I have had great experience with Shipley. I have used them for the last 4 years with no complaints. The guys on the truck are always friendly and working their butts off, no matter the weather conditions. Michelle has always been great at handling our account and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Michelle is the BEST!!! She has gone above and beyond to help me with containers to clean out my house before my out-of-state move. Greg and Michelle are kind, polite and so helpful. Highly recommend.

I simply adore Michelle. She and Greg have both been beyond friendly and helpful with my mom during the flooding. Michelle even called my mom today just to see how she was doing and if she needed any additional help from them. Everyone on her neighborhood Facebook page seems to agree that these guys are the best trash service around. My mom has had service with them for more years than she can count. She has never had any issues.

Good people, hard workers.Rain or shine, they power through the residential neighborhoods that they pick up. On one of their trucks, I see the guys who work the back often spending more time running from stop to stop instead of riding. Warriors, man!They also have pretty reasonable rates on monthly commercial dumpsters for businesses. I know in Sand Springs, they were cheaper than the citys rates.Ive had to use their roll-off services a time or two, and I got to give it to the owner/driver who delivered my container, Greg. I have a narrow driveway and my house juts right up against it. I thought we were going to have to drop the container in the street. We didnt. He slid it right up the driveway, unbelievably without a spotter and with supreme confidence. I was nervous as all get-out (and I have a CDL myself). But this dude can thread a needle.Ive never had any lasting problems with the dispatcher/office lady. Very professional, no-nonsense, what do you need, when do you need it, and a real treat to talk to. Wish I could do it more!

Have used their service for 40 years. Always polite and helpful. Never a problem. Workers always running ahead to the next house before the truck gets there. Michelle has always been courteous when we call. Great people!!!!!!!

Always come through no matter the weather, always courteous, i have even been asked if i forgot to put out for pickup on days i have forgotten to move can to curb. No complaints.

That lady Michelle boy oh boy!!! Rude, she talks like shes untouchable i specifically spoke to her last week about getting services to our new location she gave me one price and then i called today and gave the double amount price saying the owner went up on prices because of previous owners!! She refused to let me talk and said there was other services in ss if we didnt like it!! Rude unprofessional and slicked mouth!! Telephone tough guy!!

Very rude person Name Michelle, today I get a bill of $360.00 with the name of the person who live here before, so I call and Michelle said that I am the owner you pay or I stop your service, I am the owner and I have no time for you Mr. Valdes!
