I hadn’t been to the dentist in two years due to the pandemic. I was a little nervous as I knew my teeth needed a little work. Shelly was super patient And extremely gentle and worked with me through the entire cleaning. It was also great to see Dr. Roseto again!! She was also very welcoming.

Courteous and professional staff. There was a misunderstanding and the staff worked to fix the issue. I prefer bright now and will continue to do business with them.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and I hope I never have to change dentists! They know me so well, remember thoughtful details about my life, and are supportive and encourage dental hygiene in a way that makes me actually WANT to floss and do the best I can.

Ive never found a dentist that eased my anxiety and delt with my issues at hand. Dr. Miller was just amazing. Ive already decided hes my dentist. Ive NEVER said this words before due to my fear. They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency extraction, and it was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. The staff are all friendly, the doctor did an amazing job with the numbing and was able to remove my wisdom tooth then and there. It was a difficult extraction, but they were able to get me on my way. 10/10

I love this dentist office so much! After researching for a new dentist, I found this one & read the reviews. For my personal experience it was everything and more. Dr.Vu is personalble & genuinely wants you happy with your smile.

Staff were mostly pleasant over the phone and at the office. The office was also clean and inviting. However, I was only told that there would be a Covid Facility Fee that would be my responsibility every visit when I sat on the dental chair. They also stated that they could not perform cleaning on the same day even though my appointment was set for 1.5 hours and the initial examination was completed after 45 minutes This was attributed to insurance policies, which meant I had to schedule a separate appointment (and pay another Covid Facility Fee for that visit).I left, went to another dentist, got a comprehensive examination AND cleaning on the same day, with the same insurance. The Covid Facility Fee was also covered by my insurance.I think it is good practice for patients to be informed of any additional fees at the time of scheduling or even when a patient is checking in for an appointment, not when the patient is already seated on the dental chair.

I did my research prior to coming here and from my first visit (sept 2018) to present, I am so pleased with the staffing, professionalism and everything they are doing to help me achieve the perfect smile I’ve always desired. Dr Nguyen & Dr Miller know what they’re doing and their communication with me and the treatment plan doesn’t go unnoticed. You won’t be disappointed with how this office is ran. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Excellent customer service, they show they care about their patients. I walked in the office for my first appointment, starting to shake because I hadn’t eaten, right away the receptionist grabbed a juice and crackers and checked a few times to make sure I was okay. The dental assistant did the same thing, made sure I was okay, and was very kind throughout the visit. The DDS explained everything so I would understand, told me what and why she was doing things and made sure I was okay throughout the visit. I highly recommend this facility!

This office is amazing and so courteous and welcoming. Great atmosphere for sure. When I went in for my cleaning I was greeted very fast and walked back in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me about my teeth and what treatment I needed in the future. The best part was I was offered a blanket. That was absolutely amazing to me. Will definitely tell everyone about this office.

Ive been going here for almost 10 years and I love them! Very friendly and personable staff, beautifully clean office and they always understand when I have to bring my son (5 yrs old currently) along to my appointments.

I was in town from out-of-state for a conference and, after realizing that I would have free time one afternoon, I called see if they had any openings for ZoomWhitening the next day. Luckily, they did.When I arrived, Blanca greeted me with excitement and quickly got me my paperwork to me. Next, I met Mark, who took me to the suite I was going to be in. He was extremely warm and explained everything I would need to know, making sure I understood everything he was explaining. Although the procedure I was having didn’t require the provider to be present, Mark let me know that Dr. Nguyen would be coming in to introduce herself since I was a new patient and we hadn’t met before. When Dr. Nguyen came in, you could tell how much she enjoys being a dentist. She was personable, inviting and down-to-earth. As my procedure progressed, Mark continued to be attentive to me and my comfort level. I also had the pleasure of having Blanca check me out at the end for my appointment, which was the cherry on-top of my appointment – and most importantly, on-top of my stellar patient journey.What none of them knew was that I own a medical practice. My staff can attest to the fact that I am a HUGE believer in the importance of the patient experience. As such, I can be pretty critical of my experiences at other practices. This was by far the BEST patient experience I’ve ever had. Each person I met blew me away…it’s an experience that I dream every single person has when they come to my practice. I chose this practice based off of reviews – and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Seriously - BRAVO!

The office got me in right away on a Saturday as I was having a dental emergency. The entire staff was professional and detailed on what procedure I needed and a forward care program was explained. The staff at Smiles are very friendly. They make every effort to give their clients a great experience. I have used many of their services ranging from teeth cleaning to oral surgery. Every time I come here the service is professional, punctual, and quality care.Most of all I appreciate the sincerity of the doctors who take intentional time to be present with patients, making us feel safe and important.

From arrival to departure, my experience was excellent. Since I had foot surgery, Ive been dreading going out. Its the end of the year and I needed this appointment. Theyve got two handicap spots and the staff were accommodating as far as navigating into, through, and out of the office. Waiting area is spatious and open. Staff were attentive and kind. Explanations of treatments were simple but thorough at the same time, you knew what to expect each step of the way. Quality of service was excellent. Environment was clean and each of their patient rooms were open and also private at the same time. Theyve got blankets and headphones which help make the appointment more comfortable. Ill be coming back next year.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Everyone in the staff was very friendly. They told me exactly what and why they needed to do. Their recommendations for treatment was thoroughly explained. The equipment in their office was state of the art and very clean.

I actually love going to the dentist now. They are so helpful and informative. They are very thorough, and it shows that they care about your health. I moved down to Auburn, but I am going to continue making the trek up to Tukwila

I had an emergency dental situation while visiting our daughter in Seattle. The care and competence were both outstanding in what, to my laymans (dentally speaking) eyes was a complicated situation! We love this dentist office, so comfortable and easy to communicate with. I have high functioning autistic teens who can even handle going here. Highly recommend this dentist office and especially Dr Miller!

Over charges on double coverage customers. cleaning 140, charged us 168. split between both insurance companies and out of pocket of 48. thats crap. root canal cost of 2600 after insurance. very greedy, recommends not using dental insurance over their own plans which costs more and coverages less. my teeth dont line up, my jaw constantly hurts, cant afford to finish the root canal procedure even. others quoted me 1000 with my insurance. Smiles refuses to contact me regarding their over charges. I do not recommend using them. they also recommend less important procedures so they get you with no insurance coverage for expensive coverage.

I have been with Dr Nguyen and Smiles@Southcenter for many years. The care is always very professional as well as warm and personal. The are ahead of the curve in dental treatment. I have never been disappointed.

I’ve never felt so comfortable and relaxed at a dental office. The expertise and knowledge of the staff was impressive and made me know with confidence of the abilities from the Hygenist, dental assistant, to the Dr. Nyugen. I highly recommend this office.

The staff is super friendly, very accommodating, and professional. I love that they offer a blanket before starting procedures, and hot towels for your face afterwards, its a nice touch! Pricing is pretty comprable, and it is very convenient as a one stop shop for dentists and orthodontists.

My daughters been a patient at Smiles @ Southcenter for a few years now and everytime we walk in were welcomed with a big smile and a great attitude. Theyve always been great about explaining whats going on with her dental/ortho plan, insurance issues and overall care.
