Have smooth skin for weeks. Ingrid is great at what she does. Makes you feel like youve been friends for decades. I have been going to her for 5 years. I could have done lazer and been done with it but I enjoy the conversations and great service every time. If you miss your appointment dont be mad that she cant fit you in...she is always booked to the max. Not her fault for your poor planning. She will try to have you rescheduled. No the her and her assistant Maria are amazing. Love them💜

I bought a Groupon for waxing services. Made my appointment. Showed up for my services 30 minutes early with the business closed. Made several phone calls to find out what was going on with no answer. Still trying to make contact with someone at the business location with no success. My next move is to contact BBB and Groupon to file a complaint.

So disappointed with the experience. I booked a 60 minute facial with Ingrid. It was over in 45! She did NOT perform any extractions, did not include my neck in any of the skin care steps/ applications. The room was not comfortable, temperature-wise. She did turn the air down after I made mention of this. She offered NO recommendations or modifications to my existing skin care regime. She showed me a wash she used on me that was available for purchase. I believe she is quite knowledgeable regarding skin care, I but was hoping for better customer service. I truly got the feeling that she could not wait for me to leave.

Was an awesome place for a wax. Remodeled and wax room felt like an after thought. Owner operator not too friendly. Miss her helper.
