Literally watched the mailman drive up to my mailbox to drive past it and then they marked my delivery as being interfered with by an animal an hour later. When I sent my husband to the post office to collect the lady that was at the post office was super rude and skipped over him entirely.

Mail carriers more often than not put my mail and small packages in other peoples mail boxes. And of course the thieves know it doesnt belong to them so they keep my things. The post office marks it as delivered. Yeah delievered in someone elses mail box. I ordered from ebay and the mail carrier put it in other peoples box. If i coul rate this post office a 0. I would

If your mail has your name and the correct address why will my mail be in someone else mailbox pickup is slow the outgoing mail box stays full and its plain on the mail the names and addresses of people so why put it in the wrong box Im disabled and I have to find the person to give them their mail I have important supplies that needs to be delivered havent recieved them not even a notice saying they tried to deliver it for which Im home all the time

I’ve dealt with this loser post office for over 20 years. Broke my mailbox. Then refused to deliver the mail until I fixed it. Any free sample I order is NEVER delivered. And now we are 6 days with no mail, even though the plowed our road THREE DAYS AGO. These are the laziest postal workers I have ever seen. Not once. Not twice. For 20 YEARS.ABOLISH THE POST OFFICE.

Received notice to pick up a letter and still wasnt back the entire day. Slow service.

Mail carrier just quit delivering my mail about a month ago and started sending everything back to sender including my husbands Id that took forever to get an appointment for and the title to our vehicle and she waves at me as she passes by everytime Im outside so she is doing it on purpose

My certified mail never gets to me when it is suppose to. I have to manually track down and constantly go the the office to get my certified mail, and even then. It is usually lost. No one has time to constantly go up there every day to make sure their mail is being delivered. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Driver of usps drove up to my mailbox and did not deliver my package. Instead she hastily wrote up a sorry we missed you tag. and speed away. Never came to my door to check if anyone was home.

Went to ask about a package I purchased for someone else, before I could ask my question. She got defensive, because it wasnt in my name, and assumed I wanted it released to me. I am aware of their federal law. She offered her supervisor and Im upset and forgot the general question. I am the one receiving the notices to get the package re-delivered thats all I wanted. Just purely unprofessional and in patient, Ill try not to go this route again. P.S. I know the package was delivered after 5pm HELLO COVID hours of course no one is at the location!! Do better prayers for people like this.

Horrible mail carrier in the pine and lewis neighborhood. Watched him only do one side of the street and never deliver the other side, waited an hour and a half.

They STEAL your mail! It’s shows that it’s coming and never does! And it’s always IMPORTANT documents with personal info coming up missing and no one at the post office has any answers! Damn Supervisor is RUDE & CLUELESS

The carrier always leave wrong mail in my box I asked her to come back and she said she would tomorrow. You right across street and can’t come get this mail

Most times the letter carrier is on a schedule of delivery. If the mail is not delivered by 11:00 am, it will be delivered after 5:00 pm. On 12.31.18. The mail did not get delivered until 5:30 pm, All the mail on our street was just put into wrong mail boxes. It was up to honest neighbors to sort out this mess. I had an Amazon package brought to me by Neighbor. There was two or three mail trucks out on our street. Is there any accountability? We should have better service.

The staff at this Northside Postal Service is very helpful their attitude is always kind. Great job Northside Postal Office. And a special employee of the year to Postal service officer (postman)Mr.Eric for the 106 route and beyond always has a smile and a very mannerable Postal Service delivery.

If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Carrier consistently bypasses my mailbox and when she does stop, she skids to a stop and over accelerates upon leaving, causing holes that she tells us has to be fixed. Worst mail carrier weve had and weve been through a lot in in the years weve lived here. I wish I knew her name because I would post it so everyone would know exactly who she is. There have been many complaints against her but nothing is ever done about it.

I ordered an item last week, it was scheduled for delivery on Thursday. An attempt was reportedly made to deliver it, but apparently it was shipped requiring a signature at delivery (bad on shipper not telling the recipient this), so immediately upon receiving the email notice that the delivery was attempted and not made, I scheduled the re delivery for the first available day for redelivery (2 postal days later) which I would be present to sign for it. That day came and went, no sign of the package. Checking the tracking number, the last update is that I requested redelivery and the date it is to be redelivered. Another postal day passed and still no delivery attempt, still no update. The email service of the USPS website has been down this whole time, the only phone numbers are for the automated system which says scheduled for redelivery and states the date which has passed already

Review Our Neighborhood Post Office @626 E. Apache Tulsa Ok. The first 2 reviews disappeared. Ive only had great experience @our neighborhood post office, our regular postman &temporary delivery persons, despite other negative reviews!

I was trying to relocate to another town I asked him to hold my mail until further notice..they held it may be a month or so and I ended up staying where Im at..I get home and find a note saying vacant . Its not vacant.. Im back and Hope they have my mail STILL HELD..but Ive been told it wouldnt be. I had to do a change of address.. THEY wouldnt hold it for me anymore..now I lost most my orders and things I was expecting and wanting. Just know..if youre still looking for another job or home..have a backup plan for your mail or youll have the same Problem.Godbless you

I absolutely cannot stand the drivers on this route. We have construction going on directly across the road from our house meaning we can only park on one side of the street, the side with our mailbox. HOWEVER, we leave plenty of room for these lazy drivers to get to the mailbox, granted, its not the 30 feet they ask for, but absolutely nothing is blocking the mailbox and they still constantly leave notes saying were parked too close. My car is brand new, Im sure as hell not parking it further down the road just because some lazy postmaster cant master the task of delivering mail. I have tried to call several times to speak with a supervisor about this issue and either the numbers Im given are discontinued or no one will pick up the dame phone. Government work at its absolute best.

Receiving lots of damaged packages.I have called and to talk to someone no return calls . Every time I go inside the office Im told I have just missed them . Manger completely avoided speaking with me when told I was waiting. 15 min later I watched him walk byThen I was told he was gone for the day

This post office, well lets see, unprofessional, lazy, negative/bad attitudes, no one is willing to help you, and they look at you crazy behind their mess ups. I had 2 packages a month apart that never made it to my house, missed them both all due to my lazy post office carrier not leaving me a parcel notification, then I look in the mailbox, his dumb a$$ wants to leave a parcel notification a month later, of coarse my package was sent back, not knowing the package I needed was waiting on me to pick up and I go to claim my new package and now that package has been sent back.... SMH LAZINESS AT ITS FINEST!!

Slowest customer service Ive ever received. Every time I come here theres one CSR even at peak time. Very sad. The ladies that work there are nice sometimes.

Never answer phones...line stay busy..Go into the post office for help and assistance....still no answer...so sad.

If i could put zero stars I would. My mail doesnt get delivered. Some pieces of mail turn up late or not at all. They dont even attempt to deliver my packages but mark them as delivery attempted or held at post office per customer request even though I didnt request it. Ive spoken to the supervisor several times and nothing gets done.

I put a letter in the box this morning, raised the flag . two hours later, the mail van just drove on by. Now if it had been a time sensitive letter, I would be livid! The postal person has a job to to and she failed to do her job. . I suggest termination for failing to do her job.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. My mail came to me opened all the time, literally everyday one letter or another was sitting in my mail box open. They lost a certified letter that was delivered to me which had a check in it. My birthday card that I recieved from my grand mother was opened and the gift card she had sent was stolen out of it. Honestly the shadiest place ever. I do not feel like if I get mail it will come to me intact.

I went in there trying to get my package because they didnt deliver it and they told me that they did. i went and stood in line for about 20 minutes to be told a lie. i called the usps customer service number and they told me that i should have asked for a supervisor because it was still being sorted. overall i had a bad experience at the usps store

Would like to complain, but there is not a place for a complaint that I can see and they refuse to answer the telephone so will put it here. Constantly getting mail for other people who live in different zip codes, have not received any mail here for three days, not even weekly junkmail. I know that the carrier is afraid of dogs so I keep me door closed when it is time for him to run. . My step-son lives with me and his check has not come yet. It was mailed on Oct 22 and every week it is here by Sat. So worried that they sent it to another zip code. Whoever is sorting the mail is terrible and apparently cannot read. So posting here that thy are simply terrible and so is the service. Thanks

I was suppose to receive my package about a week ago, the tracking said it was in the post office, I called them to see what was up and they said they haven’t received it yet, I don’t know if they did receive or not but clearly it shows that they are slow with their service and they just don’t care.

My carrier has broken things in my yard. Hasnt delivered my mail pieces that were scanned on my app. And one time found my late package under the seat in his truck after I went out there and asked him about it multiple days in a row.

They wont answer there damn phone I was waiting on the phone for 2 1/2 hrs 😠 for them to answer I got sick of waiting so I hung up😠

How difficult is it to deliver the mail to the address on the envelope . Twice in a month the letter carrier has been off by one house. So everyone has to go one house north to the deliver mail... One of the houses, the lady is in a wheel chair and cannot just walk next door to deliver mail to the correct address. Does this happen all over the city?
