Brooke is SO good with shampoo and cut. My hair never looked so good!

I forget the lady that cut my hair but she was a school teacher before and she did a great job.I would recommend this place and appreciated being open on a Sunday.

Always a great experience going into this place. The ladies are friendly, experienced, and hold good conversation. Brooke (manager) cuts my hair perfectly every time and I never have to tell her what I want, she just cuts my hair and it’s exactly the way I want it!

Brooke is the only reason we come to Pro Cuts to get our hair cuts. Trying to convince her to opening her own salon. I truly believe her location has made it this long because of her. She has become a friend over the last 13 years that she has been cutting my hair. If you want a quick haircut you might think twice about trying to do it over lunch because Brooke always has five or so people waiting on her. Employees like her are truly invaluable to any company. We will follow her wherever she may go.

Brooke has been cutting my hair since 2011. She does a great job and cares about her customers and has a great personality. She will even skip lunch just to take care of her customers. She’s the only reason I keep going back to procuts. I really recommend Brooke to cut your hair.

I was a bit skeptical at first about going here since I only go to high end salons for my haircuts. But I must till everyone that this beats the salon prices and service. There wasnt a wait, the stylist listened to my needs, and it was by far the best haircut I have ever received. 5 stars!!

Kelsey did my hair and was fantastic! Salon was clean, all the staff on duty were friendly, and there was a very short wait (less than ten minutes while the hair was swept up). Will go back with my kiddos to keep them trimmed up as well.

Brook is a rockstar!! She is very conversational, but needs to work on her love for OSU...a smart Cowboy mentioned it earlier! Brook has a good memory for details about you, and needs to have some help from management for advertising closer to the road. They also need to consider LED light so that the lighting is the same color to make clients look even better on the way out the door! They also need to collect business cards for emailing, as well as to have drawing for monthly prizes! 🙈🙉🙊

Wanted my hair cut and layered.... GUESS WHAT? it got all messed up. I have a mullet for the top part of my hair, it looks like I have ghetto hair extensions, and all choppy at the bottom! She also chopped a weird chunk out of my hair! I will be back to get my money and for my hair to be fixed! I refuse to allow this kind of service. The Women was really sweet and great but my gosh, NEVER AGAIN. Yes it did look fine but I didnt get to see the back and when I got home I was crying on how embarrassing it looks.

Went for an eyebrow wax and a trim. Both took minimal time and looked fine--even got some good hair care advice. The stylist was blunt, which I appreciate, but know some dont.

Im not sure about those other ladies in that place.but there was a lady there that has been cutting my hair since 1996.she move there about a year or two ago.she was very good with any hairstyle you wanted.the best.its very hard to find the right person that knows what there doing.come to find out,she has moved for some reason.i guess I wont be getting a haircut anytime soon.

Some of the reviews are hateful and ridiculous... I am a regular at this establishment I have never had a bad experience. For the people who are being hateful towards the employees I suggest some self examination, so you can quit hating them and find out what you are or not doing that is causing your own unhappiness.

Bad, both timesthe first time I got a cut and it didnt tien out very well. it was lopsided and blocky. the second time I came in a asked for an eyebrow wax. the girl removed MOST of my eyebrows, and said it had looked really bad before. uhm excuse me? my eyebrows needed a touch up, I didnt want most of them removed! theyre gone! I have to stencil them every day. and the the eyebrows is red and lessioned? she took off some of my skin! then I asked of they could curl my hair for me. the lady took 45 minutes, and it looked awful. huge poodle look. I was so emberresed. I can curl my own hair in 20 minutes and it looks much more professional. the other girl tried to say it took an hour and a half and that I owed them 60 dollars. I pointed out that an updo on the board sais 35. they said only for short hair. I have shoulder length hair. they tried to scam me! so I gave them 30 dollars, said I had to go to the bank for the rest because I was not prepared for the cost. and left. screw them. Im not going to be ripped off. I went home and washed my hair out and did it myself.
