One of the worst haircuts ever. Will never go back again. Took 5 minutes, cost $22 and completely uneven.

The vietnamese lady rushed my hair like 10 mins haircut for 36$ And now I look like pineapple.

Ask for Melissa...she is great at what she does, and shes a very pleasant person to talk to. Overall, it was a great haircut for a great price with a great person.

I got my haircut here and the lady did a great job with the cut. The next day I decided I also wanted to get some highlights done. I looked on their website and they said they did highlights, and then I called to verify that they did highlights. The lady said yes, so I booked an appointment. When I got there the lady (presumably noticing I was blonde) asked what kind of highlights I wanted. I said just traditional real natural looking ones. I showed her a picture, and she said oh we dont do blonde highlights, only dark ones and that they dont do bleach. While I realize you can highlight hair with any color... Typically when someone asks if you do highlights, they are asking if you do bleach. Thats super misleading on both the website and for the lack of clarification when asked about the service on the phone. I honestly would have given them 1 star for this, but, like I said, the haircut I received was done well the previous day. Super disappointed on the huge waste of time and not being able to get my hair done when I booked an appointment.

Im not impressed at all with this place. 2nd time coming here and never again. I asked what the different lengths the trimmer cuts and the ladys response was cant you do basic math its right here wow just wow. They are are lucky I paid for my sons haircut bc they didnt cut mine after that comment.

Employee didnt even notice me come in (was on phone). Felt awkward the whole time I was getting my haircut, really felt like she didnt want to be there/doing what she was doing. Asked if I should hold my mask so she could get my hair, she said no, and proceeded to ruin my handmade personalized mask. Catastrophic. Only time Ive ever had a bad haircut experience and came away worse for ware... Super safe I lost my mask in the endeavor too, wasnt cheap. No apologies, when it happened I thought it might have happened and she just pretended like it didnt. Intentionally pretended like she didnt destroy my property, no apologies, rushed out the door.

My 14m old got his first haircut here today with Melissa and it went great! I told her I wasn’t ready for him to look like a big boy and she knew just what I wanted. I held him on my lap and she was so patient when he squirmed and the haircut looks clean and out of his eyes - best of all, he still looks like my baby!

Plenty of parking and easy to get too, I found it conveniently located across the road from the shopping mall, in the building right in front of the dollar store. The lady who cut my hair did a great job, and service was prompt and pleasant. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. I had a haircut, eyebrows trim and shampoo, all for $26, which is really good for this area. And it didnt feel rushed like so many other places. Overall, I was really happy with it.

Went to Supercuts on a layover for work, over a six mile walk from my hotel (I work for an airline) in the heat. Hadnt had a cut in over three months due to covid. Got a $23 mens cut, looked decent, hairdresser (Danielle) was nice, flew home. When I got home I realized I still had about one inch too long in the back. Considered going to a CA Supercuts to fix but knew Id be back in WA soon so I waited.16 days later Im in Seattle again, I go in. Danielle refuses to give just the back a trim, to match the rest of the otherwise superb cut. Its long enough to braid in the back and Im starting to look like Joe Dirt (only in the back), but she is insisting I pay another $23 (plus a tip) to correct her original cut thats barely two weeks old. Not gonna happen. I walked out, and Ill never be back. Piss poor customer service, avoid this place and **go literally anywhere else**

Melissa is amazing! I have been using her exclusively for the last year or so and have never been disappointed. She takes her time with the haircut and it comes out perfect every time.

I was seated without any wait... your mileage will vary depending on many factors... Danielle greeted me in the most agreeable way... she has a very pleasant personality and extremely fast wit ... she cut my hair, quickly, professionally and with very good results. I was so pleased that I tipped her the Universally Accepted 15% ... and I am a Major League Cheapskate... so that should say something. My regular hair stylist is no longer available ... so I will seriously consider having my hair cut here again ... particularly if I can have Danielle cut my hair !

Haircut was only so-so and the lady kept trying to preach at me. I dont mind discussing last weeks sermon if we were in church together but this lady was incoherently babbling and waving her hands around. Can I please just have a decent haircut??

I came for haircut usually there is a guy who cuts my hair but in the last three visits it seems to me that your female employees got not idea abut cutting hair ... when I ask about certain things they never can .. disappointing cause if they dont know about cutting hair whats their purpose? I dont think I will come again cause it is a gamble to find someone who can cut hair in your establishment

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wouldnt even give it a star if that was possible! Worst hair cut ever. Asked for long layers. Did not even get layers got some horrible hair instead. It is terrible. Now I have to go someplace else to go and get it fixed. Seriously, please dont go here. Save your hair from this ugly experience.

Asked for a pretty uncomplicated hair cut and she didnt do what i asked for at all. I hate leaving bad reviews but the stylist nearly did the opposite of everything i asked and by the time i realized what she was doing, it was too late.

Come here once a month after work. Pretty consistent.

Im just giving one star so that they will let me write comment for the review but I am not actually giving one star . They messed up my hair so unprofessional, I used to have long hair and went there to cut my hair they did not even trim my hair they just cut the length of my hair made me look like Dora in the tv cartoon. I really hate my hair now I would only pay a penny for it because now I wear exstation hair, I wish they even pay for that because they messed up the lady was so rude . I recommend not to go here if u don’t want to look like Dora .

It was an ok experience. My hair dresser was nice but she wanted to cut my hair shorter and I wasnt impress. I doubt I would go back because I get good service at the Lakewood Supercuts and I dont mind driving to them next time.

They were really nice with me and my kids.. All good vibes . but Im wondering what everyone else payed for a haircut. I payed 46 dollars for a womens haircut and a boys haircut. And my sons haircut was not done right. Wasnt faded properly, could still see the lines.just left cuz i had things to do. But i feel like i got ripped off 😔

A lot of information need just to get a haircut. Seriously that kiosk at the front its so unnecessary. On top of that, The employees working didnt seem to understand the haircut I was asking for and even when I gave up and settled for a fade it was way overpriced.

Terrible experience I called in the night before trying to create an appointment the lady said to come in tomorrow as a walk in. Then when I came in once it opened I asked for a trim and that’s it. The lady said she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have a special comb. The thing about that was my hair was already combed out and if it wasn’t why wouldn’t y’all have a comb. Never going again.

I came here for hair color. They have applied as my choice black color to cover my grey hair. She applied and after thirty minutes she washed my hair and I could see my grey hair as it is. She did applied once again and same result. I was vexed up and I left paying $100 for permanent hair color. People I wouldn’t recommend this place for any service. 😡😡😡🤬🤬

Great place to get a haircut

Guys, I warned them about my cowlicks in the back and only asked for a 1/2 trim. 3-4 inches later my hair is much shorter than I wanted, and my cowlicks are sticking straight up, as they will for the next 2 weeks. Go somewhere else unless youre planning on going short.

Over priced, location is just a bit pricey in my opinion.

I was very disappointing with the customer service I experienced today. I felt like I was interupting her day and it was utterly inconvenient for presence. I have been there a handful of times and it seem to be a hit or miss. But I will never want to talk to the lady that cut my hair today at 2pm October 4th. I dont usually review, but this was appalling. If you do not enjoy you life, change it.

Its a hit and miss on a good haircut but if you find a good barber, keep them. After 10 or so haircuts with the stamp system you get a free haircut.

I went in with my husband and I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, but I didnt have a picture of the back and my description wasnt good enough for her so she made up her own cut for me. Its uneven and choppy. I had to fix some of it when I got home... My husband just wanted a trim on the sides and came home with a high and tight. 2 different hairdressers. We will NOT be back. It was $32 for just hair cuts, no shampoos or extras. And now I have to pay someone else to fix her horrible haircut on me!

I told the woman cutting my hair several times I wanted the sides shaved and the top left alone except for a small trim of my bangs. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and used a picture on their wall, that she sees everyday, for reference. She shaved the sides, great. She wetted the top of my hair and I told her I only wanted about half an inch of my bangs gone cuz they were visibly dead. She cut inches off my bangs in one cut.If I stopped her now Id look like an idiot, so I let her finish. It took me 4 months to grow my hair out that long and she just un did all of it. My bangs used to reach my nose, now I have none.I WILL NEVER GO TO A SUPERCUTS AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE.

The cut was fine. stylist was nice/ professional. But, when i tried to pay with a supercuts gift card, it was like i had come from 100 years in the future. Not one of the 4 or 5 employees on duty had any idea how to process a charge to the gift card. They didnt look up the procedure in a book, or call anybody. This experience occurred on 7/2/10 in case Corporate is listening. Learned my lesson. Im teleporting back to 2110 to get a pedicure.

I got a haircut last week and got my bangs cut. The lady who did them cut them so they werent even all the way across, had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. For paying 18 dollars for a haircut it turned out aweful. The lady who did it finished everything in 3 to 5 minutes(bangs and a whole head trim) waste of money.

Worse service EVER. Then on top of that I wrote down a total sales of $20 ($17 haircut, $3 tip that she didnt deserve) she/they turned around and turned my $20 into a $20 TIP. They charded me $37 on a $17 hair cut. That employee should be fired.!!!!!
