My husband and I were on our way to Moab Utah and my FJ cruiser’s alternator decided to stop working. It was a Sunday and there was hardly any auto repair shops open. After having to call a tow truck ( which took an hour), and calling multiple places to see if they could fix it today so we could back on the road, we called this shop and they not only gave us the cheapest estimate we’d heard so far, they said they’d get it done in 1.5 hours. we were so thankful after having a pretty bad day, and they fit us in and were so nice. The shop was clean, bathrooms were clean, everyone was friendly. Highly recommend, these guys will take care of you. There was a lady in the waiting room as well that seemed very satisfied as well. Definitely 5 stars for me!

Have not had a bad experience with the Memorial location. Worked with Katie and James on getting new tires. They are always competitive on prices and are easy to work with on timeframe of getting your vehicle in. Have bought two sets of tires for two different vehicles in the last year. Appreciate their free fix a flat policy and how they offer free rotation on any tire purchase. Will continue to use them for tire service in the future.

Had a $40 dollar coupon for Brake Service so I thought I would try their service. When service person called and said $380 for rear rotors and pads with $40 off, thought that sounded high, but said go ahead anyways since it was there. Called 3 hours later to check on it and found no one made notes and it had been sitting with no work done. 45 minutes later they call and say finished, so my wife goes to pay and pick up key. To our surprise the bill was actually $418, I guess tax and unasked for checks brought that $380 up. Save yourself headache and money and go two doors down to Hesselbien. No coupon out the door they would have been $323. I checked before heading home. Not to mention they laughed at my wife behind the glass after asking questions like warranty on rotors and pads. They lost our business for life and a better business bureau complaint is coming next. Dont know about all locations but the one off of memorial and 1-69 is a bust! Go to Hesselbien two doors down, and save yourself the feeling of being ripped off and insulted! If possible to give no stars, I would have.

Made an appointment online super easy just had to put my car info in. For doing my oil, wripers and changing all 4 tires it was only a little over an hour if that. Definitely will be back next go round. I think James was the one that worked with me and hes super friendly.

Yes I went to Hibdon Tires at 93rd and Memorial in Tulsa Oklahoma and had four tires put on my car and oil changed and new windshield wipers. They did an awesome job very quickly but yet very good. William in the front office is awesome. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them with patience so that I can understand even if I asked it twice. I was very pleased with my experience best price in town, I checked.

Ran over a nail recently, giving me a flat. Had three recommendations to come to Hibdon Tires. I was told they are honest and kind people to work with. Y’all yes! They were incredibly kind, very professional, and charged me $0 to repair my nail punctured tired and put it back on my vehicle. I am one happy girl!

Clean, good coffee for those early morning arrivals & snack machine & a bathroom, too. The work I had done today was less then $200 & my friend who had the same done she spent $600. I love my Hibdon people!!!

I had my tire completely lose its treads and get a huge hole torn in it a week and a half ago while on the highway, I went to hibdon to get that tire replaced and service was great as well as the new tire quality. It was recommended that I replace my other 3 tires since they were about 10 years old. I brought them in this week to get them replaced, everything supposedly went well. Not even 2 days later I had 2 flat tires on my right side. After having to fill up my tires twice on the way to hibdon, I told the woman at the front desk what happened and she said they would take care of it. After the tires were worked on, I was called and told that my tires were flat because of faulty valve stems, which upon looking at my past receipt, the valve stems were replaced along with all the new tires. So obviously, it was the complete fault of hibdon as to why my tires were flat. When I picked up my car, no one apologized or offered some sort of compensation for their flawed service. When I called to speak to the manager about what had happened, I was met with a terrible attitude, complete refusal to accept responsibility for not putting my tires on properly, lying about even replacing my valves even though that had been stated on my receipt, unwillingness to compensate me for my trouble, and being told that they were being generous by replacing my valves without charge even though my tires were still under warranty and my entire valves had been replaced not 3 days before. I will not be returning to hibdon again for tires as I cannot and will not put up with a company that puts my life in danger for the sake of being quick and therefore reckless.

I like them. However I was shopping for rims. The availability for my vehicle was only 8 choices. I went to another place and had alot more. I have bought tires and trust them wholly. It was just ashamed that their selection of rims was so limited. That caused them to loose a $1400 sale.

My son broke down and had his car towed to Hibdon, the closest place. It was an hour and a half before they closed and they said they didn’t have time to look at it. He went back the next day and they said it was the battery. We both questioned that because it wouldn’t hold a charge but they said no that’s what it is. They put a new battery in and the next day it broke down on the highway. We took it somewhere else and they said it was the alternator and replaced it.Hibdon did not care nor did they want to take the time to fix the car properly! I would not recommend this Hibdon to anyone!!

The Tulsa-Memorial location of Hibdon Tires Plus is amazing!! We are from out of state and found ourselves needing 6 new trailer tires to make it back home. Katie, Will, Grant and all of the other employees were so helpful. They went above and beyond, to not only get the tires we needed, but to also install them on our rig which wouldn’t fit inside the shop. The customer service they provided was excellent and I highly recommend them!

Brought 2 cars to them for an alignment. Got one back pulling to the right and the other one shakes so bad you can barely drive it on the highway. Also replaced two tires on one vehicle and asked for them to match the front tires. When I arrived they had given me a different style tire which I wasnt happy about. When I asked they told me the existing tire model was no longer made. This was something that could have been mentioned from the beginning. This is my third bad experience with this Hibdon. Not very happy. Called and was told the tires may not have been balanced. This place is incompetent. I would like a refund for the alignment cost. I will take it somewhere else. Dont trust you o work on my car any longer. Would have given them 0 stars, or negative stars. I will be fair and say they did offer to fix it, but I planned my time to get it done yesterday, not three days in a row. And if they had done it right the first time I wouldnt have to return.

We took a vehicle here because it had a large screw in a tire and it was the closest place that we felt safe driving it to. Not only did they fix our tire quickly, but they did it for free.

Pretty much exclusively take our vehicles to hibdon, they do quality work and stand behind it. Not much more you can ask for.

Had a oil change and tire rotation. They had me very quickly and brought to my attention of some possible issues of an air filter that needed to be changed. Everything was taken care of at a very reasonable price. Definitely going back!

Went in for brake inspection... I had just had them replaced the week previous and just started to notice some squealing when in reverse. When I took it in here they ended up telling me whoever put my brakes on before messed up pretty much. Telling me I needed new rotors and again new brake pads. Saying they were metal to metal and needed replaced ASAP. Was going to cost me $416. I got a second opinion and was told nothing was wrong with my pads or rotors that they are in great shape. I really hope a scam wasn’t going on here. Always get a second opinion!

Recently moved from out of state. Had my car checked by an independent mechanic that Ive been going to for 5+ years before I made the move. I took my car into Hibson 3 months later for a routine oil change, and they said I needed 3 different repairs. I asked about the repairs and the front desk woman kept fumbling over her words on what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. She would say one thing... I would say well that cant be because blah blah blah, and then she would well its actually blah blah blah... um, okay? So which is it then? A or B??You can tell she was obviously lying and just trying to make more money for the business. So I took my car to a competitor for a second opinion and they said nothing was wrong with my vehicle and its in great shape.In a nutshell, this place will find the absolute miniscule repair needed and will tell you the whole thing needs to be replaced. Beware.

This is the only place I buy tires. Lifetime rotation and minor repairs are included with a full set. Service times are always reasonable.

This is a very busy place, so its best to call for an appointment, if possible. I had to drop in for a leaking tire that came up unexpectedly. I was clearly informed on the soonest they could get me in, which gave me an opportunity to run another errand in the interim. They kept me well updated on their progress and dealt with me honestly and fairly.

Very friendly and honest staff, the best part is they didnt try to scare sell there products to me. They where honest about what was needed, and what is going to be needed next time.

The staff is amazing! Especially Christy(hope I got that right). She went out of her way to get us back on the road without having to spend night in Tulsa after hitting metal debris on I44 and ruining 2 low profile tires that arent easy to find. Highly recommend this location!

I went in both Saturday and Sunday and received quick and friendly assistance from both of the men present in the shop at the time (same both days). My questions were answered without issue, and honesty was greatly appreciated. Repairs were done on time, and I was very satisfied with the outcomes. :)

I’ve brought every vehicle I’ve owned to this shop, and have bought 4 sets of tires from them as well. When I bought the tires for my truck I also had them replace the pitman arm and idler arm, the mechanic told me my truck would drive straight and wouldn’t be out of alignment anymore. It still wasn’t fixed even after they supposedly replaced the parts. I had to travel out of state so i had to drive it how it was. Now that I’ve had time to take it to a different shop I have been informed that neither the pitman arm or idler arm was replaced and the parts that are on it are the factory parts. I paid an extra 400$ for nothing, thanks.

Always professional service and, competitive pricing. I have purchased tires here and had my alignment done on several cars at this location over the years and, everything is always done right. The first time.

Quick and easy to work with. They gave me a great price on my tires. I left my car and went back to the office. I received a call when theu were done. They explained everything in detail. Would definitely recommend!

My experience began well and ended poorly. I walked in for service but had to wait in line while other customers were finishing up. After about 2 minutes a manager greeted me and asked to assist. I explained what I needed and he informed me that the store was closed but I could set an appointment for the next day or another day.I proceeded to schedule a 10am for the next day and he encouraged me that setting an appointment was the way to go. I arrived the next day at 9:54am and noticed how busy they were. I waited in line while a customer in front of me was assisted. The clerk who was assisting this customer greeted me as he passed me to follow the customer outside. I was next in line to be assisted but the same manager who scheduled my appointment the day before seemed too busy to acknowledge me or assist me. I found this to be really odd so I kindly waited (which turned out to be about 5 mins) and still, no acknowledgment. He did however acknowledge the donuts delivery guy who walked in and passed right by me to distribute the mornings order.I glanced around one last time and noticed 4 customers sitting in the lobby, 1 clerk assisting a customer to my left, and a mechanic who was standing with his arms folded behind the manager who should have been acknowledging/assisting me. After waiting for about 3 more minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I was super surprised that the same manager who had acknowledged and assisted me the day before fell short of those same attributes the day of my appointment. How disappointing!!!

Turned me away within 20 minutes of closing. They had a half full lobby still. So it is understandable. They were nice, offered to help 1st thing the next day, & even suggested other local service centers that might still help the same day. Unfortunately, I had a nail in the tire & could not wait.

Started with a phone call where the guy was very happy to assist. When I got there everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was trying a new wheel and tire size and the techs did everything to check fitment and showed me the results. This place is great completely unlike the worthless Firestone on 91st and Yale, I will never go there again.

169 and Memorial location always gives me great service. The lifetime alignment service is worth the investment living here in Oklahoma. (Worst roads ever)

I have been a loyal customer ever since 2010 when on my way to the airport early one morning I had a tire suddenly start loosing pressure. I stopped into Hibdon’s where they quickly got me in to fix my tire and then back out in time for me to make my flight on time. In addition, they did it for free.

This is my go-to Place. I Luv these guys. Friendly and very Convenient for me.

We get our tires done here. Theyre real easy to work with and honor their warranties. Tire selection is a bit limited, but its hard to complain.

I was told by a friend of mine concerning a deal Hibdon had on brake replacements so I contacted them to discuss both my brakes and tires. I was happy with the price on the brake pad replacement price/axle as well as the tires and informed them to replace both.I then get a call indicating that my rotors were out of spec and that I needed to replace them. Busy with work and knowing that rotors typically last around 50,000 miles I had no issue with their replacement and informed them to do so. They then indicated I had a lower ball joint out, play in a bearing hub, and play in my tie rod ends.The pricing for the ball join and tie rod end didnt add up so I disregarded their replacement but proceeded with the bearing hub. Nonetheless, the bill was at $2K. Once I started looking at the receipt things really didnt start adding up so I started digging.Apparently, all they use is Duralast parts which are the cheapest one can buy from any Autozone, Reillys, or Advanced Auto Center and the markup over you picking them up is in excess of 100%!!!After reviewing the cost of the parts, I totaled that I paid in excess of $601.00 in markups alone. I understand every business needs to make money and mechanics get a revenue stream for the markup on parts but this is absolutely ridiculous! It also informs me that I might have needed to request my rotors be given to me so I could have them checked elsewhere because the entire time I was waiting on my car, which was also later than I was told, anyone who called in about breaks was told their rotors were out of spec and needed replacement which Im going to call BS on.At no point in time, outside of tires, would I ever recommend this company for any job associated with the mechanics of your car. Take it to a reputable auto mechanic and youll see the difference in price for sure. You got one over on me but the word of mouth from this customer is going to be entirely negative.

Went there to get some service on my car.Went there at around 12:30,they got all the work done at a decent price.I went there without making a appointment and they got it all done by around 4:30.I will be back to get work done on my car that I cant do at home.

Said the vibration that we had were the tires that still had half tread life. 800 dollars later and new tires still had the vibration.we took the car to the dealer it was the wheel bearing. So 800 on tires we didnt need.

Three attempts to have tires installed, two of which were by appointment, ended in two wasted afternoons and $30 to replace a tire lost by their service personnel... no tires. Giving up on them after being a customer for 20 years. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

3 star ..because coolant wasnt checked an filled as even though it was checked off as ok on inspection sheet ...2013 Camry hybrid ..69000 miles ..Suppose to do full inspection .rotate tires an oil change ..I get it back Friday afternoon....I check fluids Monday because another car I owned that was in there very recently for oil change fluid check ECT and it had almost no power steering fluid so I decided to check this car on the fluids and ..coolant not filled almost EMPTY I dont think they been checking at all even the last 2 times it was in for oil change.😣... tires are at correct pressure .oil is changed ..spilled oil all over every thing on area though .all other fluids look fine though....this also happened on another car we had taken to another company Robertson tires ..it was in for oil change .tire rotation fluid check ECT ..they didnt fill any of the fluids or even check the tire pressures..we take our cars in so they dont break down on the side of the road but I guess it doesnt matter what you do.

I have taken my vehicles here frequently for oil changes, tires and alignments. Look, these folks are part of a national conglomerate. They are motivated by whatever motivates corporations these days. You can expect mediocre to adequate service, high prices, sales gimmicks, and a take it or leave it attitude.I have presented their coupons on occasions and they have said, We already included the discount.” Maybe they did, but I have compared prices on their sales and $100 off promotions and always found significantly lower prices elsewhere.Recently they rotated my tires and didnt tell me about a dangerously worn tire. Generally, though, they are quick to point out if a tire or part is unsafe or worn because a) they want to protect themselves from legal liability, and b) they want to sell you a high-priced replacement.If mmehh is good enough you probably wont be disappointed.

We had a blow out on the way home to Houston. We called on a sunday (most tire places were closed). Our car has 275/35 R19 tires, very rare (BMW 645ci). There was 1 tire in that size in all of Tulsa. They researched where the tire was and they got it for us. They were extremely busy but they got us back on our way to Houston. Great service. Very helpful staff.

I have been there a few times. A few tire sets purchased over the years. It seems like their customer service has been definitely improving.

Had been putting off getting new tires that I really needed. Noticed the back tire was really low so popped over there and they were able to get to me set up with 4 new tires. They were friendly, and got it done in a couple of hours. They also have a payment plan that I did not do, but sounds like a great idea for those who need one.
