Efficient operation, dock personnel were friendly and careful.

We have continual issues with this company delivering our pallets from Uline. They’ve admitted that they drive by because they load on a large truck instead of putting in the right truck. And they don’t communicate with us. They want us to call them each morning and make sure they’re doing their job of putting it on the right truck. This has happened every single time we’ve purchase and used this company. Would not recommend.

Worst freight handling company in America! Drivers are good but the handlers are garbage. Every delivery that we receive is damaged and missing items. Looks like they drop the pallets off a dock to load them.

So far been lied to by both ends of this Company!!! Just hope someone there is honest.

If you have ANY other choice for your freight do your self a favor and use someone else. Inexperienced drivers, rude customer service, and unreasonable solutions... We have had 10 deliveries from 18 wheelers in the location we requested and rather than make the delivery, wait on us to have another truck meet them in 30 minutes, or reroute the shipment 12 miles to my office they left and their customer service department hung up on me when I called for a resolution. They quoted over $650 to deliver the last 10 miles because they were unwilling to deliver to a reachable destination. What a joke.
