Charanjit is fabulous! My brows always look so clean and she’s super quick. This is the place to go for threading!

Charanjit was amazing and was a great experience for me because the last time I got my brows thread is hurt . I didnt want to try it again but Charanjit made it a unpainful experience and now I will only get my brows threaded. No more wax because she also educated me on the difference! She was great!

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but i am so upset! I wish I could give them ZERO STARS! I will never go back to this location again. I have gotten my eye brows threaded multiple times before from the alderwood location but south center was HORRIBLE! The lady working seemed extremely unconfident, she kept asking me after every little thing she did to get up and look at the mirror. Which made me feel nervous because it made me feel like she was nervous. She took off a big chunk of the front of my brow & completely took my arch. She then tried telling me one of my eyebrow arches was just higher! Clearly needs more training. I was so upset I got up out of the chair and told her I won’t let her touch my eyebrows anymore and I will never come back. She basically laughed in my face! What horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money here!

I came and asked for an eyebrown tinting, when I asked the lady Mangit if I can please see the color that she will apply on my eyebrowns she said that she can not and very rude Do you want it or not? 😤 No very kind. I stood up and left. Rude customer service. She could explain it or say it differently.

Ive been a member for almost two years. My brows are always ON FLEEK! I always forget to take pictures. Ill update my review next time I go.

I went in after growing my eyebrows for a month. I specifically asked to just clean and leave them as thick as possible. I did have eyebrow make up on she wiped some of it off. But when I stood up my eyebrows were super thin. I just wish she would’ve listen. I get there’s nothing we can do about it now but I recommend hearing customers out. I never felt this upset about my eyebrows before.

I went in there while I waited for my husband to shop across the way at Zales. First time threading my eyebrows and was a little anxious. Monalissa was great. Fast and efficient with no pain at all! I havent had my brows done in a while but I just went here to get mine threaded by Rama and she made the process was fast and painless! My brows look great and I love them! Would highly recommend :)

I liked the ladies that worked here. However I got eyelash extensions and was disturbed when I was having them applied because the young lady kept blowing on my eyes which was not very sanitary. I had never had extensions before so I only knew what my friends had told me. When she was done I felt like there was glue on my eyelids but I chalked it up to not having them before so I said nothing and assumed they would feel better after a day or two. Later that night my eyes were very irritated and I asked a friend who gets extensions to look at them. She was shocked and told me the extensions had been glued directly to my eyelids and not to the lashes as they are supposed to be. She also said I had extra glue all over my eyelids. I ended up removing some of the glue but did not want to damage my real lashes. I was not comfortable going back and asking for them to fix them since it was clear the young lady did not know how to apply the lashes correctly. I was really bummed as this place does not do refunds ether. So if you go here just do the brows stay away from the eyelash extensions!

Rama is one of the best threaders here! She’s so kind and always does a good job. This is the only place I go for to do my eyebrows and upper lip.

First time going and I loved it! Recieved a promo they had going on. My brow tech was awesome! I forgot her name but she was great.

False promotional advertisement. Quick and simple. Got my eyebrows threaded and they look okay. My issue was the promotions advertised. I tried to get student discount for any purchase and was denied because the employee said it was for memberships only. Seems like it was more of not knowing how to discount it correctly. None of the promotions were available without getting a membership.

I’ve heard some pretty bad stuff about brow arc but still decided to give it a try. I’ve never done eyebrow threading before, and it was a bit painful, but that’s just how threading is. I loved the job they did. It was perfect, they were super nice and got the job done in no time! Definitely will be signing up for the membership (6 threadings) next time I go in!

I’ve been going to brow arc for years, but after my 3 month membership ends, I will no longer be a customer there. I feel like there’s always new people every time I got there. My last visit, the lady there completely butchered my eyebrows. They’re too thin and the mess up is way too obvious. I recommend you to stick to someone you KNOW will do a decent job.

Bad service I’ve ever seen in my life! There’s two Indian ladies talking in their own language all the time while they are working on the customers! My eyebrows looks so bad ! They don’t have any experience! I used to go to Ranni on the other side of southcenter mall,she’s nice and talented but those two ladies next to the bodyshop store are awful!

I just got eyelashes extensions done from Aman, and I love them! They are exactly what I asked for, not too dramatic but still give a beautiful effect :) I also used to get my eyebrows done from Aman when she used to work here, sometimes I went to the Tacoma location just to get them threaded from her. When she wasn’t working here for some time I got them done from someone else, but the shape was not exactly what I wanted. Now that Aman is back, I don’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows! I definitely reccomend Aman for any of your eyebrow/eyelash needs.

Im giving 2 stars to all the other employees that work there. the lady rama is racist and i wouldnt recommend her to to anyone. Its related to a form of payment i was a member there . An american lady gave her phone number and walked out this woman rama didnt demand for her id so i thought i would give her my phone number but this racist lady asked for the id like im trying to lie and looked at me like im a liar . i recommend all the other employees but rama as this lady is a just a racist towards other indian people. now i see all the bad reviews and i wouldnt recommend southcenter mall eyebrow place to anyone. im sorry but just the attitude of rama made me write this review it just bothered me so much
