on that sign I feel sorry for people who go there and buy a car especially right now because youre going to pay way too much. We was looking at a 2016 Ford edge that had 65,000 MI they wanted $20,500 for the car I looked it up on KBB it said in excellent condition private party it was only worth 18,000 so just be sure to look at the price online before you buy the car

I would recommend the gentleman that we worked with, hands down. Being a woman I can feel “on guard” when making certain purchases, BUT I have never had such incredible service. I stopped by on a whim and Zach actually took his time, and bless his heart, I know that man has been blessed with patience:) My husband and I appreciated feeling welcomed and not at all rushed. Been looking for a specific car (Equus) and found one at South Pointe in Tulsa. Even though Im from Chicago, I figured Id talk to someone about it.Ended up getting Mark Ellard their Internet sales guy. So far so GREAT. Hes been very NON-used car sales like. Not only has he been nice to deal with, but has been going beyond to help me with the process of buying a car 700 miles away. Buying a vehicle in the pandemic sucks but i have to say Anthony Ybarra, Michael Douglas and Joe Calistro did their absolute best to make the experience as painless as possible. Jeep Wranglers are hard to find but Anthony showed me several options from base to fancy hybrids. I settled in on a nice new 80th Anniversary package. Joe Calistro threw in the window tint and came to a price i could live with. Michael Douglas was professional and pleasant and hooked me up with zero.zero financing over 36 months! I strongly recommend these 3 gentlemen at South Pointe if you want a great vehicle buying experience!

Gary Guest is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with a lot. He’s not overbearing or forceful, he’s very knowledgeable due to his many years in the service group, and he worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The first day I came in he gave me his personal cell phone because the truck I originally wanted had been already reserved. I told him I needed to leave and think over another one and he completely understood, wasn’t forceful and didn’t stress me out like multiple other dealers have. He then stayed in contact with me over the next few days, updating me each day on the vehicle I wanted, and wasn’t pressuring me to answer calls or to come back and look at a different vehicle. He went out of his way to make my buying experience seamless, and quickly responded to any questions I asked. After I purchased the truck, he followed up with me each of the next few days to ensure I had no questions or concerns. He works so hard for you that I almost couldn’t tell if South Point CJD employed him, or I did as my personal buying assistant. I will be coming back to this dealership so long as he is still working there.

These guys and gals always do such a great job! They turned my car around with a oil change, fixed my rear turn signal and even ran it through the car wash to knock dust off (trust me it needed it). They got all this done while I ran a quick errand at the hardware store - they called to say it was all done before I had finished. Amazing job and it’s why I keep coming back!

I dropped a star for each reason why I won’t shop their again. One start for the hard sale and negative attitude because I did not want to buy extras at financing. One start lost because by the next day after being home the car the check engine light came on. I’m buying parts before even emptying a tank of gas. I did give them three stars. One for a car that was well priced. One for the sales rep who was really helpful. And one for matching another dealers trade in offer.

South Pointe quoted me almost $400 to replace a tire pressure sensor. They had my vehicle for almost a week before I was contacted with what was wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. I took my vehicle to Discount Tire and they replaced the sensor in 10 minutes for $65. I know dealerships always mark-up the cost of services, but a 500% mark-up seems a little extreme.My service advisor was pleasant to work with, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of my experience with South Pointe.

I bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue from them. The sales team was easy to work with. I drove a couple of hours to buy the car abs they were kind and considerate. The issues comes with the cane detailing. While looking in the back of the Vehicle, before it was purchased, it was obvious someone did not detail it. The shifter was dirty with something white and dried on it. I brought both of these issues up with the salesman before the car was purchased, came back the a few days later and they had not been cleaned. I was disappointed when I saw that. I should have looked before I drove it off the lot and I am sorry I did not do that.

I called him with other questions a couple of times and he was always very helpful. I went in for a test drive and he was there and had everything ready to go. I bought my 2018 Jeep Compass at Southpoint when it was brand new. Yesterday, it wouldn’t start so I had it towed back to the dealership for service at 6PM on a Thursday. At the time they said due to the number of vehicles it might be a few days. I got an early text the next day from Lee to offer any support for questions, and three more calls throughout the day to update me. Thankfully it was just a dead auxiliary battery, and on Lee’s last phone call of the day he said a technician had stayed past their normal time to ensure I would have my vehicle back for the weekend! They had my Jeep for less than 24 hours and were so helpful! Hopefully I don’t need maintenance again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

I visited here going to take my Jeep in for some work and recalls. I had vacation coming up and we had not yet decided where. Once we knew a hitch was on the recalls we purchased a little camper to tow. The parts continually took longer then expected to come in and after three weeks we were supposed to leave in the morning but the jeep was still in the shop. Pate and Ben took the time to secure us a tow vehicle for our trip and ensure our vacation was saved. I could not be more thankful. And now after the jeep is back it is better then ever and I could not be more happy with them and their service. Absolutely horrendous, unacceptable service. They had my husbands car for 3 WEEKS before we could even get get someone to call us back and tell us what was wrong with it on what was wrong with it. After ANOTHER week or two, were told the parts needed dont exist anymore and they were trying to find it. My husband found the part on Amazon right away. Then we finally get the car back and there is a new issue, so we immediately have to turn around and take it back to the service department. Just to get a call the next day of him just saying Yup, its doing that thing, just like you said. We will never return to this establishment.

Wish I could do zero stars. Never had to try so hard to give some $40k before. Took forever to respond. Had everything done on my end with bank financing the whole 9 yards just waiting on a purchase order from them And a value on my trade in for 2 DAYS. Took off 3 days of work to make sure I had time to get the paperwork done And to go get the vehicle because it was a weekend. Then to be called and told the vehicle was sold and nobody knew. The absolute worse time I’ve ever had trying to buy a vehicle. Will never even consider buying anything from these people you should consider doing the same. Absolutely pitiful.

I dropped my vehicle off after hours confirmed all the pricing beforehand.the service advisor did not know whats going on with my vehicle when I called to follow up on it two days later. he gave me different information than the two days previous.Now granted they get enough work maybe that they get confused.My biggest issue was when I came to pick up my vehicle, there were nine associates in the service office with no partitions between me and all those associates, I was the only customer standing in the office waiting to be assisted none of the associates including my service advisor requested to help me in any way whatsoever.The only person that finally assisted me was the one who just got off the phone with someone else apparently she was the only one working at customer service.Then the pricing was not what was agreed. they gave me the price and said plus tax shop supplies is not tax and since I only spent $10 of owed service, $4 shop supply fee was too high so I disputed it, only to end up paying half of it still yet.They do not seem eager to assist the customer that comes in the office.

Definitely recommend this dealership and worth the 3 hour drive for me! More specifically, Gary is who I recommend. Gary was very informative and responsive from the beginning. Many dealerships that were 2+ hours away from me were unwilling to work with me on my trade in and needed to “see it in person”. This is one of the slowest service places I have ever been. I sincerely discourage anybody from coming here unless it is 100% necessary.EDIT: Wow, I can’t believe I actually came back for a simple tire rotation. To no ones surprise, 2 hours later I am still without my car. I have called repeatedly to check on the status of my car and remained on hold for 20 minutes each time. There is no purpose in scheduling an appointment if I have to continuously wait hours for the most simple services. My hopes were low but I am disappointed in myself for believing that a simple procedure could be finished in less than an hour.

I give my salesman, Gary, and finance guy, Mike, each 5 stars. I have to admit that I was quite surprised the interior of my truck when I picked it up. It was quite dirty. The dash had a layer of dust that required two shop towels to be cleaned and the windshield was a not cleaned either. There was dirt built up in the weather stripping on the drivers side door that required a vacuum cleaner to remove it. Most of the outside of the truck was great. The lowest 8 inches of the of the body was built up with hard to eliminate road crud. I am going to have to take it to a detail shop and have it cleaned correctly. Considering they use a third party to clean their vehicles, I would suggest that they need to reconsider the service they are paying for. Unfortunately the body of the truck has a scratch that the dealership agreed to remove. My gut says to cancel the appointment on Monday and just pay for it myself. This is primarily because I suspect it will be the same individuals that were supposed to clean it for initial delivery to me. I dont think they will do a good job. I guess I am stuck.

My wife and I just bought two new cars from Gary in sales and Matt in finance. I’ve been going to south point’s service department for years but this was the first car buying experience I’ve had with them. Gary was a great salesman, very upfront, very honest and very much willing to work hard to find the exact vehicle you want. Anthony was great! He took the time before test driving and after the purchase to show me how to operate all the newer electronic features on my car that I hadn’t used before. He treated me like a person, unlike another car dealership I tried to purchase a car from. It’s the first time where I didn’t feel stress or anxiety trying to buy a car at a decent price with everything I wanted in a car. She got me the deal I wanted and got me in the new 2020 Challenger RT I was looking at. I was fearing going to the dealership from previous bad experiences, but I will say that was the best Dealer experience I have ever had. Southpointe with Tammy is where it is at folks. No one that can help on Thursday and will call me back. No call; same response on Friday morning. Still no one calls. Finally, on Saturday, I get Jose. He is off-site and cannot help much. Cannot get ahold of any service advisors. Cannot see multi-point inspection from last service in June because he doesnt have access to system. Will have someone call me back (I decline that offer as the last two times it did not go that well). Ask to speak to manager or general manager. After a long wait, no one is available. Best he can do is email everyone and hope someone can reach me.Ill update IF and WHEN I get a response. Giving Chris Nikel another go.

I’m very disappointed with how things have turned out because the beginning of my experience was wonderful - friendly, helpful service and communication. But after the “deal was made,” everything shifted to poor communication and a poor vehicle. It was an out of state deal so I wasn’t able to see or test drive until it arrived only to find the oil change reminder was on, severe tire alignment that pulled to the left and moisture in the rear lights meaning the seal needs repaired. I’ve received no returned calls on the extended warranty I purchased so I have to wait for the paperwork to come in the mail before I can get the repairs. No “I’m sorry” or anything from those I’ve spoken to regarding the issues. The delivery driver said he only charges $600 for delivery when the dealership charged us $1200 and, to our surprise and lack of communication, the delivery driver wasn’t taking my old car back so almost a week later we are still waiting for my old car to be picked up. This was our first out of state purchase experience and for a company that said “we do these all the time” there was a lot of frustrating issues .

Our truck was making a noise so I brought it to them still under factory warranty on a Monday. .frank said he would connect in a few hours to let us know the problem, that never happened. I called the next morning to find out what the problem was, he said would have to wait on tech guy since he didnt leave any notes. didnt connect me all day, I called the next day and upper and lower ball joints went out, they ordered parts would be done by Thursday. they never called so I called them on Friday and they said it would be Saturday before it was done. I didnt hear from them so I called them. talked to Dillon. now they said they are still waiting on parts. how are you waiting on parts when it supposed to be done. gonna be Tuesday before it done. they didnt call me all day so at 5pm I called them, and talked to Dillon and he said he never talked to me, when I told him word for word our conservation he said of yea. no apology, nothing, now they said its gonna be Thursday before its done. at this I got the service manager involved. it informed me it would be done at 4:00pm. on the way there they called me and told me that the lift broke off my mirror. how does a lift that fits under a vehicle break a mirror on the top. now its gonna be another 10 days. after I picked it up there was a loud noise coming from the window seal, they said they adjusted the door. no reason to adjust door when you break the mirror. and its still not fixed. the wind still comes in the door seal. they have lied to me at least 5 times. Dillon told me the reason frank never called me back is that he gets 10,000 calls a day and is too busy. so to inconvenience you all for bringing my truck into service.

When I called to make an appointment for service I waited on phone 18 minutes?When I came to drop off my vehicle no on acknowledged me, only one agent was actually working with a customer, the two other agents were on their computers.I waited silently for about 10 minutes while the agent finished up with two customers.Called the next day to check on status of my vehicle and was on calling waiting for about 8 minutes. Learned my vehicle was ready.Never received a call telling when the service was complete and that I could have picked it up earlier?Perhaps they were that busy or maybe short handed?

I’m definitely going back. Blackjack, the man who helped me, was very honest and kind. I’m not really knowledgeable with cars, and he showed me what was happening with my tires and filters. Blackjack’s genuine love for his customers is heartwarming and admirable. I haven’t really encountered someone that honest in the this field, and that interaction made my day.
