Patricia Gonzales is a true miracle worker. I hired her as my personal trainer February 2020 in hopes I could learn to live a healthier lifestyle and transform my body at the age of 40. She taught me more than I had hoped for. Through the whole process she was focused 100% on my fitness goals. Providing me with my own personal eating plan and weekly workout routines. Sheโ€™d make me accountable which taught me self discipline. She adjusted my eating plan as my body began to transform. She acknowledged my progress every step of the way.I gained the knowledge I was seeking to live a healthier lifestyle and built my confidence and strength ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ I feel amazing! I have been with Top Physique for about 6 months and I get trained by two amazing trainers Kandice and Patricia!! They have taught me and helped me to live a healthy lifestyle and introduced me to weight training!! They are both very professional and very educated on what it takes to see your body change and get the best results and its soo rewarding!! Iโ€™ve just finished up my 12 week program with Patricia and wow. Iโ€™ve lost 12 pounds, gave my body a more hourglass shape that I love, gotten stronger, and most importantly Iโ€™ve gained a better understanding of what does and doesnโ€™t work for my body. Iโ€™ve worked with other trainers in the past but my experience with Patricia has by far been the best. She runs her business with quality, efficiency and hard work. She communicated with me throughout the whole program, each week asking how I was doing and how I felt on the plan. I (like everybody else) have a very busy work and life schedule and Patricia gave me tips and adjusted the plan to make it work. She wants her clients to hit their goals and her program gives you everything you need. Not only does she give you all the tools, but she explains everything about the process so you can really understand how the body works and responds to the training. Everything she does sets you up for success. Though her program was tough, I look and feel the best I have in years and I would definitely do it all again! Best plan. Best trainer. Best program.

Completely transformed my life!! I used to be so insecure of being skinny and having no curves. Most gyms just advertise weight loss but Patricia advertises full body transformation, you want it you get it. I was a bit nervous to commit to something because I was unsure how my results would be but when Patricia says you will transform your body, she means it! Patricia is an amazing trainer. Through out my program she was always there, if I had any questions she would respond in a timely manner. I would set goals for myself in the gym in which she helped me accomplish each one of them. She has such a positive attitude from the minute you step foot in the gym to the minute you leave. In thee over 4 years Ive known this amazing woman and trained with her shes never let me down! Im on my 3rd.. 12week program (over the years), and each time Patricia has taught me valuable lessons on personal and physical strength. Not only does she wreck my muscles in the gym (in a good way) but that time with her; while training, as a person is enjoyable. Her knowledge, charisma and support; not to mention my physical results, are why I save up and return to her time and time again. Life happens and sometimes it beats you down and the next thing you know youre up 20 or 30 lbs, but shes always been there to bring me right back to where Im comfortable and confident. Unlike many trainers Patricia creates a fitness program and diet specific to your body type and lifestyle. I was so worried in order to get results Iโ€™d have to cut out my favorite foods (steak, potatoes, pasta). Her meal plan acts more as a guide to healthy eating throughout your life opposed to a cleanse or one time diet. Also, her customized workouts tailor the muscle groups right for your body type. Iโ€™ve never seen such definition in my shoulders while still having a lean feminine figure. (5โ€™2, 104 lbs) Her plan also made going to the gym easier and more fun as it took the stress out of planning workouts myself. Thanks!

I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls and I wanted to set an example of what a strong woman can accomplish with hard work. I found Top Physique and right away connected with Patricia. She is very passionate and motivating and helped me see my goals far past my initial expectations. I was wanting to get back in the gym because I have not been to the gym in three years. I decided to search for women personal trainers and came across Patricaโ€™s home page. From there I was able to click on links and I was sold! I wanted to be trained by her! Scheduled an appointment and started the 12 Week Body Transformation. During the transformation I learned how to count my calories (completely changed my eating), how to use different gym equipment, how to put together your strengthening training so you can be independent, how much dedication I really had and motivation. Patrica made training with her fun but she totally kicks your butt too in a good way, she holds you accountable. She is an amazing trainer and would/have recommend her to anyone!!!

Patricia seems to be overwhelmed with the number of clients she has. She would frequently forget what we talked about from week to week. The first time I met with her I told her I wanted to do a bikini competition. She said she would be my coach and signed me up for a 12 week program. The next time I met with her I asked her when we would schedule my first show and she said she was surprised I wanted to do a show and that there was no way I would be ready in 12 weeks. She also said that she does not like taking girls to the stage anymore, which is surprising to me because that is her business and what she signed me up to do. The first 2 weeks I was explaining to her that the meal plan she made for me is way too much food and that I was not able to eat it all. In fact when I forced it, I felt I would vomit. She scolded me for not eating enough and said I had eat it all. After a few weeks on the program and not losing weight (actually gaining weight) I calculated all the calories per macro and it was WAY off. I was eating 30% more calories than I should have been. When I brought this to her attention she did not apologize, just told me to change it. Toward the end of my training she told me she would carb cycle me, but never sent me the new meal plan. When I had 2 training sessions left, I emailed her to see when we could meet again and she totally ghosted me, never heard from her again. I did see progress in the 12 weeks but it was not significant. I didnt cheat at all on my plan and I know I could have seen a greater transformation had Patricia calculated my calories correctly and changed up my nutrition/exercise plan a couple times during the 12 weeks. I made significantly less progress than any of her before and after 12 week progress photos. I know everyone is different, however I am not a novice athlete and know I did not progress as much as I should have. I recommend choosing a different trainer if you are detail oriented, have a type A personality or if you plan on going to the stage.

Patricia has been a blessing to my life. 9 weeks ago I decided enough was enough and I started my healthy journey with the help of Patricia. I was very overweight and always felt sick and tired. Iโ€™m on her 12 week total body transformation and Iโ€™ve lost over 20 pounds so far! In just 9 weeks! Iโ€™m losing about 5-6 pounds each week. I didnโ€™t expect to see changes so soon but her program is amazing. She gave me everything I needed to be successful including a meal plan made just for me and the exact workouts to do. Thereโ€™s no way to fail at this when you have a trainer like her. I also feel so much more energized and no longer feel sick. I also am probably the happiest Iโ€™ve ever been. I used to be negative and sad all the time but Iโ€™m seriously such a happy person now. I canโ€™t thank her enough for teaching me how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle that I will continue for the rest of my life.

The first time I trained with Patricia she got me down 30 pounds after Iโ€™d tried other programs (think colored food containers and workout DVDs and yo-yo dieting). She challenged me and pushed me to change my eating and incorporate weights along with cardio. I tell people all the time she fixed my metabolism and that she gave me a solid foundation. After working with her and participating in her 12 week challenge I went off on my own to try and do my own thing and lost another 10 pounds. I came back this year to focus on core strength and sculpting and Iโ€™m so glad I did! I would highly recommend her to anyone serious about losing weight and making a lifestyle change. Sheโ€™s a great coach and she will tailor workouts to your needs and challenge you to reach new heights in your health!

I looked at the website for about six months before deciding to call Top Physique. I was so nervous to call after having a really bad experience with a personal trainer at my gym. When I finally decided to get in touch, Patricia was very responsive and set me up right away with Rebecca.I had tried loosing weight for a long time and was just getting really frustrated with little to no results.Top Physique got me on track with my diet, workout plans and my vitamins. I lost 16 pounds and two pant sizes so far with them. COVID had interrupted our schedule for a bit but even with those interruptions we made the best.I trained with Rebecca for 6 weeks. And Patricia for 6 weeks. And Denise filled in for one of my weeks. (Normally you stick with 1 trainer, but they worked with my schedule change a couple times and thats why I switched around)Sessions are in a private setting so no need to feel embarrassed. Take what your learn there to the gym afterwards. They always sanitize their equipment as well.All of the trainers are so sweet and they all provide and comfortable environment to learn in.As for the meal plans...they customize for each client and I was actually eating more than what I was before going to them.If you want to see results and are willing to put the work on Top Physique is the place for you. Finding Patricia was truly like hitting the jackpot for me. After going through an unfourtanate event in my life and learning new ways how to cope with my PTSD the only thing that kept me going was exercise so I could completely exhaust myself to actually get a few hours of sleep at night. However that wasnt enough motivation for me and I needed a healthier lifestyle. I was restless and not eating properly. I wanted to find someone who would be able to connect with me and give me great energy to push me to become stronger so I could become more confident and overcome what I went through.
