*Company Review. Not Location Specific.* Was referred here for counseling help through the FHA HOC line. After the 10-12 minute disclaimer of the automated line I was connected with a very rude, loud woman who basically refused to listen to why o was calling. After she heard that I already had a mortgage in good standing she continuously attempted to tell me I needed to call FHA. Her voice grew louder and she became even more rude if I tried to explain why my situation could possibly use counseling from MMI. I asked for her location she wouldnt give it. I then asked if she was in the Tulsa office and she confirmed that she wasnt. She then hung up in my face. Speaking with her almost felt like a scam.

I called and was able to get free advice on how to repair my credit. They discovered I had 2 items on my credit score that were incorrectly saying I owed money.
