They do a good work, but the place is not clean, that is my only complaint, but the most important for me, if the place is not clean I don’t go back, specially with Covid. The owner in very nice.

Paid $100 for a simple Mani & Pedi. They favor and prefer WHITE PEOPLE at this location. They also do not issue birthday discounts like most shops I go to do. I have never had to pay $100 for nails and polish before EVER. After asking what exactly I was being charged for, they argued with me. I was charged $105 for poor service that took 3hrs. to do. And I refuse to ever go here again !

Went in for a pedicure & was nervous because of pandemic. Everyone had on mask. They sprayed the chairs. Tamara did an awesome job. She was professional, kind & gentle on my sensitive feet. Will definitely be going back!

This is a really nice nail shop. Its clean and inviting, easy to social distance, and all the nail techs are kind and professional. I went in with my teen daughter for mani/pedis and it was a great experience. My daughter was very nervous and her tech was so sweet and kind to her. Our nails look and fabulous! Asked to remove calluses & i thought that was normal but i was upcharged for it when i went to ring up. When entering I said mani pedi but after an hour & a half with only pedicure done & being told to sit @ the dryer while the girl that did my pedicure started on a new customer. I decided to leave & not get the manicure @ all. Wouldn’t recommend.

They were nice! And cheap! But they could of done a better job! My original place was too book! So they had to do!

I have been going here for a while and have always been impressed with the quality however I went this weekend and asked for hearts on my nails for Valentine’s Day. The lady doing my nails cut three of my fingers and just kept wiping away the blood like it didn’t happen then told me the color I chose for the hearts was too dark and it would’ve looked better in a different color (after she had finished one whole hand) then did not let the design dry before putting a clear coat on top smearing the whole thing. Then when I went to pay one lady told me $45 and then after my friend paid she changed the price to $48. It looks AWFUL and I could’ve done this at home very disappointed! (I posted a picture separate from this for reference)

My friend took me here today for the very first time to have Deluxe Manicure for $30 and it came out great as i expected. The lady worked on my nails was awesome, she really knew what she was doing. The price was affordable for such a good customer services. Everyone here was nice and friendly to their customers. The place was very neat and well sanitized. I really had nothing to complain. I wish this place is near my hometown so i can visit them more often to try other services. Highly recommended!

One of the best nail salons I have been to. Everything here is just what I would ever need to ask for. Sanitation is a big plus as I could see them clean up and sanitize their tools and equipment after every use and that made me feel very safe and comfortable being here. Everyone seems like they have been in the industry for a while now so they know just what to do though they dont let themselves assume anything. The results turned out perfect just the way I like it. They have a great set of beautiful colors and products to use and I could totally feel the difference in the quality, just awesome. Reasonable price. Pretty much nothing to complain about the place. Highly recommended !!!

Well I was not very happy. While I was getting a full set of acrylic nails I had all together 3 different women that worked on my nailsMy nails look awful and its ihe worst that I have ever had

So loved it!!! My coworker took me here today for the very first time to have Pedicure & Manicure done and it turned out great as i expected. The ladies were very detail oriented and took their time to make sure we were completely satisfied. The price lists here were not too expensive compared to some nail salons back in my hometown. The place was super clean and had a very nice atmosphere which is very important to me. I will definitely be back whenever i am in the area again!

I walked into the building and the staff just starred at me... so I just went back to pick out a color. A few moments after I began looking for a color 2 ladies walked through the door and were instantly greeted by the staff... so I just left... they obviously didnt need my business

Initially was going to give a good review, my first experience was great and relaxing and pretty quick. However I decided to make an appointment for my second time around and, like pretty much any other place like this, they dont care for appointments. Im writing this exactly as Im still waiting because Ive been here for 15 minutes and 2 other girls (and yes GIRLS, not women) have been seated before me as well as a man at a pedicure chair. I would expect appointments to take priority like most professional places but not here. I havent decided yet if I will be back but, as of right now, its not likely.

I love this little place. If you are looking for bubbly to sip while you are getting your nails done and conversation this is not the place for you. If you are looking for quick service and a quality job then you are in the right place. This was the first place I ever got my nails done at and I will never go anywhere else. They are polite and remember their regulars by first name.

I went Thursday to get my nails done and the girl that did my nails made them bleed and added some alcohol stuff that burn. After it took her an hour and 1/2 to do a simple pink glitter dip nails and literally the next day two nails just fall off and two more on Saturday by Monday I only had one nail left. I will never go back.

Great service! They do a great job. I always get a pedicure here. My feet are super soft and the polish lasts a long time. It sometimes can be a bit of a wait to get service but I think it is worth the wait.

I used to come to this salon when I lived in Brookside. Sadly, I cannot recommend it. They rushed through my tips and they would ALWAYS come off within days of getting them filled which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing after spending the time and money to get them done. Now I go to Princess Nails right by Bishop Kelly high school and its fabulous!! I tried literally every salon in Brookside and at the malls. Nothing compared. Im not trying to solicit, but if you ladies want your hard earned money and time not to go to waste try Princess Nails and ask for Holly. Hollywood is simply not comparable and they are way over priced for the quality of work they provide.

Tony is hands down the BEST EVER! He absolutely never disappoints! I typically get a powder dip, they are ALWAYS natural looking and shaped to PERFECTION!

I wish I could post a picture of my nails but I cant. I will NEVER go back to this salon, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. My nails look worse now than they did before I had them done. She didnt trim my nails back before she put the tips on so you can clearly see my natural nails beneath the tips. I blame myself for not paying attention, and because it was my first ever trip to a nail salon I didnt even really know what to expect.

Started off wonderful, nice place, friendly techs. Then came time for the paraffin wax and it was so hot it burned. The tech attempted to cool it by placing in water, then was asked to remove the wax. The foot was blood red and hurt so bad. Due to this we will not be back. If they are going to apply wax they need to know how to handle it. Yes, Ive had was many times before and know what it feels like and normally enjoy the heat this was past that.

I use to love coming here and here lately its like they rush you in and rush you out... I paid 96 dollars for myself and my 10 year old a pedicure and me a manicure. I was a little disappointed in the service offered and my manicure was not as good as they have been before!

I tried dipped powder nails for $35. No nice manicure or hand massage before the dipping began. I spent two days chipping away the excess from my cuticles and under my nails. Not my favorite experience.

Made an appointment, wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after my appointment. The lady was rude the entire time. She was rough and her face showed her irritation. She messed up my toes three different times and still didn’t get them fixed right. I went to pay and she charged me double. It was issue after issue.

I got nails dipped in powder, had never had it done before. I did not like the job she did and I have never ever had my nails done and been so disappointed when I left or complained. I voiced my displeasure and they became very defensive and told me everyone else liked theirs and would not even offer any discount for good customer service. I left with my nails looking tacky and very unprofessional and will never return or recommend them.

I went in just for a polish & design because they have good reviews & good location near my home, the lady at the front wasnt pleasant telling me to go pick a color. Then the nail tech I got polished a finger then looks at some paper (reading) repeatedly & didnt know how to do designs & the artist moved who normally does them. They look fine with just the color she said. Then she remembered that she knew only one design that she could do on only one finger for each hand. I asked why only one finger because I wanted all of them designed? $10 more. Fine just do it I dont like the atmosphere here. People were watching me almost beg for service when I should have just left by now. Then she finished & left by the time I was dry and ready to pay. Gave The lady at the front my card and told her she said $17 & her customer said Yeah Right its really $37 right? I said, Im no lier. After the tech was located verified that I wasnt lying then said She quoted the wrong price to the nail tech who then quoted the wrong price to me? Why did I have to wait then? Where are the cameras because Im getting Punked! Because Im black. But when I come back she says Ill pay more. As if I want to go through that again with the workers & customers. No Indeed. “Boss lady” globs on polish between 4 coats. When I got home I had effed up nails. So sad I had to remove her mess.

The food was Very good and the Customer Service was Awesome

Less than impressed. Smelled strongly of nails upon entering. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was looking forward to pedi from reviews and the fact that the people in the chairs were already half finished. My tech only took 35 minutes INCLUDING weak massage. I had to point out the callouses on the sides of my pinkies. Still didnt get them smooth. Hurt me terribly on my big toes (ingrown). 8 minute mani INCLUDING 1 minute massage on hands. Result? Ragged cuticles. My $4 tip was really way too much.

Ive came two other times and usually its been pretty good. But today I came and was totally ignored, the lady was letting people that she knew by name go before me when I had gotten there before them. Then she finally called me to her table then filed my nails then told me to move to get a pedicure first, after I thought she was going to do my nails. So Im sitting here waiting for a pedi then I see she calls over a girl she knew to her desk and started doing her nails! I had gotten there first! So I proceeded to wait... The man who helped me was really nice I will say that. But they need to come up with a better system when people are waiting.

This Salon is THE BEST! The techs all go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Their prices are very reasonable and they have many nail colors. Big screen Tvs and soft drinks or water complimentary. Massging Spa chairs for Pedicures are comfortable. From eyebrow waxing to Mani/Pedi and artificial nails -- they do it all!

I had Tony, he did a very good job. I will be returning. Very polite and fast, in and out.

This the last time I try this place. I don’t need a 3rd bad experience where they mismanage their schedule,I made an appt for 630p; arrived @ 625p & knew it might be bad when she didn’t know which chair to send me to. It was very busy.She found an empty chair @ the end & I observed several pedicures that would have been started in the previous 10 minutes. I sat for 25 minutes trying to distract myself by watching tv. They either overbook appointments or don’t know how to coordinate walk-ins with scheduled appointments?I finally got up to leave because i had more things to do & had expected my pedi to start by 635p at the latest or to have received an explanation so i could decide what to do.As I left, she called out, “We’re getting ready to start you next..” (Not sure by whom?)I replied, “No thanks, I had a 630 appt.”She responded under her breath, so that others & I could hear, something that wasn’t “I’m so sorry...” but came with an eye roll, so clearly my business wasn’t really valued I guess.They seem to stay busy & i’ve bern referred here by family members, but this happened previously, so scheduling isn’t their strong suit I guess? Too many nail places in town for that.

Ive never been so disrespected in my life. From the time I sat down to get my nails done she said was rude & was talking about me to one of her colleagues. I described what I wanted done to my nails & she continued to have an attitude & say little smart remarks. As I gave her my money by hand she threw the money at me. Not only was she laughing & going on but the other people that worked there listened to her harass me. Theres no one in there brave enough to take the initiative to tell them how to act towards their customers. I will NEVER go back & definitely tell others about my horrible experience !

The people who work here are very nice and extremely efficient. I definitely recommend this place!!They have 100+ colors of shellac/gel polish from different brands including OPI, Harmony Gelish, and CND. A shellac/gel manicure on natural nails is $25 (+ tip). They put on a special base coat, then 2 color coats, then a special top coat. After every layer, you put your hand in an LED lamp for 30-45 seconds to cure the polish. Then they spray your nails with rubbing alcohol and wipe them with a paper towel. The nails are then completely dry with no waiting. The shellac is supposed to last 2 weeks. They usually stay shiny and last me up to 3 weeks, until my nails grow out too far. And Im not at all delicate with my nails. You can go back and pay to have shellac removed with special professional wraps. Or you can remove it yourself by filing over your nails, soaking them in acetone remover, & peeling the paint off.Pedicures are great here too. I think they are like $25.

I received very poor service from a woman who appeared to be the manager. Do not get waxing services from this salon as the woman who worked on me was incredibly rude and did a very poor job. The gentleman who did my nails was very kind.

ONCE THE FILL WAS DONE, IT WAS TERRIBLE. YOU CAN SEE THE FILL LINE. THEN SHE USED THE GEL ON TOP, THAT I ALWAYS GET AND SHE CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $5 FOR THAT!!! RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE NAILS. THEY UP-CHARGE TOO! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!

Made an appointment for a mani/pedi for a special even. Long story short -- I kindly waited thirty minutes before asking why I havent been seated yet and they told me I was behind two women who had not even started their pedicures yet!! They told me as soon as they are finished that I would be after them. That would mean they would want me to wait over an hour past my appointment to begin! So I asked them if reservations meant anything and they said yes, but I would have to wait until those women were finished (again, they hadnt even began their pedis). I walked out to do my own nails at home since I had a time crunch for an event. NEVER COMING BACK!!!
