12 hours after I paid $55 plus a $10 tip for gel.

The guy who did my mom’s pedicure skipped steps, barely massaged, didn’t put the base coat on. We paid for the nicest pedicure and it was easily the worst one either of us had ever witnessed.The woman was fantastic though! I would give her 5 stars.

Love love love !! this place made me feel so welcoming so important .the nail girl Hannah was incredible she absolutely did wonderful my nails are thin like i like them and beautiful i highly recommend her i cant remember the lady that did my toes but she was awesome too. I recommend to everybody!!!!

Lu did a great job last time but not this time. He rushed through the pedi, skipping steps, and now I have to pay for another one so its done right. I also paid for a basic mani. He finished it in 8 mins. Again, skipping steps. It is the worst Ive ever had. When I called him out on skipping steps he told me to oil my cuticles myself and pointed to the bottle. He said he had a long day and wanted to finish so he could go shopping at Ross for shirts.

I came here to try a new place next to my home and i was a little disappointed but I contacted them directly and they fixed the problem. Will definitely be coming back. They are very nice and professional. Definitely recommend.

They pay attention to detail. They care about your natural nails. They are gentle. They are so friendly and nice. If you have real nails they you want taken care of, this is the place to go. Dip is amazing! You will have long, natural nails like mine. Dipping powder makes them strong and they grow crazy long.

The women did a great job on my and my daughters nails. Love the design she drew.

The service was good and friendly but the quality was not as good. My mom got a full set of solar nails and when we left they already looked like they needed to be filled.

My nail broke just after a couple days and I’m not happy they can do better and my nieces aren’t happy with their nails either the paint chipped and the nails fell off poor quality nails

I went in today I wish I knew my nail techs name but I dont but she was so very friendly and very good! I just had my shoulder dislocated and put back into place Tuesday, so of course I had to take it out of the sling to get my nails done she was very gentle and kept asking me if I was okay. So also did a fantastic job on my nails!! Everyone in there was very polite this makes my second time going and I will continue to go and refer others. Thank you guys for great service!!

I went in for a dip. The lady kept running the bit over my cuticles I have sore fingers today. She asked if I wanted my nails clipped I said no they are fine. She clipped them anyway. I would jump when she hit my cuticles with the damn bit. So disappointed.

Went in last week to get my nails done for prom, asked for SIMPLE French tips. She (one of the managers) rushed through my nails because another customer requested her. If only I could attach a picture of how bad they looked. I told the guy at the front desk that I wasn’t too happy about my nails and I wanted them to look good for prom, and he LAUGHED, In my face. Him along with another female employee.(while about 5 other customers were there) I was embarrassed!

Went with a friend to get her nails and the employees were just rude, told me I had to be a paying customer to sit next to my friend. Out of all the years I never heard of that. The chairs have charger next to them so I used it and the man told me it was 5 dollars because I didn’t ask. The employees have young kids running around screaming it was just a bad business. Just rude I honestly hate giving bad reviews.
