Want to get two new tires called and got quoted $100 with rotation and balance. They didnt have the proper lug wrench to pull them off. No biggie because they were specialty nuts. Searched around and found another shop that had the lug wrenches. Went back to Franks to get the tires 2 inch you tried to sell them to me for a $140. This place seems shady and I wouldnt throw a dime towards them even if I had a million dollars.

I definitely do NOT recommend Franks. Recently bought 3 used tires there for my old car for $140. The remaining one I left on because it was almost brand new and had only been used before as a spare. A couple of days later, one of the 3 Franks used tires went flat so I aired up the flat and limped my car back in to have them replace it. I assumed it would be patched or replaced at their cost since I had just recently bought it there.The tech at Franks said my flat tire had previously been patched and could not be patched again due to a problem with it. The owner, without even looking at my other tires, authoritatively proclaimed that the flat tire was the tire I had left on the car -- not one of the ones he sold me. I told him that mine was still on the car and doing fine. The owner then told me that even if it was one of his tires that went flat, I mustve run over something to cause the flat and that he wasnt responsible. So he sold me another $40 used tire which I now regret doing, but he had me over a barrel. I had to have another tire in order to get the heck out of there.The day after this bad experience and not trusting Franks at all at this point, I took my car in to a reputable new tire shop to have the tires looked over. The tech there showed me how to tell the age of a tire by the writing on the sidewall, and showed me that the tires I bought from Franks were several years old (one was actually 16 years old!) and wouldnt last long and recommended they be replaced. I bit the bullet and replaced the three tires I had bought at Franks and things have been fine ever since.Note: I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for and sometimes it backfires on you when you try to save a buck at the expense of quality.

Great place to get used tires for the right price. They got me two great looking tires and even put them on for me. The owner is super friendly and staff was quick and helpful! I recommend you check them out!

I spent $180. For 3 used tires. That was kinda steep for me but the tires looked almost new and my Jeep takes size 16 So i know they cost more. Frank and His boys are really nice people and they will work with you if decent with them. Ive seen Frank help a person whonwas struggling. So I choose to support his business.

Place is great. Got 4 new tires and it was very reasonable and the guys were very friendly. I was in and out in less than 25 min. They also have a large selection of used tires for good price. Showed up looking to buy a set of tires posted for sale on Facebook they had me wait 30 minutes in the heat with my son in the car just to tell me they sold them remove the ad if they sold? I’ve been to Frank’s Tires 3 times in the last 6 months (it’s been a rough one for my tires) and they have exceeded my expectations each time. The staff is quick and friendly. The prices are more then reasonable. Every time I was in and out in less than 30 minutes (one time I made the mistake of going to discount tire first and was told my wait was 3.5 hours). Got 4 used tires about 80-90% tread on them for 180 cash out the door. Only took about 30 minutes. All the workers were polite and talked to you. The owner is very nice and told us story’s of his home in the Middle East. We watched him offer water and a bicycle tire pump to a man in need. Very nice person with good heart. Very highly recommended.

My experience was amazing at Frank’s! I was unhappy because I had a flat and my tire was ruined. And they did not have any used tires for my vehicle. But they provided me a new one, and gave it to me for $120! That’s a steal compared to other places. They got me the tire from another store. False advertising! My son reached out To Franks Tires thru an advertisement on FB Marketplace. He conversed thru messenger that he needed one rim and was told they had the size he needed. The advertised cost was $50.00.When he arrived at Franks he was informed by the owner’s son that he had to buy the entire set.... for $300.00. This is false advertisement and deception.

A great place to get use tires. I was quoted a price on the phone and when I got there and was looking that the used tires we found some nice Bridgestone the owner told me higher price than what was quoted on the phone. I replied with that’s not what you quoted me on phone he agreed an honored the price. The employee mounting the tires was knowledgeable and knew that they directional performance tires and mounted them correctly. They tires are still holding perfectly.

Easily the best shop to get new tires. Bought two used tires that were in great condition for $100, and was able to get a patch on my back tire as well.Service was fantastic and made the visit quick, easy and stress free. The guy who helped me was Sam, and he knew exactly what I needed just by looking at my car. Had my back two tires moved to the front with one getting a patch, and two new tires put on the back all under 30 min. Fantastic experience!

These guys were exceptional. They were so fast. The owner offered everyone a bottle of water or coffee, but I was social because he offered me candy (it had nothing to do with me having my 3 year old with me). I would HIGHLY recommend this place. I recently had a flat and called FRANKS tires to see if they had any used. I received excellent customer service SAM was very polite. When I arrived to check out the tires SAM was very quick, and efficient. They had great tires, at excellent prices. I was even offered water while waiting. But to top it all off, SAM had the pressure in all of my tires checked, without asking. They found a nail in a different tire that saved me some time. My tire blew out on me and it was days away from my paycheck. I only had a donut in my car. I called around to find a used tire at an affordable price, and they quoted me $40 for a barely-used tire. They were able to see me as soon as I could come in, and when I arrived I had a new tire on my car within 20 minutes or less. The customer service was excellent, the personalities of the staff were terrific. And the tire looks better than the rest of them! All for $40! Thank you guys!

Not only were the tires five stars, but so was the customer service. I’m not going to lie, I drive a Mercedes Benz and was a little nervous to buy tires not from the dealership AND tires that were used, but they more than exceeded my expectations. I can’t speak for everyone, but I personally do not enjoy spending $800 on brand new tires, I was so happy when I quoted a quarter of that price and the quality of the tires are great. I will definitely be going back!

Awesome little shop. We dropped in on a whim after driving around and finding every shop closed. They were quick and friendly. We paid 70 for two decent tires, which includes mount and balance. They were friendly, offered water and coffee. Its a mostly outdoor tire shop but clean. They offer new and used tires.

Best used tire place Ive been. The workers are friendly and the inside is much nicer and cleaner than other places. They offer short warranties on the tires and will bag tires if youre carrying them out. Will be going back here for more tires.

Went a got a tire last weekend from here, the tire was amazing. Got a nail in the tire, and came back he put on a new tire for free. He was very respectful and helpful. Will be going to get tires here from now on.

Really friendly, gave me a great price on two of the best used tires Ive ever purchased. The owner was helpful, made my family and I comfortable while we waited, gave us coffee, he even gave my kids some balloons when he noticed they looked bored. Wow!!!!! I live out of town and knew I couldnt drive home safely. I got quoted over $800 at other places!!!!!! Not right before Christmas!!!! Franks saved the day with the most amazing deal I had ever been quoted! Not only was it a great deal but they swooped in to take care of me like a NASCAR crew! All four tires were replaced in less than 15 minutes! What!?!? Thats not happening anywhere, else I guarantee that!!! Not only did they take care of my tire needs but they have a great family style environment where they waited on me making sure I had coffee and treats and a visiting family member offered to help my mom with her crazy headlight. Just ridiculously blessed to have found this place!!!!!

Initially called because of the great reviews. While we were on the phone he searched his lot and realized that they only had 1 tire in stock that matched the size I needed. He offered a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience and condition. Upon arrival, the shop discovered my rim was bent and not going to seal the tire. I surely wasn’t looking forward to buying a whole new rim, so he offered to bend it back and see if it’ll hold a seal. Within 10 mins they had the rim and tire sealed. Big lifesaver. They even took a couple extra precautions to ensure it wasn’t leaking before putting the rim back on. Omar mentioned a place up the street that has the ability to fully repair the rim. This shop embodies the definition of character and I am very thankful everything worked out. Be sure to ask Sam about the golden Rule discount!

Felt like they were doing some Indy 500 tire changing. They were moving! All because they wanted me to make it back to work on time.. which I did with time to spare. Great job gentlemen!

I went to a local chain because of a nail in my tire. They said that they couldnt fix it and Id need to buy a new tire. I decided to get a used tire, so I found Franks online. They have a super helpful staff, and great service. Franks staff informed me that the tire actually COULD be repaired with no problem. There was no need for a new tire. They fixed the flat, and I was on my way. They saved me over $150 on this visit. This is my tire shop now. Honest and friendly service.
