Do NOT a waste your money like I did! After being rescheduled 3 times, they started right away with “did you read the fine print? We will have to uocharge for this and that!”I bought the Groupon for a 2,500 sq ft house, as mine is 2,200. After giving me many excuses for why they didn’t want to do the upstairs, I said fine. After they finally finished, they dumped all the trash in my front yard, while there were two trash cans in the other side of the driveway. Will definitely never recommend!
Company is very reliable, thorough, and professional. Cleaner was a true man of God. He was very respectful and explained the process before and after. I will use them again and refer everyone who needs affordable, proficient, and quality carpet steaming.
Had DMI Restoration come out to do a carpet cleaning service. I found the groupon for $39 for 3 rooms. They told me rugs would be extra on the phone so I was ok with that. Ended up costing me an extra $50 for only 2 rugs to be cleaned. Then they added an extra $60 to remove the pet stain and odor in our master bedroom. I was very frustrated and honestly felt taken advantage of..
They came and did a good job. Carpets smell great and all spots are now gone. I would use them again.
Book with them! Very efficient work, Shawn was great and I was extremely pleased with his work. Brings such peace of mind having it done
I was wanting the carpets cleaned on our house that we were closing on the following day (selling) and their van broke down after they applied the chemicals to the carpet. We no longer owned or lived in the house the next day, so there was no need to have them cleaned. I told them we would no longer need the service and asked for a refund. They still attempted to contact the new homeowners (of which they had no idea about the cleaning in the first place) against our requests of not reaching out to them. They only issued a partial refund after a month of us contacting them almost daily. I do not recommend their services whatsoever.
Do not EVER hire this company! What started out as a 60 dollar Groupon basic cleaning ended up being a manipulative scam to charge me 400 dollars! They sprayed something sticky on my carpet that caused dirt to stick to it like glue. The salesman was unprofessional, showed me the “fungus” all over his arms, and admitted to being a convicted domestic abuser. I called the company to complain about all of the above issues. They were kind and understanding, promised me a free carpet cleaning and half ofmy money back, but every time I called to schedule that cleaning, guess what? No answer and no responses to my voicemails. I am a mom of 5 battling cancer and just cannot believe the fraudulent way I was treated. My carpet is forever stained from what they sprayed, and I never got a penny of my money back.
Bought the groupon and was exactly what was explained! Got 3 bedrooms cleaned quickly and thoroughly! Will use again!
DO NOT USE THIS! DO NOT BUY FROM GROUPON! they will come and do an assessment and say that to do the job you need to pay extra. I ended up paying $150 for my carpet cleaning and the landlord charged me more fees after moving out because the carpet is still not clean and they do not guarantee their work. We were charged extra because we have a tiny hallway which was counted as another room (ok I can accept that) but then they say our carpet is heavily soiled (ok I dont think so but I accept that) and we are in an off-traffic area (we live in a neighborhood not by the highway what do you want???). I cannot say whether they did a good job or not because I have never had my carpet cleaned before but the landlord said the furniture marks are still visible which is weird cos they usually go away after intense carpet cleaning and the carpet reeks of pet smell still. I am just very angry because they come and charge hundreds more on top of what I already paid for on groupon it feels like a scam and I have been cheated!
Charged an extra $85 for a 4x6 ft of carpet and 13 carpeted steps. First time using Groupon, paid $39 for 3 rooms on Groupon site. When cleaners arrived, I was charged an extra $85 for the 4×6 carpet area that they considered a hallway, its not, it was just the area above my stairs that lead up to where ny bedrooms are. I was told that the extra $85 was for the stairs, the 4×6 space and the upcharge for my carpet being upstairs and not downstairs. When I called to initally set up services, I told the rep that all my carpet was upstairs and I told him I didnt want to pay an enormous upcharge because of that and he said, dont worry, it wont be anything crazy and our normal non discounted price is only $99 so it cant go over that So I agreed. The Customer service rep also told me that I would get a type of pretreat before the cleaning and that also did not happen. Upon looking at my receipt, it says Heavy soil $60 DECLINED in the check marked box on receipt. I was never even offered that even though I was told it was going to be included. Still have dirt on parts of my carpet and a lot of spots missed. I was pretty much lied to from the beginning. Cleaners also hooked up to my outside water source to clean my carpet. I say, do your research, dont trust Groupon and call around and TRY to get things in writing BEFORE services are set up to be done. It will save you a lot of money as well as your sanity.
Took off work to have carpet cleaned but Dmi couldnt make it out in their appointed time window but was told this was standard in the service industry.
