My kids were both in this afternoon. Staff was amazing. My daughter was so upset about having a couple baby teeth pulled. They made her feel so much better. Highly recommended. ❤

Super sweet! Explained in great detail what insurance does, and what they can do for us! They care more about patients and not the business and we could see that, by what they were doing and providing for us! Will be making our new ortho❤️

If Google had the option for 10 Starts Fort Dental would get a 10+ from me. Heather the owner is Amazing, friendly and super caring with everyone that comes in the office. Always with a smile :) No wonder the staff is so happy and friendly. Im so happy my girls receive Dental & Orthodontist care here. Could not be happier with the Orthodontist and Dentist, they are so caring, never in a rush, explain the treatment and process with your kids. Could not be any happier with Staff, Vanessa at the Front desk is so nice always helpful. The assistants are super friendly make kids feel comfortable. And their prices and payment plan are so accommodating, affordable. Thank you guys for being so AWESOME!!!

I absolutely love fort dental! My two nephews and two daughters have been patients for the past 5 years. My 11 yr old nephew had phase 1 braces and now my sister is looking into starting phase 2 due to a condition my nephew has. Dr. Carlos has been amazing at treating him. Sahar, Juan and Gulnara have been great at helping my 3 and 1 yr old do their dental cleanings. Thank you Heather for your positive attitude and always greeting us with a smile. I am not going to return here because the attention I have gotten from the doctor was very rude. They gave my son a retainer made out of metal which didnt fit his mouth and they were too lazy to adjust the size, and instead gave my son a cheaper retainer made out of plastic which then broke after it was well cared. They decided to not fix my sons teeth or replace the retainer after we asked them.A summary of this is that they did not give us a good service, treated us is terribly, and neither fixed my sons teeth, we wasted our money..

The staff is incredibly accommodating. I had to get my daughter in for her 3 month checkup and they were able to get her in during my sons appointment. She is 1 year old and the Dr. and Assistants were very gentle with her; she was very happy in there care and was very happy throughout the entire visit. In addition my 7 year old has been going to Fort Dental for the past 3 years and loves going to the dentist.

Great staff but they need to work on keeping appoimemts and actually setting them up. Ive gone in thinking I had an appointment when they didnt set it up. But other than that great place

Basic. My husband took our son there. What I assumed was correct. When you call to setup an appointment and they are beyond rude, well you can assume what the service will be like. Rude and bland. You are an office for kids, be a little nicer and inviting. Some kids have major dr phobias. Be better. The Dentist was amazing though so you have that going for you. We wont be back though. Thanks....

Front office outright lied and said they do root canals. Made appointments 6 weeks ago and planned days off around the scheduled root canals. Too late to get an appointment at another dentist over the holidays.

It is a good place for kids to keep their teeth healthy and the stuffs are so kind to kids.
