Before Pat Fluegel took over as director, Crossroads had upwards of 300 to 400 active members and served 35-60 people daily. We had regular holiday celebrations, numerous fund raisers, trips, outings, etc... Now, due to complete incompetence and corruption, Pat and her staff have destroyed Crossroads! They now have only 25 active members and haven’t served more than an average of 10 people a day since 2017! No more celebrations on holidays, no fund raising, no outings, etc...so sad, Crossroads USED to be the best outreach program for individuals with mental health issues. But no more.
Its a great place. The food is wonderful!Im glad they help us with transportation. The staff is very supportive of the members and their needs. I would suggest it to anybody that has a mental illness to join.
I love this place! Before joining Crossroads 3 years ago I was too isolated and sedentary. It has helped me reach a higher level of recovery from my bipolar. I cherish the friendships I have made here. Come join us!
I love Crossroads Clubhouse. It gives me a stable enviroment and a happy place to be. I have made many new friends here and the staff is awesome.
My son, John Freeman Payne II was a member of the Clubhouse. Hes been in heaven for 2 years now. I would pick him up after I got off work. He loved everyone just like Jesus Christ does. I love and miss my son 💙. Thank you Crossroads Clubhouse for loving and serving my son and the other previous brothers and sisters. May God bless everyone and their families always ♥️❣️, KaTonya M. When I went there the lady was very rude and Ill mannered. She doesnt not have a degree to work with the disabled people. The person who look over your paperwork does not even have a degree in nursing. They tell thats its ok for them to look at them. And its not. They have no right to look at your medical records. And thats what they ask of u. Scarry very scary.
Crossroads helps with jobs, housing, education, and other needs of members. They serve great meals for lunch, and is a good place for mentally ill people to socialize.
Its a great place for job training and improving social skills. Excellent for people with mental disabilities.
Clubhouse no longer caters to members. Attendance at lowest rates ever. Clients do not have a say or are encouraged to participate. Staff benefits most. Sad state.
