Love this company my kids had the time of there lifes I would suggest for parties and if you want your kids to have very fun time get the obstacle courses.

So rude! I just spoke with the lady over the phone in regards to prices and sizes of water slides. She seemed really bothered and irritated that I had questions. I then had to call back to get the website for their business and she was so rude. Definitely not renting from here.

I always rely on this company for my kids events; they love it and so do I. The employees are very hospitable, respectful, and assertive. They have awesome service and have great quality bouncers. Not only that, but they have a variety of bouncers and items for all your interests. Overall 10/10 recommend!

I did not get the bounce house I ordered, and was still charged the same price. I ordered a much larger bounce house. The lady Alice was very rude when I asked why we did not get the right bounce house. Very bad customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We just rented 3 inflatables from Joey’ s Catle the person on the phone was very helpful. She helped me pick out the best bouncers for my girls birthday My children had a great time drivers were on time and nice I will alway use them.

They said it was really big but it is small

Always can count on then for my to suit my party themes. Waters lides for kids or grown ups and bouncer for kids or us big Kids, lol. Theyve bailed me out also on last minute party needs. They got it all. Dont bother looking further for your party must haves.

Way over priced I’m sticking to J & J party supplies,,, they pick up at what ever time you want even next day if wanted with no extra charge never again will I go to Joey’s jumping castle again just rude over the phone && we have to leave the party to pay the extra to keep over night smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ they couldn’t wait the next day when they come for it!!

Is really hot in there and the party room is up stairs so that leaves the kids down stairs unattended.

They over charge for over night an extra 25 and tables were dirty so was the bounce house and rude service threw the phone
