I made an appointment for a consultation and drove south all the way from Bellevue. Had a bad experience overall-1. Google maps takes you to the back of this place, so you gotta loop around to find it.2. The place was closed when I arrived, so i tried calling the business on the line mentioned on Google. No one picked up. I texted, got no reply.3. I had an email confirmation which said If the door is locked during my business hours, please knock. Firstly, I found this experience bad. Why would you lock the front door of the business is open! Nevertheless i stood there knocking on the door (allowing myself to feel guilty for knocking loudly the 4th and 5th time)4. After 15mins of vain efforts, I left. Later on I got a call and Linda mentioned she thought she had cleared her calendar and that she couldnt come.I drove back up disappointed. Very unprofessional. (Turns out Im not the first to have this experience. Found similar review on Yelp)
