The best people to be around and work for. Great service and will go above and beyond to get the job done. Couldnt ask for better service.

We have had their service for many years and have always been happy with our service but today, they went above and beyond and I wanted to share. Someone either lost or dumped a mattress on the side of the road by our house. Even though this isnt their responsibility, these guys stopped and picked it up anyway, having no idea that anyone was watching. Great example of integrity! Thank you for all you do!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid my bill over a week ago and still have no one to take my trash, but my neighbors are being taken. They keep giving me the runaround of when Ill have trash service even though I paid $90 to have my service. I called, i told the woman this was bs that my trash isnt being taken and she hung up on me. I called back several times to her just picking up the phone and hanging up. Thats not very good business when one of your customers is upset. Completely unprofessional. If you dont have to use SB Refuse, dont! I unfortunately have no choice. Sadly, im pretty sure Im going to have to stop payment on them since they wont pick up my trash. What a crappy company.

I was reading some recent negative reviews I believe that scorned ex-employees have left about this company that I would highly disagree with. These guys and gals have been taking care of anything I need in regards to taking care of my trash needs for many, many years. I know the husband and wife personally that run this operation and I cant express how professional and wonderful people they are. CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REFUSE NEEDS YOU HAVE AND I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THEYLL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! !!!!! ☺️
