Always have a good time at this place. Their staff are very friendly and professional. The waiting area has these super comfortable sofás and they have cookies, coffee and water for free.

My A/C WENT OUT IT WAS A FULL REPLACEMANT COMPRESSOR,ETC THEY QUOTED ME $3400 I FOUND ANOTHER SHOP IN BA TO DO SAME REPAIR FOR $2500 PRICE GOUGING IS REDICULOUS!!! THEN THEY MATCHED THE COMPETITOR PRICE PLUS TAX ON PARTS, THEY CHARGE $130.00 HOURLY LABOR RATE BUYER BEWARE !!!!.MY LATEST REPAIR IS A OCV OIL CONTROL VALVE THAT SITS ONTOP OF VALVE COVER WITH ONE BOLT THIS REPAIR IS LESS THEN 1 HOUR BUT BILLED FOR 4 HOURS THE AVERAGE REPAIR COST IS $359.00 JIM NORTON CHARGING $844.67I BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND REALLY UPSET AT THE PRICE GOUGING OF LOYAL LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND EVEN BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM NORTON DEALERSHIP, NEVER WILL I BUY FROM THEM AGAIN OIL CHANGES ONLY, FOWLER ARE EVEN MORE CROOKS SO DO YOUR DILIGENCE ON REPAIRS IT PAYS TO SHOP AROUND.ALSO TURNED IN THEIR RENTAL CAR AND THEN THEY PUT ME BACK IN SAME CAR WHICH HAD BEEN WASHED BROUGHT BACK TO CAR RENTAL, I HAD LEFT MY HANDICAP PLACARD IN DRIVER DOOR STORAGE AND MY HANDICAP PLACARD WAS GONE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND I EVEN DROVE OVER TO THERE WASH BAY NOPE BOBODY FOUND IT. VERY UPSET WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

I drove 3 hours to find out the vehicle that I had talked to with a Salesman about was already sold. I had set up this appointment almost a week beforehand and asked to let me know if it was being sold so I can save myself a trip.

I was left in the waiting area after my car was done because they put my keys on the wrong persons desk. After alittle over two hours I went and ask why it wasnt done and was given a invoice with no details of what was checked and sent on my way by someone that wasnt the original person after she ran down my keys.i have emailed the dealership and answered a text from Josh who checked me in and never heard back from either.

Called ahead to make sure they do service walk-ins and the lady said they did and they close at 7. When I show up at 4 they sent me away because all their technicians were going home.

My first encounter with Jim Norton Toyota was a man who did not understand anything I was saying and was very condescending and rude, i then met with someone else who was amazing and helped me a lot until the free services she promised me were not valid, No one is willing to help me or with to through this to ensure I got good service.I am very disappointed in the fact that they had no problem promising me a deal to buy a car and not honor it. I will NOT buy another car from them.
