This place is awesome! I go here constantly and the service is always great here and the employees are dependable and friendly. John has always been very helpful and friendly and very professional.I love that they provide free towels and glass cleaner that are always available along with the free vacuums and car mat washer.The only issue I have is that I wish the vacuums had more powerful suction. Other than that this place is amazing and I highly recommend it. Hopefully they start opening more of these around Tulsa!!

Their car was ripped off the front end of my new GMC Denali They said their carwash operated properly. I guess, for them, a wash where a car rocks backward, then lurches forward to rip off the front end is normal. They will not call me back to address.

I have been going to this car wash for over a year now and my experience has been great. The value is great and the service from the staff is even better. There is one young man in particular named John who goes out of his way to make sure that I am taken care of everytime that I come to wash my car. This is money well spent.

Great place! They have vacuums, towels, window cleaner, and a mat washer that are all free to use when purchasing a wash. The employees were very kind and professional and cared about the work they were there to do. Jkwon impressed us with his excellent customer service! Great value! They had very easy to access vacuums and even the compressed air hose. Definitely the cleanest my car has been since I bought it! We stopped in during our road trip so I could reset the car.

Great carwash! love the rolling cloth at the end that makes sure the windshield & hood is spotless. Vacuum has good suction & the mat cleaner is a bonus. Worth every penny of the $40 monthly unlimited pass!

Great car wash and Clean facility. I like that not only do they have an automatic car wash but they have free vacuums they have car matte washers which I’ve never seen before. And they have free towels and window cleaner so that you can wipe down the interior windows of your car. Great service. The service crew especially John is very proactive and helpful. I also like that the vacuums have a much smaller end on them so you can get down into the crevices between your seats. Most of them have the big angled one which makes it harder to get in small spaces.

Very good so far, I took my truck there today and it washed my truck fully the first time which is hard to believe because I went to other places and they never washed my truck fully the first time or second time. So this place is good.

I have used 2 locations so far 193rd and I-44 and Tulsa Hills 71st & Elwood. I went to get a much needed car wash and it was almost as cheap to get a month subscription.

Got a great wash got almost all the salt/road grime off! Only a little touchup here and there with the free towels,vacumms had good suction !

By far one of the best Tulsa car washes I’ve been to. Coming from a person who used to work at a car wash. They are way more professional will actually take ur minor lamp crack or dirt left on car seriously. They even apologized when it wasn’t their fault. My Jeep has never came out as clean and with all 4 tires shined until I came here. The new membership price almost made me look for another car wash. But looking at everything they upgraded/ added and the high pressure air blow gun I decided to stay and couldn’t be happier. My Jeep and I love this car wash and y’all should get a membership here lol. You will not regret it.

Very disappointed in this location. Every other car wash in town is open yet Time to Shine is closed. Very frustrating when car is covered with salt.

Fast machines that actually clean your car. If its not to your liking theyll allow you to run right back through to make sure the customer is pleased. Vacuum area is always pretty clean and unclogged hoses to make sure you get your interior clean. Stop and try em!

Super Klean does as good as any drive through, with the exception of offering a hand dry/polish spritz with their Super Wash. The bad news is that on more than one occasion (3 or 4) I have paid for Super Wash, and no one comes out to hand dry. Other times I just drove away, but today I got out of my car, went to the wash bay, and attendant was just sitting. I asked him if they had discontinued hand dry, and he came out and dried mine. I used this wash in these covid days, because it was no contact. But if this continues, I can as easily go somewhere else.

We just got back from vacation to wash the car. The first go through didn’t remove all the bugs so the attendant allowed us a second time at no cost. He even sprayed stuff on them both washes to get the bugs off..

Great service! The attendants were very courteous and the enthusiasm of the gentleman holding the sign out front was contagious. I was handed a dash wipe at the beginning of the wipe and my car was hand-dried at the end. Very lovely and will be back!

Went there for the basic. Ended up buying a more detailed wash. After I went to the worst they came out and hand dried my truck.Vacuums are strongI rate this place top notch

Super disappointed! I paid $20 to give my car a bath and was planning to purchase a monthly plan if it did a good job. I still had bug guts on my car. I called and asked if I could bring it back in and the guy said within 24 hrs. I went back in on my way to work and the young man said sorry, you were misinformed it has to be same day. Needless to say, I wont be seeing up a monthly plan.

As much as I enjoyed this place when they first opened it seems as if the customer service has tanked. This is the deck s time in March I’ve came and paid for the premium wash($15) it’s shows hand dry and spray wax. I’ve used this option every time. The last two times no one come to do anything. The last time I finally left. This time I walked around and found no one. I had to sit in my truck and call the office because And they sent a young guy out who look mad and literally wiped around the truck and walked off in less than a minute. I feel this should be addressed.

Launch car wash is much better

I was disappointed bc the brushes that are to clean the cars in the machine hardly scrub or do anything to the car. The water isnt as hard either so it doesnt really clean very well. Trust me I go to many different ones and try them out several times so I dont judge them on just the once or twice times that I go. The nice thing about this place is it does offer to dry your car for u afterwards too if u want.

It was nice, but no pre-clean of the car windows like other car washes. On 71st. I didnt buy a package I went straight through the wash. At a few car washes Ive been to they usually pre wash the windows.

I went to this place because it was close to my house. I was talked into getting a monthly subscription. Over the course of the month I used it three times and every time I went in I had problems with it. Its also hard to get out of the parking lot because of traffic. Overall Im just not impressed with this place at all.

We paid for our car wash, we went in. Everything seem fine. When we were vacuuming I looked at the back of our vehicle and it was still dirty. My husband told the attendant on duty and he said “you pay for what you get” “that’s what it’s going to look like on basic”. So basically, we won’t be back.
