My best friend used the rental service for her wedding June 24th. Not only was Jeff and his crew quick, they were kind and very positive, even after I had asked them to move the dance floor over a few feet after they already built it, in heat that was hotter and sweatier then the devils butt crack. Thank you guys!!

Called to rent one of their bar tables they have 60 bucks to rent not to bad, ask if I could pick it up and was told it needs to be delivered for $165 dollars. I guess I’m buying my own wine barrels and making my own table.

I used Details for a party recently. The owner, Rebekah, came out and made a beautiful balloon arch for our event. She was timely, personable, and very professional. I was so happy with the end product. I highly highly recommend Details!

We had our wedding this weekend and we couldn’t have pulled it off without details! We had to change dates multiple times and they were flexible with changes. Then rain came on our weekend and we called Details and they got a tent up working into the night to do it. I’m so impressed with how responsive they were ! The wedding would never have been so magical without their help.

This is the 3rd year weve rented dishes and utensils for our church board Christmas dinner. The staff at Details are always friendly, helpful, and really care about...well...the details. They have all kinds of things for rent, and great displays of their items. I highly recommend Details for all your gathering needs.

Unfortunately they were extremely disorganized and unprofessional - both in not providing what was rented/paid for (missing items as well as dirty items) and also when they were contacted to make things right. This would be unfortunate for any occasion, but definitely was incredibly frustrating and infuriating given that it was for my daughter’s wedding!

I had such a great experience at Details! I went in not really knowing what direction I was going for my event and the ladies helped me out in getting it all figured out! The day of the event I was impressed with the quality of equipment. I’ve rented from other companies that had tables falling apart (literally taped together) but not these tables. It definitely looked like they take care of their stuff. I also appreciated their help with last minute adjustments and getting tablecloths, plates and silverware ready for me to pick up right when I arrived. If it wasn’t for them I’m sure my party would not have been as great as it was!

We had a great experience with Details! We were able to rent cocktail tables, and bar and a liquor luge (you gotta see this thing) for a reasonable rate and everything was in great shape. I highly recommend!

I love love this place. They have everything you need for any and every occasion. Call them 1st. I rented some table clothes and they were clean and new. Very professional people.

Made a reservation here paid the 50% and then COVID-19 happened canceling my event. They refused me a refund. This was out of my control. I never used this place before. The circumstances for canceling was out of my control. I did not cancel the contract COVID-19 did. They still refused a refund telling me I could use my deposit towards something else within 2 years. I never use these services so what am I going to use it for. Will never go here again. These are extreme circumstances out of my control. Never go here or leave deposit. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Very rude staff because they think they can. Am reporting them to BBB as well.

I’ve been in the event industry for 30 years and this is one of the best event companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. When reading the reviews and seeing how many people from a single event have written numerous bad reviews to affect the overall rating of this company says one thing, they must have numerous people write reviews to lower the rating because there are not enough unhappy customers overall. It’s been my experience that some people who go over budget, look for ways to recoup and complaining about vendors and demanding refunds happens. When they don’t get what they demand, they write bad reviews to hurt the company. Yes, a rental company rents USED equipment, just like a rented car is not new. Damage comes from customers abusing equipment, not from a company mistreating their investment. Linen stains are unfortunately something every company misses. Nobody is going to send out linens they know have stains. I have used many upscale linen services and even they miss an occasional stain. Dishes and glassware can appear “dirty” with spots from sanitizer but many rental companies wash hundreds or thousands of dishes and unless it’s dried on food, it is likely that its residue and if you rent it expecting new, perfect condition equipment, you may need to go buy it new. Having everyone you know write bad reviews, only makes you look like a spoiled child that didn’t get their way and is trying to be vindictive.P.S. When people say their delivery was late, unless you have to postpone the event because it wasn’t there on the day of the event, if you get your order the day before or a few hours before the event, its not late. Event rental companies may have 10, 20, 60 or more events to cover on a single day and everyone wants to get their stuff first but everyone can’t be first.P.P.S. If you are a friend or family member of a bride, you should be doing whatever you can to keep her from knowing about any mishaps on her day. Things may happen but if you stress her out by pointing it out, YOU are ruining her day, not the vendor that made a mistake or caused the mishap. Vendors do not set out to ruin someone’s day and will usually do all they can to make it right but if she’s getting ready and is told theres a problem instead of fixing it, the vendor is not the one interrupting her day... you are.

This company is terrible. My sister and brother-in-law had to deal with multiple trips to the site right before their wedding because the workers were irresponsible and did not have a record of what was ordered. The tablecloths were scribbled on, and multiple dishes arrived dirty. Their customer service skills are also lacking, as they accused the couple of lying multiple times, offered a refund so small that it could not cover the extra trips made, and finally refused to discuss the matter with them anymore. Do not trust this company; youll end up with a lot of stress and inadequate products!

This company is very unorganized. They are rude and lack any customer service skills. They accuse customers of being liars. They turned a family wedding, which should be a happy event, into a stressful event because of the quality and cleanliness of the rented products as well as the 3 times we had to return because of the items they continuously forgot to give us on the original visit.

This company is trash. I’ve never been in contact with such a disrespectful and unorganized company in my life. If you want terrible, dirty, and broken equipment then place your order. Otherwise, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Unfortunate, unprofessional and unreliable. My step son’s happy wedding day was nothing short of a disaster. Unwashed linens, poor customer service, late delivery and promises unkept. Refused to make things right and dismissive of our concerns. It’s a small town and word travels fast.

Very poor customer service. Accused customers of lying about plates and drink containers being dirty when received. Forgot to give us numerous items so multiple trips were needed to get it all. Tablecloth had profane drawings on them and accused the us of doing them. Offered a miniscule refund for all the issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!!!
