Timmy is so sweet and very informative. I love going there because its a no pressure zone.

I was visiting and brought my daughter and my mom here. They were extremely rude from the moment we walked in. There was only one lady in there that was nice. My daughter was wanting polish but they completely ignored until the end. Also, they didn’t even do full pedicure. Right when we sat down they painted our toes and put lotion on and that was it. No massage, no warm towels. Completely unsatisfied.

The website says they are open until 7pm. I arrived at 5:35pm. The open sign was on. I walked in and the man asked me what I needed. I said I’m from out of town and needed only one mail fixed that I damaged.He then said they were closed & come back tomorrow. I told him his website said they were open til 7 and his open sign was on. He said the website was old. He was rude and unprofessional.

Went in to get a fill in. When the tech was trying to clean my nails up he kept hitting my real nail with the little dremel tool. When I pulled away cause it got hot the tech said since I pulled away he didn’t feel comfortable doing my nails. Will not do back. Never had to deal with something like that at a nail place before. 🤨

They were extremely polite and got us in and out very quickly loved how my nails turned out . They were extremely great with my younger sister who just wanted hers painted ❤️❤️❤️

Timmy is my go to person!! He is very professional and does exactly what you ask for! By far the best in Tullahoma!

2 hours for a dip manicure, absolutely ridiculous!!!! I had a 1030 appt and actually got finished at 12:40. From what I could see the owner Timmy was doing 3 manicures at 1 time, pedis were in and out in about 30 minutes. He totally screwed up 1 of my nails and claimed he couldnt see what I was seeing.

All the people in this place are very rude. They do not listen and act irritated when you ask questions. When asking the differences in the pedicures, they only told me prices but did not tell me what services were included in each one. I tried asking in a different way and they just said get the $55 dollar it is the best. I said but what is in it. They replied with you will like. I feel like they need a menu or something. I also got a dip polish change. While the guy did a pretty good job, he did not make sure my nails were the same length. I will never go back.

This is one of the best Nail Salons Ive ever been to! Amy and Tim are owners who care about their clients! Cleanliness and safe are priority. Their staff is awesome too, Angie, Cleo and Holly are terrific. Love this place!

Amazing service. seated right away. They were super nice and made sure my nails were done correctly. We came in a little late an they were still wonderful and kind with us. I asked for coffin and left with a bit of a heftier coffin then expected but in the end they came out amazing. Would totally recommend to a friend or family member. I will be coming back🙌

I returned to this business after moving back from DC. Before I moved 10 years ago, I always was pleased with their services. I had my full set put on 6 weeks ago. I was charged $40. I came back for a fill in, another $40 (no prices posted). Went in today for another fill in, was in there over 2 1/2 hours, talked down to like I was a child, was charged another $40 and when I went to pay with my debit card was told it would cost an extra $2 for processing. Oh, but they conveniently have an ATM in house. Im done with this establishment.

Went with the Mrs. I was coerced into a chair, just not something that I would normally do. So I was enjoying the massage chair and surprise, a sweet lady started doing a pedicure. Not knowing what to expect, I felt a little awkward. But calmed down and enjoyed it. Very relaxing. I was a little reticent about telling my buddies, but to those that care, they really did a good job.

I got a full set of acrylic nails, coffin shape, with cherries on my finger and the rest red. The price was 75$, which was a little pricey, and that is the only reason I did not give them five stars. When I first came in, I was both nervous because I’ve never been to this place before and the reviews were not the best, and because it was my first time going alone. As soon as I came in I told them what I wanted and got my color. I wanted maybe five minutes before being seated. I did feel quite nervous still because I had smiled at several people but was not given one back, which as a kind’veSocially awkward person, made me feel very uncomfortable being there by myself, but that is just me because I am not used to going to a lot of places by myself, especially in a new environment. I then was greeted by a big smile from an older woman, and that made me feel a lot better. The person who did my nails was a man with the last name Phan, and he did amazing. There was a period that I waited maybe ten minutes In between, but they were on the busier side, yet he took his time with my nails and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the outcome. If you have not come here before, I say give it a try and go when it is less busy. I also suggest bringing cash, (make sure to bring extra because it’s pricey, just in case they say a higher price than you expected- I expected it to be around 60$) because if you use a debit/credit card, it is a $2 extra fee. I’m sorry I wrote a paragraph, but I want you to go In with the mindset that it will be pricey, and don’t go at a busier time. Like I said, I was nervous about going because Of the reviews, and I am very happy. I uploaded a photo of my nails in the photos section. Have a good day!

DO NOT COME HERE!! I came to get my nails done for my birthday and I waited over a hour and still had to pay full price then got charged for using my card instead of cash or check. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to getting my nails done. I do not recommend and if they had the option of a zero star that’s what this place would get!!!

Will never go back. I have thought about this for a few days now. I paid for a manicure and a pedicure, my sister also got a pedicure. Not only was the person doing my nails rude but the look on her face the whole time would curdle milk. While she was putting the glue on my nails they started burning really bad ( never had this happen before) she said it was normal. My thumb is now very sore to touch. My nails already look like I need a fill in and it’s only been 3 days and they are too thick! Worst nail experience ever. On top of that I did not see them clean any tools they used before starting on someone else.

I got nail damage/?fungus? on my middle fingernail after visiting them for a Mani. ( It took time for this to show up) I was getting a pedicure another time. The woman was forcing things on me that I didnt want, doing things without asking and when it was all said and done, total cost was $107.00. I used to love this place but I wont be back. Also, they dont do the nails to last anymore. They do it away from your cuticle so you need a fill in or a do over quicker.

Best place in town to get your nails done

Very rude people. Also severely over priced. 48$ for gel polish on acrylic. Also if you get your nails done a little bit longer than where they touch the skin they charge 5$ more and it’s longer than that it’s 15$ more. Absolutely ridiculous, I pay 34$ for absolutely gorgeous coffin nails in the boro with gel polish. I will NEVER come back here. They are rude and their nails suck. I always go to the boro but was cramped for time and had to get them here but I’ll never make that mistake again.

I had an AWFUL experience. The lady did not do the acrylic right. they popped RIGHT OFF after 2 or 3 days. not to mention, she didn’t even do the colors i wanted! i’m not impressed and she was very rude. won’t be back and i don’t reccomend them to anyone.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. This place is very unprofessional and unsanitary.(The pedicure foot baths have mold in them around the jets and the equipment isnt new it used and gross) I came in to get a set of acrylic nails, coffin shape, medium length, and regular paint. I sit down and had my nail color in hand. The lady sits down across from me and begins cutting my nails and sanding them down and glues the tip on and shes asks me what shape I would like I say coffin shape. She says well itll be $5 more for a coffin shape Im like okay whatever Ive never been charged for a shape before but I go along she says she has to go work on another client so I sit there for another 30 minutes and she finishes a complete pedicure. As she is finishing up a man walks over to me and sits down and asks how long I would like them I say a medium length and he says well thats going to be $45 all together and I say well how much is it for just a set of nails and he goes $30 and then I say and how much is a coffin shape nail he goes $5 I say so why am I going to get charged $45 he goes well the nails are too long. At this point im like well I think thats kinda ridiculous because im just getting regular nail polish on acrylic nails like nothing fancy here I think ill just go somewhere else. He then argues with me that im going to be charged even more somewhere else and I was like well I think thats crazy like I cant even afford that I just think I wont get them done at all. He then raises his voice at me and says Then you can just leave! and that pretty much it he left all the tips on my fingers and told me to just leave so thats cool lol. And a week prior my mom and my sister and I went and got pedicures and while I was sitting there I realized how unsanitary they adenine of the tools looked like they had been sanitized there was mold or grime on the outside of the jets and theres jugs of sweet tea that they throw theyre trash away in. I will not be back to this nail place again if I have to drive across town to Posh I will at least they are nice and friendly and give you a drink when you come in the door.

Very overpriced I would give 0 stars if possible. Also if you get your nails done a little longer than sports nails they charge $5 more and if longer than that it’s $15 more. I was told that they charge more because the people around the area does not usually get their nails long.....whatever that means. I had a few bubbles in my gel nails but I’m very passive but later on I realized that my two thumb nails were uneven. I went back and was asked if I want the other nail long as the other. Of course I wanted it long since i paid EXTRA for it but decided to let them do what was easiest. My nail was cut to the same length as the other but however the person did not file down to give the coffin shape as the rest of my nails.The person then went to attend another customer and told me “You can go” with an attitude without even reassuring if I was okay with the outcome.I will NEVER come back here and felt unwanted for wanted my nails fixed.They are rude and their nails are NOT worth the price and I should have read the reviews first. Usually not the type to leave reviews but I’m really disgusted.

I sent my 17 yr old very shy daughter to this nail shop to get her nails done for her senior pictures.She ask for acrilic nails and they put gel nail polish on and did not ask her and didnt bother using the nail polish that she brought in for them to use.Her polish starting peeling 10 min. After she left and her hang nails were terrible looking.My daughter said they were very rude from the time she walked in the door as well.I saw the picture of her nails and i was furious!I called ultra nails and let them know I was her parent and she had senior pictures in a day or two and this looked terrible.I told them I paid for them she was my child and these are the things I wanted fixed.I am so angry that they sent her out looking like that.I have tought my daughter to be respectful to adults and she didnt say anything because they were adults and she didnt want to be disrespectful.I have never wrote a bad review before but I felt like this expierenced deserved one.They did kinda fixed them when I sent her back.Needless to say we want be back there!

Went in for a pedicure and re gel, and come out with my toes and fingers all cut up, Over 3 hours for a pedicure and half done re gel nails, that after just 2 days are already coming off...never again, have definitely learnt my lesson, stay away even after I had been warned
