They dont care about how you like your haircut...they cut it the way they like it...hell no....

I always love my experience when I come to this salon. The ladies are so nice and helpful. Always over exceed my expectations and Im super picky with my hair, never have I been disappointed since coming to this salon.

Went in for a last minute haircut and they sounded reluctant(understandable) but they should’ve just said no if they didn’t want to do it. I have Mickey mouses hairline on the back of my head. It’s absolutely awful. It’s so patchy and uneven and a chunk behind my ear is just gone. 10/10 will never go back. The lady was kind of nice but eh. I have a very simple taper and ..I don’t know how it ended up so bad. It’s mushroom shaped at the top and just all around embarrassing. Lesson learned -stay with my barber who knows what they’re doing.

I always have a good experience here at the Ina location! The stylist (I know her name starts with an A) I get is always super attentive and kind! We have awesome conversations and I absolutely love how she does my hair!!

I felt the cost of the kids haircut was pretty pricey but it was an ok experience.

I called and they were able to get me in on a same day! I was just needing a change and that’s exactly what I was given! The salon isn’t the prettiest by any means and the shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling so gross but my stylist (bad with names but red hair and VERY nice) did amazing and made sure to give me exactly what I wanted! Full head of color, cut and layers and I love my hair! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Decided to try a perm again, got a same day appointment! Arrived early and was greeted byyhis a friendly staff. Perm done by Yadrina and I am very pleased with the results - it is exactly what I asked for! The salon is clean, everyone (staff and clients) wore masks. I will return to this salon and highly recommend it!

Drove 20 miles to get to this placeI had been a customer there for many years. I had an appointment, but no one bothered to tell me that masks are required. The girl there turned me away and really had an attitude about it! They have lost me as a customer! Made an appointment for tomorrow at a barber college and was told that masks are encouraged, but not required and when I told the lady at the college what happened she said that style america had bad customer service! I hope I have a better experience tomorrow.

Booked an appointment online for two kids haircuts 3 days in advance. Three hours before my appointment they called to reschedule because they had two color appointments for roughly the same time. So basically, they gave my appointment to someone else. Its funny because I booked here after another salon did the same exact thing...kids haircuts are not a priority, even with an appointment I guess 🙄

They did a perfect job on my hard to handle hair. As a multiracial person I have very ethnic hair and its hard to manage. They made it soft and pretty. thanks Style America

Ive been getting my hair cut from this salon for years. The hairdressers are extremely professional and knowledgeable in their field.

You should always ask how long someones been cutting hair before you let them touch you head and if they dont talk to you during the haircut, be very afraid of how it will turn out... I WILL NOT be returning, ever!! A simple mens hair cut, and was cut to a womans style and somehow, even after asking them to check twice and they still miss a large spot??

Go see Rosa!! She always does amazing with my hair! We have been going to her since we were super young!! Shes super nice and listens to what you want done with your hair!! Rosa knows what shes doing!!

Great place. The owner is amazing! The only downside is the employee named Kristin. I have had two incidences with her and she lacks customer service, gets snippy with customers, cuts them off, does not go the extra mile for customer relationships or to do whats right, and all around lacks poor customer service/skills.

They spend a little more time with you instead of rushing you thru in 15 minutes. I learned some places there limit is 15 minutes per customer so they rush. Also a good price for the whole family.

Monica is amazing. She is very friendly and knows what she is doing. I got highlights and low lights I LOVE it!!!! She also does amazing at hair cuts. I love my new hair.

Kristen is the BEST. She always gets my hair exactly how I ask for it no matter what different styles I have her do to my hair and always goes the extra mile. All the girls are super sweet but I honestly dont let anyone else touch my head. She just gets it right every time and Im hard to please :)

Very good job on my hair color by Mary. Friendly and professional. The place definitely needs updating. It looks really tired. They need to put a larger sign outside. As you can hardly see it and its hard to read.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have attempted four times to get my childs hair cut. I have been told they are booked even though they dont take appointments apparently and its several hours until closing. I have also been told twice, a perm just walked in and it would be an hour to an hour and half wait. They apparently do not want clients, but I guess when you dont make appointments you really dont have clients either. Oh how I miss my barber back home!

Horrible expierence! Would not recommend to anyone looking for a quality cut. Terrible customer relations, the woman did not pay attention when I explained what I wanted and completely ruined my hairstyle. Fortunately hair grows back, but I will not be returning to this organization.
