Joanna was great! Quick to respond and took care of my question.David is the BEST driver ever!! Very caring, super nice, great guy!! Always places our dumpster closest to our overhead door, so we dont have to hang out the overhead door to throw trash away. I only want David as my driver!

Just wanted to say thank you to Jason Moore. Of Oklahoma. I have worked with him twice to rent a roll off dumpster. He has been very kind and helpful both times. I called one afternoon and had the roll off the next morning this last time.

JoAnna Lynn called me to discuss my thoughts and concerns about Republic Services in my area. She took time to show concern and be very helpful. I had a pleasant visit with her. I feel my conversation with her was productive and will result in better care for my account and services I receive. Overall, I had a wonderful experience talking with JoAnna. I just have had standard trash picked up once a week, but the service is great, and anytime I have had an issue Republic is quick to solve any problems.

I live in an apartment complex and due to the weather, the trash hasnt been pick up for several days. Therefore, the dumpster are full and people placed their bags outside the dumpsters. I just witnessed a Republic truck come and only empty the dumpster and not pick up the multiple trash bags around it. The employee even got out of the truck to open the gates to the dumpster so there were 2 employees working. Wouldve take maybe 5 mins tops to clean up all the bags. What the heck is wrong with you people? Pick up all of the trash instead of leaving it there. Terrible, just pure laziness by your company and its employees. If its your policy to not pick up trash around the dumpster, then change your dam policy.

They do fine until service is cancelled (I moved out of state), then they charge $30 to come get an empty can (more than the monthly pick up charge), charge for the entire month service even if cancelled at the beginning of the month and neglect to refund any credit balance on the account unless you call and specifically request it. Very customer hostile - avoid this company if at all possible. This review is for the Reeds Spring, MO office.

BEWARE DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!We increased our business trash container to pick up every week instead of every other week. They demanded a new 36month contract. Which I found out was not required to increase pick up! Per requesting a copy of said contract. The sales associate said they just try to get you to renew the contract to keep you. We have been with them for 18 years and the prices keep increasing, Their Prices are 3x the amount of the local trash services. They are not willing to make any adjustment because they have a new contract.

Im normally very slow to leave a negative review for a company. Everyone makes mistakes and that Id appreciate a chance to correct a mistake so I offer that chance to others. Unfortunately, my negative experience with Republic Services as driven me to this point. First, their Customer Service number is not a service number but simply a call center. The individual Sales Rep is responsible for righting any issues and, unfortunately, I am unable to get the sales person to call me back. Republic has arbitrarily raised my collection rates in the past and I have paid them. This month they decided to raise my rates another $69.42 per month. This puts me over $411.00 per month for twice a week trash pick up. American Waste Management, in contrast, charges only $166.59 per month for the same size container and two a week collections. Guess what my next move is.

I should give 1 star for this company whose sales representatives dont know squat about their dispatchers and keep making false promises of pickups and in the end your trash will sit their gathering all sorts of bugs and smell and no pick up. extra star for those drivers who are trying to make ends meet and doing what those dispatch admins tell them. I hope they get better at their act or just lose more business..

This company will raise their rates on you and just put it on the bill they send you. They do not pick up weekly like they say the are going to and when you call they are rude and will tell you their driver noted that they were there. If the trash is still there they might have noted it, but its still here. Once I was told next time I noticed the trash still there to call sooner. Im so tired of this place. I dont want to have to call about the trash weekly at our office. I have clients I need to worry about not our trash. They sent me a survey asking about their service and I scored them 0 out of 10 and put on there why. I received an email asking why I scored them a 0. Read the survey! We are looking for new service.

The salesman at this company does not care about his customers. I have called and called him and he will not respond. I would never, ever use this company again. They have no problem raising your rates.

Had a bad experience not once but twice trying to set up a commercial account. Customer service is not with it. The blame is on someone else. Just fix the problems and dont be so lazy.

I havent used this service but one of your drivers is very careless on Highway 169. Almost ran us off the road driving so fast trying to cut in our lane. And my 3 year old grandson was in the car. Truck # 2438. Time:3:35 pm.

Delivered auto parts there.
