This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This is how my nails looked 3 days after getting them done. I got Dip nails and they should last longer than this. After contacting them they were rude and took them several days to even respond. Don’t waste your time and money.

CINDY IS AMAZING. I never trust anyone else to do my nails, but when I saw her work while I was visiting Tulsa I had to get a set done.

I paid $60 for the worse nails I’ve ever had. Refused to take them off for me and refused to give me a refund. Acrylic on my skin, bumpy, different shapes. What I wanted and what I got

I would give this place zero stars if I could this is by far the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to. They are rude they rushed their job my nails are the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I paid $70 for disappointment. On top of that the lady doing my nails got up several times to go walk around and eat.. not even kidding. I will obviously never be coming back here again.

My daughter had her nails done by a lady that was extremely rude and rough with her the entire time. My daughter is in a wheelchair and her grandfather had dropped her off and was walking around the mall. My daughters nails were horrible and let the lady know she wasnt happy. The lady grabbed her arm and a tool to start taking them off. My daughter was begging her not to do this because she was afraid it would be painful. My daughter started to call her grandfather and the lady took her phone away from her and continued to grab her arms and was yelling in her face. My dad, her grandfather, walked in as the lady had her arms and was yelling at her. No other customers were in the store and 3 other employees went to the back while this was occuring... The called security that asked to see security footage and it was all on video. I would hope this place looses its business or at least the lady taking care of my daughter. We will make sure this lady loses her job or goes to jail for assaulting My daughter.... A Customer!

Absolutely horrible service. They are greedy. They continued to tell customers 10 minutes even though all employees had a client. They would stop in the middle of doing a customer to start another customer. The tubs for pedicures were cleaned with only water, no disinfectant no bleach. They wouldnt tell a customer that they were out of a particular color and try to pass another color off. Never again. Please dont waste your money. Also they would do a service without asking the customer and then try to charge the customer extra

Absolutely horrible job. They have you pick your design and then they do whatever they want and they look horrible. When they where doing my nails someone came and the lady rush and make my nails horrible. Please do not waste your time and money in this salon that they give really bad service.

You’ll come in wash your hands and pick out a color, then they will have you sit in chair thinking you will be seen in a few mins which actually turns into 30min to a hour. Once someone finally gets to you they rush the whole process, throw your hands around. Once your nails are drying they will run off and start scrubbing someone feet, run back to you to finish the process with wet dirty hands. Which I thought you should wash your hands after touching someone feet before touching my hands(gloves or not.) I paid $50 for horrible, nasty, rude service. Never going back.

My pedicure and toes look great! The lady who did my nails rushed it and they dont look very good! Pedicure lady gets 5 stars. Nail lady gets 1 star for nails and 5 for my eyebrows!

It was the worst place I have ever been to in Tulsa and I have been here for 29 years it’s the worst place ever and I paid $45 it’s very nasty I only stayed because I did not want to be rude but omg they don’t clean there tools

Just rude and act like they hate there customers. Not friendly ether. I got my eyebrows waxed and lip done, a few day ago. The lady was ruff and unfriendly. She just came in pushed my head around. Had a straight up attitude, did not even talk Did not even warn me when she slapped the wax on my lip. Never again.

I actually loved my nails at first, however less than 24 hours later 3 have broken off, 2 while doing mundane little things the third while peeling an orange. I have never ever had that happen once in 5 years of getting acrylics. I will be going back tomorrow and seeing if they will fix the 3 nails like they should if they do I will put it back at 5 stars.Edit: they did fix the 4 broken nails (another broke) but a day later another nail broke.

It was great.. employees were very nice and friendly.. my foot massage was awesome and my nails and toes look great.

They are HORRIBLE they told me to sit and wait 10 minutes!! Which turned into 1 1/2 hours and after that she started doing someone who came in way after me and when she said what I needed done she laughed and left me there for longer but when I went to leave they wanted to chase me out the door to see if I was coming back and I will NEVER GO BACK their nail price says $25 and they lied and told me it was $60 their liars never will go back!!

I got my lip waxed and the lady just slapped the wax on there she pushed my head back and fourth rudely and when I asked if she could do further down on my lip because she missed a section she barely did anything and walked out didn’t even asked if I liked it and never did turn on the light over head to see better.

I had walked in at 5 and was sat down and they started putting the nails on me and the lady just got up and walked away. She left me there waiting for almost 2 hours after starting on me and she had went to start on someone else. So unprofessional and for sure will never go back. You shouldn’t start a service on someone and not finish it. I ended up leaving at 7 after waiting in a chair without being told how much longer I was gonna wait for

I went and got my nails done on my birthday and the lady was very impatient and rude had rushed with doing acrylics, was very rough with my hands, and every design I had pulled up she said she couldn’t do and when I asked for something specific and small she charged me EXTRA I do not recommend going here, the nails looked horrible

They did my nail for $55 and 2 fell a week after when I went back they said i have to pay $10 to fix it. They so rude. Horrible customer service and they always gossip on the customer. Not going back for sure

Took my granddaughter to have nails done,I noticed next day they took $50 of my card instead of $25 like my receipt shows,they said would refund,instead made a fake refund.Never get .y business. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNT, Very rude,Not professional

So rude. I asked for mani, pedi. They took FOREVER with the pedi. When i decided to go ahead and get the Mani, the lady started talking in a different language about how i didnt have money to pay. I whipped out a couple hundred dollar bills to pay for my pedi after getting my fingers buffed. (Yes one lady had already buffed my nails before offending me). The look on her face what priceless...im sure more rude comments were coming out of her mouth that i didnt understand. There was no reason to treat me that way. I was very patient and nice to them. It was just irritating for that to take so long.

Everyone there is amazing. Linda is my nail tech and shes wonderful and linh is the MOST AMAZING ARTIST IN THE WORLD!! THE ONLY ONE ILL LET DO MY DESIGNS!!

If I could give a zero star rating I would, I came in to get my nails done, they were rude and talked amongst themselves and switched people on me twice, never asked what color I would like or anything, the glued the nails on crooked, and I asked for something simple and a basic black heart painted, what I got was barely completely covered solid nail color on the acrylic and a sad effort to even try and paint the heart, my thing is if you can’t paint a heart done agree to it and then when it looks like a 3 years painted it tell me you will charge me 40 and no charge for the hearts! Uhhh okay my nails are uneven bumpy, half the sides are hardly covered in paint and now looks like I let toddlers paint hearts on them! No effort to fix it or have someone else who could have done better try just rude and demanding where to put my hands and charge me for full set when frankly they look like I like my child do them! No apology nothing just took my money and gave me a business card! I will not be recommending or ever comping back!

Linh did a fantastic job on my daughters nails. She made her feel very special.

They were very unprofessional. Fighting with each other and yelling at my sister and I about not liking our nails and wanted them taken off. Won’t give refunds even if the nails are crooked and all different sizes. Should be put out if business. Should never yell at the customer or fight in front of the customers.

Bad and poor service. My shellac polish peeled off at next day.. I wont ever go back again.
