I walked in with half my sidelines looking sideways. Marcella looked at it and said shed try. Ended up looking really good. She got talent. If she can fix what I walked in with she can finesse any other cut.

1st i walked into a empty barbershop. 2 barbers playing a video games, super smash bros. Didnt get acknowledged until their game was over..I had brought my 2 sons to both get cut.My youngest I asked for a all even number 1 and taper the sides. He ended up bald fading my son. Price he charged $35 dollars, hence the sign of pricing for kids haircuts is listed at $25 dollars. Another barber gets my oldest son does what I asked, but charges me $50 dollars..at this time I decided to get me a lineup by a free barber that seemed at the professional. He charged me $60 dollars for a front taper lineup..I also have braids in my hair.. $145.00 is ridiculous, they seen me pay in cash and got extremely greedy.. I advise everybody to ask for pricing before getting cut.. and the cut quality is NOT WORTH THE price of the cut!

It started off at a bad start. The guy completely didnt acknowledge us and kept us waiting almost 30 mins. Then after asking me how to cut my sons hair he walked away while I was in mid conversation with him. He later apologized and even explained to me why he did that it wasnt intended to be rude. The guy did an amazing job though and my son is very happy with it. We will be back to see him spite getting off on the wrong foot at first. Thank you for the great cut !

Dre is very professional and respectful! I get a low skin fade, and he is very precise in lining me up. Overall, always a good person to talk to.

Dre is go to guy for the best haircut, fade and beard trim. He’s polite, professional and loves doing what he does! He’s one of the best in the south seattle Renton area.

The level of unprofessionalism is profound. They have a site for appointments, but the barber no call/no show. Was told by the other barbers that he’ll show up 2 hours later. The cuts cost $45 + $5 (Covid fee) = $50. Trust me save your money and invest it elsewhere. You’re literally paying to be disrespected, because if someone doesn’t respect your time they don’t respect you. Barbershops (in the Black community) are a suppose to make you feel at home, this experience was more like you’re at the DMV....waiting, and waiting and waiting....just to be mean mugged, ignored, and conned out of money. I gave this place so many chances but today was the final straw, I have received better service at auto shops than here. Save your money or you’ll walk out the shop questioning if your haircut was worth your time, money, patience and self-worth. There’s always better barbershops, this one ain’t it and from the amount of people that were there today (1 person) you can tell they’ll likely close up for good

Number one place Carlos is the bomb, great attention to detail and great style would totally recommend coming here and asking for him. He does all the art in the shop and is one of the owners, super friendly and calm.

Worst haircut Ive gotten in 17years. The haircut I got I could have did my self at home. And they charged me 60 dollars for a haircut. Who ever cut my hair that day should get fired and on top of everything else I could smell the weed off him. They need to re train there employees. This is the date and time I went 4/30/2021. Time is 830pm.. if the owner reads this. They should pip there employees.

What is the point of having a website to book appointments only to show up and was informed stylist wasn’t there and to wait in line and that it be 30 mins to an hour.

My Homie Dre got me right and he was professional and I fly all the way from Alaska to get a cut. He is that good.

I made an appointment and the barber was a no show! I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and open. Perhaps they’re good, but I will never know. It’s not good to waste customers’ time

Renzo is the best barber in the shop I used to come when those two brothers were there they messed my hair up ever since I got cut up by renzo he blessed me everytime 🔥🔥 all the barbers are friendly and dope conversations!

Staff were nice but highly unprofessional. The music and language used by staff was offensive and tasteless especially because there were children getting their hair cut. Haircut was ok but not worth the price. Highly overpriced.

First off no where on Earth should a regular fade cut cost $50. There are dozens of barbers around Southcenter Mall that cuts hair for $30. Ive been here before within a year when their prices were $30 then it went up to $35 now its $45 plus a $5 coronavirus fee. Cutting hair is not essential and also they dont put there prices online. They like to wait to finish then hit you with the $50. The person that cut my hair tried to charge me a extra $20 for trimming my beard when I never asked for my beard to be cut.

Barber talked way too much. If his focus was more on the task at hand he would be a lot better. $40 for cut I was given is ridiculous.

Had a 6:30 appointment on Saturday and got there 5 minutes early.Was completely ignored by both stylists working and when one of them finished with a client they cleaned up and left without speaking to us or even making eye contact.The other stylist then said he thought the person we had an appointment with already left but he could still fit us in if we wait awhile.We left.Very bad service, will never go back.

Extremely rude. Not much for customer service at all. Ended up going further south and had a great experience at King’s Den in the super mall. Great customer service there and my son’s hair looks great.

Great place with a phenomenal staff. They do a great job and treat my son with such respect, he loves getting his hair cut here where they listen and get him.I always forget to make an appointment, expect to wait if you just walk in. They take names and go down in order. No walk in after 8pm.I paid $25+tip for my sons cut and it looked great and always grows out beautifully. Both barbers weve seen take the time to get clean lines and edges.

I used to get here for haircuts and the prices where $30, $35 or 40. But know is $60!!! They need to leave the prices in front of the store they basically have the prices hide it. I will never go again. Too overpriced.

Like fr I think I found my new favorite barber shop! The lady who cut my hair I was a little skeptical cause it was my first time there but it turned out really good and I like it but I think $30 for a haircut is a little to much 15-20 seems reasonable but hey she left me clean tho for sure and most definitely going to come back!!!

Asked for a deep line on my son and it was so deep it left a scab. In their defense, the kid needed to potty but still unacceptable. Very long wait without a way to make an appointment.

We are from out of town and walked by this place on our way out. We instantly stopped and my son just had yo get his cut here. The experience was so amazing to be in a real barber shop type setting for him. The stylist, Dennis, was fantastic. He was patient, kind, and precise. No hair was left uncut! We will make a point to come here every time we are in town!! Wish we had this place where we lived!! Thank you so much!

My son really doesnt like having his hair cut. Hes high functioning autistic, I didnt catch the barbers name, but he was so awesome and patient with my son. My son loves his hair, everyone else was also so friendly and kind. We will be back.

Got a cut here today. Excellent service, great atmosphere. I was very comfortable when getting my cut. The cut itself is excellent. Ive never paid under 30 to have such attention paid to my hair lines. I do recommend this place and will return.

I took my boys in to get their hair cut and Ciera hooked my boys up. My oldest cant stay out of the mirror. He showed her what he wanted and she made sure he was happy before he got out of her chair! Check her out!

The first visit at this place was very pleasant and the barber did and excellent job. The second time the same guy was not there and it was a lady so I said why not right. When I left the barbershop she cut my side burns unevenly, I asked for a fade and she didn’t even give me one, and the worst thing about all this is that she gave me a bald spot in the middle of the back of my head. I saw this barbershop yesterday and when I walked in they were all sitting down doing nothing and when I said I wanted a haircut they told me to write my name down on a list. There wasn’t even anyone there waiting in line. Very very rude and bad vibes. The guy who cut my hair took an hour and I told him what I wanted and still ended up doing it wrong. He was a cool dude though. Just that I wouldn’t let him near my hair again. Bad costumer service. Never going back there. Wasn’t worth the $30 plus the tip.

First time at getting my hair cut at Emperors, Marquise did an amazing job. He really paid a lot of attention to the little details that lesser barbers might skip over, and the straight razor finish was perfection. Will definitely be returning.

I have been going to these guys for over a year now and I always receive the best service especially when it comes to respecting my time so I am suprised to see some reviews that state otherwise in addition to that I get a pretty complicated fade and feel as though they do a great job. I have been late for appointments as well as had to cancel them because of my crazy work schedule that I am suprised they are not only still willing to make appointments with but are still very understanding when I come in.They are always busy which tells me they have a lot of repeat business including myself. If you have had issues in the past I encourage you to see Marquise he will not only give you the hair cut you want but will also make things right for you. I am a business man myself and was extremely impressed with his integrity both business and personally.

I wish I had a different barber. The barber I had was terrible. Doesnt even let me see the work in process. Basically turn my chair away from the mirrors and block any visible view other mirrors. The only time I saw the mirror was a glismp of him texting on his phone and at the end of the session. He must hate hes job or something. No communications with the customer. The other barber seems fine. $30 per cut.

Not professional at all.!Have to book for an appointment just for them to screw up your hair cut and also they are super pricey. They don’t know how to use a straight blade they use clippers to give an edge up.what type of barber shop is this? Going in there I was internally excited to get a hair cut since its been a while, I sat in the chair and everything was going good and well. I get home and realize one of those lazy ass barbers cut a big chunk of the middle of my hair out and left my sides taller than it so my hair looks caved in, like a bird layed an egg in my hair and I let it sit there, plus the guy messed up my line up. The barber Im talking about is a Dj and hes an old black man, I only recommend going there if you dont get your hair cut by that guy
