Conditions here are deplorable. Ive never seen worse. They locked me in a psychiatric ward with filthy, inhumane conditions and wouldnt allow me to leave. There was no running water in the bathroom of my ward. I couldnt brush my teeth or shower or do any basic hygiene. We were served food that tasted moldy and stale. Absolutely disgusting. It should be criminal to treat mental health patients like this.

I have been to this crisis center twice. Both times I was held for upwards of 6 hours before anyone was willing to speak to me. When you finally get to a doctor, they have about 5-10 minutes to spend with you before moving along.The staff is incredibly rude. No one is forcing them to have this job. If they don’t enjoy their work they should find new employment. People who work at a crisis center should be better at dealing with people in crisis.The staff ignores you, tells you to wait in your chair, and expects you to just sit for hours in a room full of everyone from people sleeping to crying, to pacing around and occasionally threatening to hurt other people in the unit. This place is such a failure at what their mission statement is, it’s laughable.

I was in crisis, they sent me three different places until finally this place. Dont come here unless you really need to. Never felt more dehumanized.

I freaking LOVE this location and all of FCS facilities. My only complaint is I wish they had applesauce and some way to get fresh air while inside. Edit 1/13 and some sort of program to help the intakes engage in giving back such as a cooking class where they cook for the unit or an art class where they could make art for the unit. Im not talking about the chair side either

This place really helped me unlock childhood trauma and gave me tools necessary to build a life for myself!! The staff is wonderful so is the docor!

I had to help a neighbor and they were wonderful to her and me! Thank you all you do for the community. This type of help is priceless 🥰

One star is to many. This is not how people should be treated. Crisis hotline shouldnt send people to this place. They monitor you in a room full of people and are expected to sleep in chairs. Surely there are better ways to help people than treating them like criminals and ignoring them for hours. They say to bring your medications....not sure why they dont give them unless you ask. They tell you a phone is available but it doesnt work so you have to beg to use their phone. This is not acceptable treatment for animals let alone people who need help.Go to the ER at least they will talk to you and treat you like a person.Experiences like this will drive people away from reaching out for help and wind up self medicating leading to more issues and death.Very sad this is how we allow people in need are treated. Maybe they need volunteers to help or some oversight.

Very helpful staff- if anyone complains about this place its because they obviously havent hit rock bottom yet. Warm, meds, food and beverages provided, cable TV, bathrooms, places to sleep w/ provided blankets...and it is all free.If you dont want kind folks to set you up with appointments for free therapy and psychiatric and/or financial help then this isnt the place for you.

Subhuman standards, yelling nurse shows zero compassion. You are required to sleep in a reclining chair in the same room shared with psychotic people and some are threatening and scary. The place is filthy. It stinks very very badly like some clients havent showered for days and days. No counseling was really available to help. This place feels like a money machine to soak up government funding.

Nurse Marcia is horrible and if employees don’t like her they get fired!

Most of staff are friendly but the service is lousy they dont really feed you very well they give us sandwiches and chips and make us drink nothing but water they serve coffee from 7am till 9:30 its not good enough for me no sleeping rooms I wasnt woke up for breakfast or coffee I had to ask for it myself this morning they werent going to serve it to me till I had to talk one of staff member into serving me my one cup of coffee they stop serving coffee after 9:30am I will never go back to that place when I need help!
