Hurt my fingers pretty bad with the electric file, made me bleed. Didn’t have enough time to dry my nails, as soon as I left they messed up. Within an hour my pinky nail broke off. I will not return back there. Very uncomfortable !!

Fabulous....Leah does great on nail fills, as well as manicures and artificial nails !!! Very kind and friendly !!Katie does really great pedicures and even took my Husband to have one !! He was really impressed !! She is really Sweet !!! Beautiful, New Shop and easy to find !!!

I went to get my toes done here and they let a new girl do my feet. She didn’t wipe any of the cream off my legs and feet. She burnt me with the hot rocks and my polish was HORRIBLE to the point where I had to fix it while in the shop! Then they turn around and tell me “it’s okay, it looks fine” if I could give ZERO I would!!

Kevin was my nail technician and took great care of me! I loved his attention to detail and cleaning up the corners and cuticles as well as his conversation. I however gave four stars because I called in to see if Tina was available and I was told yes. however when I got there Tina asked me to sit with Kevin because she had three people ahead of me. I would have scheduled for a time with Tina if I had known she wasnt available (and wouldnt have come in as I ended up missing another appointment)

Apparently coffin means any shape of and length, width and thickness. I don’t care how good Tina’s designs are I bet she’s great but she’s out and the other workers didn’t listen to anything I said. There wasn’t anywhere that showed you what you can get and what the prices are. I waited at least thirty minutes before someone came to work on me and they didn’t even show me the color options I had so I couldn’t back down in case they didn’t have the color I wanted. So they put on the tips and filed my nails down. They didn’t have the color I was looking for but that happens often. So I picked a pink and just went with it. Eventually after I finally got my nails all dipped and a lady had to come over and grind my nails down because the other guy working on me was messing up so bad. My nails are all different shapes and lengths. Only one is coffin which is what I asked for. None of my other nails count as shapes. So finally we got to the design part and I showed the lady one of Tina’s designs and I asked for a flower in the design but I wanted it white instead of yellow on my ring finger. So she then put a white tip on my ring finger and a yellow flower on my ring finger. Salmon pink and yellow do not work. So I now have messed up shapes, bad colors, and a random single white tip. Never coming back.

Older Asian woman kept giving me the evil eye the entire time I was there.... Was never offered anything to drink and nail tech was not skilled in shaping... Not sure what the issie was as I was a paying customer of 2 services... But I wont be patronizing again.

Excellent and talented service. If you get your nails done regularly then you know not just anybody can do a set or a fill and have them look great every time. Tina is perfection, lately shes been booked up and Ive used Nabi who has done fantastic as well. Ive never not been happy when I leave and I can not say that at all about most places Ive been. Highly recommend either of these girls.

Made an appointment for 4:30 pm for 4 girls, facial nails claimed they would be able to do all our nails at the same time since we had a flight to catch. We came in at 4:30, didn’t get our nails started until 5:30. Only had two people doing our nails. We made it out at 6:30 pm due to rushing, our nails looked awful. Nail tech was also very rude. Take your money somewhere else.

I love my nails. They did a great job and even reshaped my nails and added Rhinestones. It only cost $35 (Fill, reshape, fixed a broken nail, and added Rhinestones) ❤

I like this place. I have had shellac here twice now. While the $30 is a little steep, the upcharge for extras like glitter is low, so it evens out. The girls are cute, friendly, and professional. In a note to the other 2 reviews I saw about shellac coats - ask for another! I did and they have no problem with it. My shellac manicure is still looking great and its been 2 weeks now. I will be going here again.

1st time going I usual go to elegant nails on memorial. I wont be back Ladies were nice but tubs were dirty and the job was not great I could have done better myself. I paid $38 for what was supposed to be a QPI deluxe pedicure. I hate to see what the basic is... smh not happy at all

Love tina and the staff!! You can find anything on pinterest or Google and she can do it literally! She is definetly worth the wait and money!!! They also have a spray tan lady in the back as well as brows and other services!
