The Maid by Design team has been cleaning our home for a little over 6 months now. They do a fantastic job every time. They are careful but still very thorough. They are really easy-going and a pleasure to work with. One of us has a really erratic schedule (ER shift work) and they dont bat an eye when working to accommodate our schedule! I love having Debi and her team come through. I would recommend them to anyone!

Maid By Design has been doing a great job cleaning my home. The staff is very professional. They take their time and make sure jobs are done properly. They have always been willing to work with me. They go above and beyond I would never use anyone else!

The lady who ran the service is kind, but the girl who came to clean did not do a whole lot and ended up breaking 2 items in my house. The microwave wasnt cleaned out, the floor wasnt mopped, etc. I thought these were like standard things that came with a cleaning service. Anyway, never got a refund for the items that were broken, and when i called about it i was basically told Well, you can do what you want with them (in reference to the items)... Will not be using this company again.

Weve used Maid by Design for about eight months and could not be happier! The rates are fair, the manager/owner is very responsive, and the cleaning products they use are all natural (so it doesnt smell like a chemical factory when theyre done).We also used them for a move-out cleaning in our previous home, and it looked amazing. All of the employees who have cleaned for us so far have been extremely thorough (and friendly too!).

We began with an initial deep cleaning which required more time at a higher cost, and then the first regular monthly maintenance visit. The initial cleaning was done by the owner and a helper and was thorough, and the fist regular visit by a single housekeeper was excellent.However, the person that did the first regular cleaning was fired shortly after that visit for reasons that were never satisfactorily explained. After that we had a series of different workers, some of whom did better jobs that others. Finally, we were assigned a regular housekeeper who handled most of our visits from then on.Unfortunately, as time went by, the cleanings seemed to become more and more superficial. It seemed they would hit the same places every time and miss the same places every time, no matter how dirty they became. We ended up having to clean those areas ourselves. Communication was poor to non-existent.Ultimately, we decided to start handling the cleaning ourselves again, and are much happier with the results as well as the substantial amount of money saved.

I cannot tell you how much I love Maid by Design! Trustworthy, prompt, thorough, discreet, friendly....I could go on and on.

Maid by Design is through and does exactly what they promise. My home is clean from top to bottom. I also like the fact that they leave me a report of exactly what they did while at my home. I also am asked to reply with a number the day after services are performed to rate the previous days cleaning.
