Exceptional service looks like this - our company has been a client of Jackson Technical for about a year. Im working and put a support request in at 10pm at night for the following morning - VPN issues. Within 5 minutes, I have a Jackson Technical employee contacting me back and asking if Id prefer to resolve the issue now, rather than in the morning. Yes - sounds great. Remote access into my laptop, instant messenger to discuss issue and all fixed within 15 minutes. Truly exceptional.
